Guest Reviews
- Umut Ozdemir (10/5): -
- nikki (6/5): Inaccessible for the
disabled - Comfortable beds. Great cotton linen.plenty of towels. Relaxing decor. Good location The lifts went between floors. This caused us major problems as both of us have disabilities and relied on having proper lift access to the apartment. This was NOT mentioned in the description. My son was basically left a prisoner for a week. The liftbis very small. This is an old converted building and very scruffy in all the communal and stairway areas. The key collection from a KeyNest in a tiny corner shop 10 mins away from the apartment was a nightmare both arriving and then leaving. The codes supplied did not work on either visits to the shop. We had to keep our taxi waiting outside this shop for ages while the shop staff tried to get a new code! I will make sure i get concierge facilities when I go back to London.
No one wants to drag their suitcase down uneaven streets to get a key!
- Ugur (7/5): itโs a cosy place in the heart of London where you can truly feel at home. - We had a very pleasant stay at this property and would happily recommend it.
The location is excellent โ very close to central London and only about an 8-minute walk to St. Johnโs Wood Underground station. There is also a bus stop right in front of the house. During our stay it was temporarily out of service due to construction, but another bus stop is just a short walking distance away, so transportation was still very convenient.
The neighborhood feels very safe and residential. Even late at night, we felt completely comfortable walking around the area. Inside the house, the equipment and supplies provided for guests were more than sufficient. Everything we needed was available, which made our stay smooth and comfortable. Communication with the management company was fast and efficient. I contacted them via WhatsApp and always received quick responses. Whenever we had a question or a small issue, they were constructive, solution-oriented, and genuinely customer-focused.
Overall, it was a positive experience. Thank you for the hospitality! While our overall stay was positive, there are a few areas that clearly need improvement.
The key collection process was unfortunately disappointing. They should definitely develop a more reliable alternative. After carefully reading the pre-arrival instructions, I made sure our taxi stopped at the key pick-up point before going to the house โ I strongly recommend future guests do the same. Otherwise, walking back with luggage takes around 10 minutes and can be quite challenging. However, when I arrived at the grocery store to collect the key, it was not ready. This caused us to wait outside in cold weather with my small children and luggage, and we missed some of the places we had planned to visit on our first day. After contacting the management via WhatsApp, they delivered the key about 30 minutes later.
A similar issue occurred at check-out. The store refused to accept the key, saying the return code was invalid. As a result, I had to go back to the house and leave the key inside.
On the first day, we also noticed that the bed sheets and duvet covers in one of the rooms had not been changed. The person who brought the key replaced them immediately. As a goodwill gesture, the company offered a kind compensation, which we appreciated. The issue itself was frustrating, but their approach to resolving it was fair, constructive, and customer-oriented.
The house has the typical characteristics of a classic older London property. There is significant insulation loss through the windows, and the house can feel cold. That said, electric heaters are provided and they warm the space effectively. I would recommend that the management consider improving the window insulation. It would likely pay for itself quickly through reduced electricity costs.
- Danny (8/5): Great stay as long as keys collection is on the same spot. - The apartment was very clean and location is perfect. It is well equipped and the host was available on Whatsapp all the time. The bathroom has a nice, large bathtub, but it may be too high for older people to cross in and get inside. we recommend placing a small plastic bunk there to make it easier for people to get in and out the bathroom. The only drawback that affected our stay was not related to the apartment itself, but to the method of collecting the keys. Collection and return of keys is done through a grocery store about 600-700 meters away from the apartment. For those who arrive and leave with luggage, the obligation to collect and return the keys somewhere else without the possibility of keeping the bags near the apartment was a big burden and caused us a waste of time and money. We were an adult and a small child and had to carry bags and take a taxi back and forth just to return the keys. We believe that it would be worthwhile to place a small locker box with a code containing the key, as is the case in all of the apartments we have rented so far.

- John (6/5): Pleasant stay - Location was good and felt safe, flat was comfortable. Headboard in the master bedroom was very dirty and needs to be replaced
- Barry (10/5): A fantastic position for access to London and The Wellington Hospital - The flat was extremely comfortable and the owner went out of his way to help us when we needed some extra things

- Angela (9/5): I like the place and i want the sofa in my place and liked the shutters. the beds were comfortable - location, space, comfort. transport 10-15 minutes walk to tube and great bus links . 189 takes you into oxford street as well. Close to abbey road and all the tourist trying to take selfies while trying to cross a working road and avoiding transport is eye opening! The agent was quick to respond to any query. thanks the lift was a bit hit and miss at times
- Julia (9/5): - Very well equipped, clean, comfortable apartment. Comfy beds, good location ๐ There's only one little thing I would suggest, is that there's milk waiting along with more than a couple of tea bags.. Also a to up with the coffee would be good. Otherwise, all good ๐๐
...and one more thing. A list and directions to the closest, cafe, restaurant and supermarket would be really helpful.
- Clinton (9/5): Excellent clean flat - Spacious clean and well equipped Nothing
- Lynne (10/5): Fabulous apartment in a wonderful location - Loved this apartment, equipped with everything you need. Great facilities, comfy bed. Brilliant location from tube stations shops, pubs & restaurants. Everything was to a high quality. Just perfect!! Nothing
- Sabine (10/5): We will definitely come again - We immediately felt extremely comfortable at the apartment. Everything is super clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable! The water pressure is pretty good. I have really thick hair so that's important. The living room is fancy. The hallway is a bit narrow. We didn't use the elevator but it is tiny. Initially, we couldn't figure out how to get in the front door of the building. Apparently, we needed to wave the key in front of the box with the key pad. I also would love to have a coffee machine in the kitchen. The key pick up and drop off is just an extra stop with the taxi and no problem at all since it is open 24 hours.
- Fuchino (8/5): Very good - This fat is very nice and cozy! Check-in was really smooth. And it has a nice big bath tub. They provided a nice baby cot as I requested and my baby was comfortable in that. The carpet was a bit dusty and vacuum cleaner at the room didn't really work on that. The flat was clean overall, it's totally OK for adults, but I did mind a bit when I stay with a baby crawling everywhere.
- Rodzlin (10/5): Excellent place for a long stay. - Well equiped
Clean and comfortable
Good and quiet neighbourhoods
- Chetna (10/5): Exceptional!! - The perfect location, quiet and serene, beautiful surroundings and very well connected to the bus stops and railways ( Johnโs wood and Marylebone)
Emma is a very warm and responsive host and answered all my queries instantly. We felt very welcomed and she instantly gave us an early check in ( this was actually quite early because we reached London around 6 in the morning )
The house was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary kitchen equipment . It was the best find and I have already booked the apartment again for another stay. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in London.
Thanks Everything was actually good
