• Marie-Odile (3/5): En apparence un très belle appartement mais nous avons été réellement déçu par l’hygiène et la présence de cafards. - L’emplacement Malheureusement, il y avait des cafards dans l’appartement lors de notre visite (voir photos). Après notre première nuit nous avons trouver un premier cafard et immédiatement nous avons contacter l’hôte afin de demander un nettoyage et une compensation. L’hôte nous a répondu que nous étions “excessive” pour demander une compensation pour seulement 1 cafard et il nous on assurer que l’appartement serait nettoyer et que une équipe de fumigation était déjà passer. La nuit suivante nous avons retrouver deux nouveaux cafards adultes en plus d un bébé. Après avoir recontacter l’hôte en demandant d être reloger car la situation commençait à vraiment nous dégoûter, nous n’avons jamais reçu de réponse à se courriel. Nous espérons qu’après notre séjour à Séville nous ne rapporterons pas d’intrus à 6 pattes chez nous 🪳.

• VICTOR MANUEL (2/5): Nos marchamos por las cucarachas - Cama cómoda, mucha amplitud y mucha luz Todos los días salían cucarachas y por eso decidimos marcharnos antes de la fecha prevista. El responsable de los apartamentos muy amable y estuvo siempre atento para atender nuestro problema y vino con un spray especial para eliminarlas pero no funcionó del todo ya que siguieron saliendo

• Maria del Pino (6/5): Cucarachas - La ubicación. Había cucarachas. Cuando encendías el hervidor de agua, te quedabas sin luz. Encender la televisión resultó una tarea imposible.

• Luis (5/5): Mejorable la atencion y el mantenimiento - La ubicacion, la amplitud y la estetica Es una lastima que con lo bonito que es este apartamento los servicios que ofrece no estuvieron a la altura: Falta de coordinacion en la limpieza en el check-in, tetera y secador saltaban los automaticos, no habia amenities ni nos los repusieron y tv del salon imposible de conectar. Algun trapo de cocina vendria bien.
• Ana (9/5): Hot spot in Sevilla - All kind of amenities available: freezer + fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, boiler, toaster, microwave and kinds of kitchen accessories to cook as home. Working well and clean. Space is well organized and comfortable. I enjoyed the bathroom, spacious shower and sink. Neighborhood/location was perfect, good restaurants and flamenco shows but this really depends on the type of tourism experience you may want. not applicable

• Luisa (10/5): Volvería a este apartamento - Excelente ubicación, apartamento muy agradable y cómodo. Seriedad y cumplimiento de lo acordado. No tuvimos necesidad de pedir nada, por lo que no he conocido al personal físicamente. Deberían poner alguna percha en el baño para las toallas

• Blanka (7/5): - Nagyjából 15-20 perc sétatávolságra volt a központ, így tömegközlekedés használata nélkül kényelmesen bejárható volt a belváros. Az ágy borzalmasan instabil volt, 6 lábából 5 ferdén állt, minden mozdulatnál azt hittük összerogy alattunk, ami egyik éjszaka meg is történt. Habár a szállás tiszta volt, első és utolsó éjszaka is csótány volt a lakásban, undorító volt. Erről nem olvastunk korábban véleményt, hogy más tapasztalt volna hasonlót.

• Helen (9/5): We had a fabulous time in Seville and will visit again soon! - Click Triana was very nice, newly decorated and very clean. Apartment is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and cooking appliances. Location is excellent, we walked to all the historic sites and restaurants! Nothing really, all was perfect for us.
• Nuno (10/5): - I allocation was excellent. The apartment was beautiful. The small window on the side of the bed. It needs a curtain to stop the sunlight from coming in. A set of two more pillows are also needed. Upgrade on the bed could also be nice.

• Alice (8/5): Great apartment - Great size, easy to access, good location. The sofa was fantastic for relaxing on. Luxury shower. A few bits in the kitchen were a bit basic or missing (we had to buy a corkscrew, which we left for the next guest). The small window in the bedroom area needs a blind.
