• Matthias (1/5): - Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Unterkunft war inklusive Parkplatz ausgeschrieben. In Wahrheit wurde einem nur gesagt, dass man in einem Bereich parken soll, an dem Schilder mit "No Parking" angebracht sind. Die Umgebung des Hauses war nicht sonderlich schön und extrem stark befahren. Oben angekommen, stellte man fest, dass es in der Wohnung extrem laut ist, selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Der Gastgeber antwortete auf diesen Umstand mit der Gegenfrage, was man denn erwartet hätte bei der Lage. Wir mussten feststellen, dass ein Fenster defekt war und sich nicht schließen ließ. Wir wollten daraufhin schon ausziehen, die Stornierungsbedingungen ließen es jedoch nicht zu. Uns wurde ein andere Wohnung angeboten, welche jedoch keine Parkmöglichkeiten hatte, auf welche wir angewiesen waren. Beim Duschen mussten wir feststellen, dass es während man duscht aus den Rohren unter dem Waschbecken stark tropft und das sehr kleine Badezimmer überschwemmt. Wir informierten den Host auch darüber. Dieser warf uns nun vor, das Waschbecken zerstört zu haben und drohte mit der Polizei. Ein solches Verhalten hatten wir noch nicht erlebt. Wir blieben nur die eine Nacht, bei extremem Lärm, unbequemen Bett und überschwemmten Badezimmer und reisten ab, obwohl wir 3 Nächte gebucht hatten. Wir baten und zumindest die Folgenächte zu erstatten. Unsere Buchung wurde daraufhin vom Vermieter storniert mit der Begründung, wir wären angeblich nicht angereist. Deshalb erhielten wir nur 30 € zurück und zahlten alle Nächte. Der Host stresste am nächsten Morgen noch, wann denn endlich die Handwerker wegen Bad und Fenster kommen könnten. Wir zahlten also 3 Nächte, blieben nur 1 Nacht. Eine Wohnung mit diesen Mängeln sollte nicht vermietet werden und es sollte nicht verlangt werden, sich im Urlaub mit Handwerkern zu beschäftigen.

Very difficult to find in the dark particularly as the block is not labelled Parking was not easy parking between trees on the roadside
• Marianne (9/5): Luxe appartement in centrum. - Fijn ruim appartement met airco. Complete inrichting in de keuken qua apparatuur . Heerlijk bed. Goede douche. Midden in centrum, veel geluid van de straat. Ramen sluiten goed af.

• jeldrik (10/5): - Alles war genau wie beschrieben, die Wohnung top modern, exellent ausgestattet, sauber und schön! Unsere Hosts waren jederzeit super schnell, freundlich und zuverlässig zu erreichen und haben uns im Vorhinein exellente Tipps gegeben und während unseres Aufenthaltes alle Fragen sofort beantworten können. Selbst eine etwas frühere Ankunft wurde uns ermöglicht. Die Lage hat alles was man braucht! Man kann in ~25 Minuten zum Strand laufen aber hat auch 3 verschiedenen Bus Stationen in der Nähe. Ein riesiger Supermarkt (vergleichbar mit Real) ist 5 Minuten entfernt, 2 Bäckereien die 24 Stunden aufhaben sind nur 2-3 Minuten entfernt und wir hatten Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang von unserem Balkon aus. Pafos ist eine super schöne Stadt und wir haben unseren Urlaub im City Apartment aufs äußerste genossen! Große Empfehlung und jederzeit gerne wieder. (Die Dusche braucht manchmal 1-2 Minuten bis warmes Wasser kommt aber das war auch das einzige was aufgefallen ist)

• Wouter (10/5): Top verblijf op top locatie - De ligging was zeer praktisch om niet alleen bij old town te komen maar ook richting het strand. De communicatie met Doros en Katarina verliep soepel en we konden alles aan ze vragen

• ΘΕΟΔΩΡΟΣ (9/5): - Χάνει λίγο στην οικοδομή η οποία είναι λίγο παραμελημένη. Το διαμέρισμα όμως είναι εξαιρετικό. Ήσυχο, καθαρό, άνετο και πολύ μοντέρνο.

• Giulia (9/5): - Ci è piaciuto molto l'arredamento e il fatto che ci fosse tutto per cucinare, mangiare, asciugamani morbidi e puliti, wifi funzionante, letto comodo, tv grande. Tutto bello. Ci è piaciuto tutto. Sarebbe stato un surplus avere anche del caffè per il giorno dell'arrivo e la mattina dopo :)
• jacopo (9/5): - l'appartamento era molto bello e moderno. Tutto funzionante e con un comodo parcheggio sotto casa. Purtroppo dai tubi del bagno proveniva un odore poco piacevole, il propietario però prontamente ci ha fornito un deodorante d'ambiente che ha coperto l'odore per il resto del nostro pernottamento.

• Ting-yin (9/5): Superb - Very easy to access the keys. The owner explained everything well and in advance. The apartment is spacious. In walking distance there’re various restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. It has designated parking space but could be challenging to find a spot since the building has a quite busy car flow. Apart from this, everything was perfect!

Front door of the building was closed so we were looking but around but entered from the side door in the end which was fine. Value for money for sure.
• Daria (9/5): I am satisfied with our staying - We stayed in a City Centre Apartment for a week in March. Apartment was pretty good. There was enough space for two people, the balcony was small but pretty comfortable with the beautiful view at the sea. We could watch a gorgeous sunset every evening. The host was very friendly. He helped with every question we had. Apartment has all facilities that you need. The only thing is that the smell of bed was a little bit weird. My recommendation to change the conditioner for your laundry as I had trouble to fall asleep because of this smell.

• George (10/5): Exceptional - This is an awesome apartment. Great facilities, safe, clean, good location and the sunset view from the balcony is the icing on the cake. About 25 minutes walk to the marina but in a thriving area with a 24/7 bakery a minute walk away. About 15 minutes walk to the old town with plenty of restaurants. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. I would 100% stay again. Lots of reviews talk about the lack of a shower door. It's not really an issue if you don't blast the shower pressure and just pop a towel down. The building itself is a little run down but there's 2 doors between that and the apartment which is much more modern and clean.

• Isabelle (10/5): Fabulous - Beautiful, pristine studio apartment with all the amenities you could need, 20-30 min walk to archaeological parks and 10-20 mins to old town. Hosts were wonderful and very helpful. No complaints! Nothing - but for the sake of constructive criticism it would have been nice to have a lamp beside the bed for reading and a shelf for toiletries in the bathroom! Just suggestions :)

• Julija (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very helpful with recommendations and instructions on how to find this apartment. Also, we were pleasantly surprised that the apartment had everything you could think of not only tea and coffee but also additional plugs to European outlet, laundry detergent, body wash, shampoo, heater and plenty of other things that made it feel like home. We would definitely recommend it and looking back this apartment was the best from all the places we have stayed in Cyprus:) The shower doesn’t have a border and while showering the water floods the bathroom a bit . But it’s manageable with towels and bathroom mats.

• Viktar_rudzenia (7/5): Nice host and good apartment but has some issues - Good apartment. With big TV, air conditioning, large room and kitchen. Also, the host was extremely pleased. Windows were not good because we heard the strong wind all night, and felt this wind from not hermetic windows. The other issue is with the bathroom. The shower cabin has no door so all the water leaked out of the cabin and the whole floor was wet in the bathroom.

Before arriving Doros sent information on finding the apartment, where to park, places to eat, etc. The apartment is very spacious and clean. We asked about things to do and they both were incredibly responsive and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about how helpful they were. Parking was free. It was a great stay for us.

Location is exellent, close to the center and there are a few bus stops near the place. Special thanks to the best host ever! Very responsible person, give us a lot useful information and local recommendation. If I come back to Cyprus in the future I definitely will stay in this place again.

Plenty of space, good kitchen equipments, a lot of home appliances, very quite (with closed windows), very fast internet connection, good TV, very clean and modern bathroom, everything was comfy. We also enjoyed the possibility to wash clothes with the the washing machine and the free parking! If I have to write something here I would say that the building was quite old and not so clean and well maintained and also with some bad smells.

• Valentina (8/5): Very nice stay! - The apartment had everything we needed, it was clean and new. Very comfortable and perfect size for a couple. Ac in both rooms, comfy bed and sofa area to relax. Nice shower as well. A little bit of noise of from cars and scooters passing by the main street but by closing windows and using ac it was ok. You could potentially walk to the turistic promenade but the road was not very pesestrian friendly so we ended up using the car anyway.
• Desi (9/5): I will recommendation to my friends to stay in this city center apartment - Location is good not far from the boulevard, walk distance to 24 hours store to get what you need and also to the mall. Clean apartment, the host are very kind and helpful. Anything you need or if you have issue and questions you can just send an app to the host and you will get the answer right away. We are very satisfy during our stay in the apartment. Nothing to complain, maybe a bigger dustbin in the kitchen area would be easier for the guest.

• Karey (10/5): Extremely helpful host - Very clean, literally in the middle of everything. Get the 610 bus for €1.50 to get to the harbour. Doros was full of information and very helpful. Couldn't fault a thing. Our door was acting up a bit when we were trying to unlock it. We had to wiggle the door while turning the key and it worked perfectly fine. Might have been more us than the door itself. 😂
