• Shaun (8/5): Had a really lovely time, and would return if the penthouse was upgraded, shame because it’s a fabulous space. - Fantastic views and spacious apartment, close to town, loved the entertaining area upstairs Very tired and needs an upgrade, beds were hard, the stove top was disgusting and the knobs were melted and filthy, had to wash all the pots n pans before use, there was no serving bowls for snacks, the fridge upstairs was broken and froze everything even set on the lowest number. Toilet seat upstairs broken and hanging off, the pool had an old band aid floating around, and only three sun loungers for a six person apartment. I feel sad to be writing this negative feedback, but for penthouse prices I expect penthouse quality.
• Sabina (8/5): Was nice but I think some major upgrades and cleaning of furniture required. Expected the property to be in a better con - The view was amazing Some of furniture was tired and could do with upgrade and some major cleaning. Outdoor couches need major cleaning, pillows on couches dirty and not washed in a while. Curtains could do with some replacement or clean (wash). Stove dials old and broken and kitchen cooking items missing-large saucepan for boiling pasta, rice etc not available, an air fryer was in cupboard with not matching parts- could not be used. Missing containers for cooked food to serve. Paid a premium price for apartment and could have had fine finishing and cleanliness up to scratch. The veranda a little dirty with bird droppings and glass could be cleaned. Pool had not been cleaned- when raised with the first few hours of arriving was advised there had been a storm that made pool dirty but when inspecting the filter in pool- had not been cleaned or emptied recently. Photos on line show the photo in better condition than presented.
