- Susann (8/5): Gerne wieder - Gute und ruhige Lage, unkomplizierte und nette Kommunikation, Check-in mit Code und hinterlegtem Schüssel, man kann vor dem Haus zum Be- und Entladen kurz halten, Parkplätze gratis in der Nähe beim Strand. Sauber, bequemes Bett. Es hat keinen Balkon oder Aussicht, aber das steht in der Beschreibung und passt mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

- LOLA (9/5): Sin duda para repetir una tercera vez - Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en este apartamento, que está muy bien equipado y situado, en una calle tranquila, pero cerca del centro y de la playa. La cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas. La vez anterior le hice una observación a Melchor, el propietario, y la había tenido en cuenta :) Es fácil aparcar en la calle, al menos ahora. El sofá tiene un respaldo muy duro, y el asiento no es cómodo. Convendría cambiar las sartenes, están limpias pero gastadas y la comida se pega.

- Rebeca (7/5): Bien ubicado, coqueto - Está muy bien ubicado, y tiene unas dimensiones más que aceptables. Bien para aparcar. El sofá era incómodos, no lo pudimos utilizar como cama lo que nos obligó a usar la cama para dos y un niño de dos años y era muy pequeña para los 3 por lo que el descanso no fue el deseable. La campana extractora estaba sucia con lo que aunque la limpieza estaba bien da que pensar si el resto de cosas que no se ven a primera vista estarían en las mismas condiciones.

- Monica (10/5): - El apartamento esta bien ubicado, resulta confortable con todos los servicios, y limpio. El trato del anfitrion excelente ante cualquier duda que pueda surgir. No tengo nada de que quejarme. Como sugerencia al anfitrión, quiza sea mas comoda una cafetera de capsulas que la italiana, y en las instancias de invierno se agradeceria un calefactor en el baño. Pero insisto, no son quejas, son sugerencias.

- LOLA (10/5): Un fin de semana de relax. - Melchor, el propietario, nos envió unas instrucciones muy claras para acceder al apartamento. Todo el edificio es nuevo y nuestro apartamento estaba equipado con todo lo necesario. La cama y las almohadas muy cómodas, el sofá un poco durillo, pero para ver la tele está bien (para dormir, ya no lo sé). La ubicación es excelente, está muy cerca de las playas y a 5 minutos del centro, pero en una zona muy tranquila. No tiene aparcamiento, pero hay cerca varias bolsas de parking gratuitas y nosotros pudimos aparcar muy cerca del apartamento. Melchor tuvo la amabilidad de enseñarlos el apartamento de la planta superior, que es tipo dúplex, con una bonita terraza, por si la próxima vez quisiéramos alojarnos en él, aunque debo decir que el nuestro nos encantó. Todo estuvo genial, la pena es no haber podido quedarnos más tiempo. Ya le indiqué a Melchor que estaría bien poner más percheros para toallas en el baño, porque sólo hay uno para las toallas de ducha.

Esta ubicado a 5 minutos de la playa y del centro. Me gustaría recalcar el bar cercano Buena Vibra para los desayunos. Lo recomendamos 100%

Sin duda repetiremos y lo recomendamos 100%. Bastante humedad en el piso pero es zona de mar y es entendible, las cosas que no funcionaban del todo bien se las comentamos al propietario pero no impidieron que la estancia fuese perfecta.

Al ser un bajo la intimidad es relativa al estar a pie de calle...la claridad del día la aprovechas con la única ventana que hay jugando con la persiana. Existe una puerta que da a un patio de luces y no da mucha claridad... además si la abres se cuelan ruidos de vecinos, que a mí me tocaron un poco ruidosos.

- Graham (8/5): For a traveller on a budget this is a great option. - Clean, check in was easy, good Wi-Fi connection. Everything we needed to cook. Quality/price was excellent. Short walk to town and beach. On a quiet street. Second time we have stayed here, last time in the top floor, if you want more space it is worth paying a bit more to stay there. Overall a good experience.

If you are out a lot it won’t matter…
