• Mark (2/5): Too many problems and no deposit refund yet - The apartment has a nice old-fashioned charm to it and is very central. close to shops, market, restaurants, bus station and the centre of Sevilla WIFI did not work at all during our stay - we reported it and was told someone would come to fix it. It was never fixed Kitchen had only very basic equipment, no kettle, pans were dirty/unusable Shower was difficult to work out how to use Deposit: the property took the deposit of €200 twice from our credit card!! Eventually, after 10 days, one payment of €200 was refunded. But, one month since we checked out, we are still waiting for the second payment of €200.
• Ignacio (4/5): No recomendable - La ubicación y que es amplio. Ruidoso, porque está mal aislado, hay un compresor de aire acondicionado en el patio, justo en la pared del dormitorio, y las ventanas son de mala calidad y no aíslan del ruido. La nevera es muy ruidosa, y por la noche hay que cerrar la puerta de la cocinaa, y de la calle y el patio entra mucho ruido, por lo mismo, porque las ventanas son las originales de la vivienda. La cocina tenía cajones rotos. La manguera de la ducha perdía agua y falta luz en el baño. El colchón de la cama principal necesita renovarse. El dueño o responsable muy antipático, no nos explicó cómo entrar y resulta que no había llave, nos hizo grabarle un vídeo y mandarle fotos, y nos tuvo una hora esperando en la calle hasta que llegó con la llave. La vivienda presenta muchos desperfectos, desconchones y humedades.

• Sofia (3/5): - La ubicación. Me cobraron un deposito de 200 euros que devolvian 7 días hábiles después del checkout, ya pasaron 20 días y no recibo el dinero de vuelta y nadie me da respuesta. Me arrepiento de haber reservado en este lugar, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Cuando llegamos el agua del wc se salía y estaba encharcado todo el baño, avisamos de ello pero no apareció nadie para solucionarlo, estuvimos con la fregona todo el fin de semana. En cuanto a la fianza tardaron casi 10 días en devolverla, no entiendo que tuviera que estar reclamandola dos días.
• Carlos (10/5): Encantador lugar. - En general todo, cómodo, limpio, amplio, bien ubicado, cerca de sitios y transporte. Tenemos un inconveniente con el cobro de la estadía pues desde el momento que se hizo la reserva, hace más de mes y medio, se pagó, sinembargo al ingresar el 29 de Junio al apartamento, nos volvieron a cobrar una tarifa un poco menor, aún no se ha podido aclarar que fue lo que ocurrió, o porqué se hizo eso.

• Kellie (7/5): Great location, spacious apartment - no kettle! - The location was great. The check in process was smooth and the instructions provided easy to follow. Comfy beds. Spacious area. There was no kettle in the apartment. We found this very strange as there was an iron and a hairdryer and a microwave! We had to boil up a saucepan of water to make a hot drink. Although there was a shower attachment to the bath, we couldn't get this to work so had to settle for a bath instead Walls quite thin and could hear others next door on one of the nights
• Emanuel (10/5): Best price quality you can get within 1km radius city center - Old town apartment with plenty of space and a very appreciated Central AC. The kitchen has enough material to make simple meals. Water heater works very well and water has plenty of pressure to enjoy a relaxing end of day shower. The excellent location allow you to get anywhere walking. It has a very good coffee/tapas restaurant right in front where you can get an excellent breakfast / coffee or brunch. Self-checkin worked like a charm!! mattress could be better
• Patrycja (8/5): Great location! - Lovely location in Triana, lots of restaurants by the corner, walking distance to main tourists attractions. The flat is spacious and clean, convenient contactless check-in and check-out. Would be great to have an electric kettle provided to make tea
• Sean (9/5): Fantastic location to set of on your Spanish adventure - The location is Fantastic! You are on one of the main bridges in to the city centre and Triana itself has some great options for food :) You are not far from the ceramic district, which makes a great souvenir or you can do pottery classes There is no toaster and no oven Just hobs for cooking in the apartment. A little noisy with neighbours but it can't be helped. Marga is a lovely host. The key handover was easy and overall, the apartment was great.
• Marko (1/5): Bad - Apartment is really cold and dark. There is an ventilation system, but it's restricted so that you can't really use it. In the morning it was 16 degrees and we had to sleep in jackets. During the day the temperature doesn't rise above 17. There are 3 little heaters (one of them shown in the pictures) around the apartment (which really tells you how cold it is), but they don't do much, if anything. The whole apartment is really dark. It doesn't help that lightbulbs are missing in the sleeping room.
