• Davy (5/5): Ruim huis maar niet voor herhaling. - Ruim huis met 4 slaapkamers Hygiëne: Douche zat verstopt Vuile messen in de lade Vuile oven met bakpapier en etensresten in. Waterkoker versleten, witte aanslag, deeltjes dreven in het water. Matrassen en bedlinnen zijn aan vervanging toe. Open pak m&m in de kast. Vervallen olijfolie in de kast. Pannen met witte aanslag. Stofnetten en spinnen in sommige hoeken van de kamers en verlichting. Geen enkel vaatwasblokje voorzien. Vuil schuursponsje ter beschikking. 1 toilet bleef constant doorlopen.

• Veronika (8/5): - Krásná vilka přímo na Dunajské cyklostezce. Pokoje prostorné a světlé - kromě jednoho, postele pohodlné. Vybavení kuchyně dobré. Velká lednička. Samostatný mrazák. Velký obývací pokoj a krásnými výhledy. Velká koupelna, další wc v patře. V garáži 6 kol na půjčení. Úklid trochu zaostává, prach pod postelemi, v rozích místností a v kuchyni v nepoužívaných zásuvkách i pavučiny. Celkově by vilka potřebovala menší údržbu. Okna neumytá delší dobu. Garáž nešla zamknout, za celý týden to nikdo nepřijel opravit. V kuchyni chyběla naběračka a varná konvice byla plná vodního kamene.
• Rodionov (1/5): Awful experience. - Location is the only good point about this place. House is big enough to accommodate big company. This is my first negative feedback ever on booking.com out of more than 100 stays in 10 years. Communication with the host was far below any expected level. We were forced to leave earlier as heating system broke during our stay. Owner/ or agent live far from the location so nobody was able/ willing to come and fix the problem in the reasonable time. Despite we agreed on refund for one missed night I haven't got my money back after two weeks including several reminders. Owner replied with big delays and gave no answer on the last message at all. House was not clean and there was dust all around. There only one shower so if you are travelling with big company it will take time to wait. There is no parking at the gate and it is impossible to drive to the entrance door so if you have bulky luggage be ready to carry it up by the stairs. Interior is more dated than it looks on the photos.
• Tamás (6/5): All in all we enjoyed but we expected better - Very spacious house in calm environment. Big living room, big kitchen, big dining table. Communication with the host was quite bad. Very slow response time and we had been on the road for hours when we still didn't know how we would get the keys on arrival. I had to call him a lot of times while being on the road because he promised to send the details days before our arrival but he didn't. On the phone he sounded nice at least and at the end we got the details just before we arrived. The house wasn't clean unfortunately. The floor was very dusty and there were dead flies everywhere so clearly wasn't cleaned well enough before our arrival. The bathroom was so stinky when we got there that we had to open every window. Seemingly it was a drain issue. Everything looks so bright on the pictures but in reality it's much darker, especially where the bedrooms are. Doors also require some maintenance. A microwave oven would have been useful.
• Marek (9/5): Superb - Great house suitable for a group up to 8 people. Excellent location for cycling in Wachau. Spacious kitchen and living room with superb view on the Danube river and surrounding wineyards and apricot trees.
