- Daniela (10/5): Perfect - Location is one of the best for exploring the Old city of Istanbul. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They helped us parking the car. Very good breakfast on the roof with amazing view. When check out they gave the ladies a small gift, which was very kind. I highly recommend this place.
- Justin and Linda Bragg (7/5): - The breakfast was great. It’s in walking distance to the tram and major sights of Istanbul I thought there was a view of the Aga Sophia from the restaurant. It looks out over the water. We were in the other block of the hotel which didn’t have a lift up to the room.
- Fiona (8/5): Lovely stay - Great friendly staff
Restaurant and view is awesome Nothing
- Jenanne (8/5): - The hotel is located in the heart of Fatih which makes it really easy to get around on foot and there are many shops and eateries around. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar are all walking distance. The daily breakfast at the Terrace Restaurant is amazing and offers a lovely view of the ocean. Cem from the restaurant was very hospitable and welcoming. The room and bathroom were also very clean. The hotel staff were extremely helpful with organising transfers to and from and airport, arranging me an e-sim and also fulfilling other requests. The room was a bit too small and we felt quite squashed with limited space for our luggage. Also, the second building doesn't have a lift so we needed to climb two flights of stairs to get to our room, which can be difficult for older people with mobility issues.

- Andrea (10/5): Perfect place for a family to stay in Istanbul - The hotel was in a perfect location for exploring Istanbul on foot. It was impeccably clean and comfortable. Great hot shower and very generous breakfast spread, with eggs cooked to order and fresh orange juice.
We had a family room which gave us extra space and privacy. Worked well travelling with teenager.
Perhaps the most notable feature of the hotel were the staff. Tolga was so helpful in organising tours (Whirling Dervish and Bosphorus cruise), as well as offering helpful tips and answering all of our questions. Ramazan was cheerful and also very friendly and helpful. They made it a perfect choice for our Istanbul stay. Nothing

- Kristen (9/5): - The location and breakfast was amazing!
- Jean (10/5): - Comfortable room, nice view from the beautiful terrace breakfast. Our host Tolga was very gracious and we felt very taken care of.
- Jenny (10/5): Cute Boutique Hotel in Central Location - Amazing location in central Istanbul, walkable to many tourist attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Basilica Cistern. The room itself was nice, clean, and modern, with unique artwork (not a typical boring corporate hotel). Many great dining options around the immediate area. We enjoyed the Juliet balcony for fresh air.
Not a complaint at all but might be useful information to future guests - the room was on the fourth floor and the steps were pretty narrow to carry a suitcase up and down them (staff members helped carry them up which was nice). If you have mobility issues this might be something to keep in mind as there was no elevator option, but we were definitely fine walking up and down them as a couple in our 40s.

- camilla (9/5): Turned out a great place to stay - The bathroom was spotless with a fantastic shower.
There is a lovely balcony on the top floor by the terrace for sitting and looking out over the sea and Asian side.
Outside the front door are some comfortable seats partially hidden off the path by shrubs for reading and chatting etc
The windows open fully
Staff are all very friendly.
Great location for the train, local restaurants and main attractions Nowhere to put clothes so out of the suitcase. Not even a stand.
Apparently the rooms are too small for a stand.
- Mahmoud (10/5): Really happy and looking forward to visiting again in the near future - Excellent location close to most sightseeing attractions within walking distance. Very hospitable staff. Amazing rooftop restaurant with nice view of the Bosphorus and Hajya Sophia. The noise from the pubs in the street overnight. In fairness we were pre warned about it and it was not a massive deal but if someone struggles to sleep when it’s noisy or have a toddler it might be tricky
- Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptional, as always! Big thanks to every staff member for being so welcoming and helpful in so many different ways!
- Emanuel (8/5): Very good - Very good location (all attractions within walking distance), nice and helpful staff, delicious and rich breakfast with a view (the hotel has a great restaurant). The rooms are smaller, but tastefully furnished with good beds. The hotel has two buildings. The external one is about 50m from the reception, which is not a problem, but it is located on a busy street with restaurants that produce noise (loud music) until the early morning hours. This problem may not be present in the main building.
- Amadeja (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amadeja (10/5): Amazing - Good location, turkish breakfast was excellent The staff was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. They evan prepared a suprise for my birthday which I am very greatful for. The room was beautiful, clean with nice touches such as slippers, mini bar and kettle among other things. If your room is facing the main street, it gets pretty loud iin the evening.
- Paul (10/5): totally happy, great location - able to be first at every sight without queues - excellent breakfast with a million $ view night noise from the bars and restaurants in the street
- Lamb (9/5): Superb -
- Christopher (8/5): Very good - Great breakfast, kind of a mini buffet at your table, and eggs cooked on demand.
Staff were very helpful, reaching out by WhatsApp at the time of booking. Initially I found this a bit annoying as it was 6 months in advance, but it was good to have that point of contact when I needed a restaurant booked.
Bed was comfortable, good shower and the room was a good temperature.
Location is about 5 minutes' walk from Hagia Sofia, ideal. There are a few bars on the main street playing loud music until 4am, probably depends which side of the hotel you end up at, but bring earplugs just in case.
Google Maps location is incorrect by a few hundred metres. I advised them to correct it (and have tried to do so myself), but it may not take effect. Head to the main Tria Hotel instead, that's where reception is anyway.
- Silvia (10/5): Nice time in Istanbul - The breakfast was excellent and the staff very kind! Good position to visit some of the principal monuments of Istanbul.
- Fiona (10/5): Really nice hotel and a great location - Warm, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Wonderful staff!
This is a great location, lots of restaurants, lovely old streets to wander around and near to the sights but without feeling crowded.
The breakfasts are amazing - and with the view from the terrace, it’s a very nice way to start the day. The hot water in the shower could be hotter, but otherwise everything was perfect.
- Jane (10/5): A great short stay in Istanbul - A well priced and located hotel with great service. Excellent breakfast from the rooftop terrace offering great views. Will return. Nothing
- Ildiko (9/5): Beautiful hotel, excellent service and breakfast, sleeping was rough - Breakfast was enormous, a fantastic spread of meze, cheese, vegetables, bread, and eggs that varied each morning. The location was central and in the midst of many restaurants and shops, a very short walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, Topkapi palace, and the waterfront. Staff were incredibly hard working and friendly. They accommodated our 4am arrival and departure with grace, and they were even kind enough to pack us a travel breakfast for our early airport departure. Highly recommended! The mattress was very firm and hurt my husband’s back. In addition, no fault of this hotel, the street noise from nearby restaurants/nightclubs went until 5am and was quite loud (~55dB on my meter) on our room that overlooked Akblylk cd. This would be a challenge with any hotel in this area. The rooms in their main building or not facing the street would likely be quieter.
- Daria (9/5): Superb -
- Natasha (10/5): Perfect for our short stay. Next time it will be perfect for a longer stay. - We arrived late after driving from Greece. The hotel staff met us halfway down the street and helped carry our bags to the reception. The welcome tea, Turkish coffee and fresh Orange juice was most welcome whilst waiting to check in. Our adjoining rooms were perfect. Clean and with a small balcony that overlooked the bustling street below, but with the doors shut quiet and pleasant to sleep with comfortable mattress and pillows. The location was close to go for and big and small walks to attractions, with plenty of public transport available when we go tired of walking . Breakfast at the Terrace was an experience. Our daughter loved having so many plates to choose from. We also had dinner at the Terrace. The portions were a good size, and the food (we had the mezze plate and Pastrami Borek for starters and the scallops, fish soup and Ali Nazik for mains). Delicious! The wait staff were very attentive and the wine list included some very tasty Turkish wines of which the sommelier was happy to explain.
The parting gift from the Manager was very sweet and thoughtful!
We will definitely return and stay at Tria Elegance Istambul again!
- Anelina (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and the location was good. The receptionist was very hospitable!
- Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional - If I could rate it 100/10, I would.
Everybody were so kind and helpful, the room was spotless clean, the staff is amazing, the food is exceptional. When we were leaving the room, the receptionist made sure we get to our driver safely and helped us with our luggage. The location is 200m from Topkapi, Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque. I have no words to describe how many valuable memories we will carry and we will definetely come back again here!
- Jenna (10/5): Perfect - Our stay was even better than we had hoped!
Location: perfect! 5 minutes walk from Aya Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The Sultanahmet metro station is also a 5-10 minute walk away. There are many restaurants close to the hotel, as well as small supermarkets.
Breakfast: incredible! a traditional Turkish breakfast, with a variety of different cheeses, pastries, ... You'll find everything you want.
The staff were incredible, very attentive and kind; they upgraded us as there was availability in the hotel... All very smiling, respectful and friendly.
The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The cleaning ladies are very kind.
We'll definitely go back the next time we're in Istanbul! We recommend this hotel with our eyes closed. Nothing, everything was perfect.
- Evelin (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation and the rooms were clean, the food was very delicious in the hotel, the dining room was gorgeous and elegant, and the staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay.
- Oarziaiurea (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great as been described on booking. The staff are very nice and always try to make u feel good and confortable. The breakfast is awsome. I would love to come back in this location.
- Valentina (8/5): Great location, nice stuff, breakfasts could be better but the view from the rooftop was great - Location Our first room had noises from the street, but then it was changed for a room in the main building and there it was quiet. The second room was much smaller than the first one.
- Ionita (9/5): Superb -
- Russell (9/5): Superb -
- Jolanta (9/5): A wonderful hotel that made our amazing trip to Istanbul even better. - Lovely, charming hotel. Within minutes, you can walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia through cute streets and a small bazaar. The breakfast on the terrace is definitely the highlight, as is the service. Special thank you to Birol, who was very helpful and hospitable. Hotel rooms on the main street can be quite loud at night since there are bars on that street. It calms down after midnight. The rooms on the quiet street are more comfortable for that reason.
