• francesca (8/5): Molto bene - Ottima posizione, appartamento comodo per visitare Mendrisio e dintorni. Molto pulito. Facile contatto con il proprietario L’appartamento si presenta un po’ asettico. Le pentole erano un po’ vecchie e il bollitore non proprio pulito
• Tanja (9/5): geschäftlich auf Durchreise, unkompliziert für mit ÖV-Anschluss oder mit dem Auto. Selbstverpflegung möglich, wenn man f - Unkompliziertes Check-Inn, hatte alles vorhanden, für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise, super auch der Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Bettsofa war angenehm.

• CHIARA (10/5): Riconfermo la piacevolezza di soggiornare in un ambiente molto pulito, silenzioso e centralissimo. - Mi è piaciuto constatare che, sebbene siano passati un paio di anni dal mio ultimo pernottamento all'interno dell'appartamento, la qualità è rimasta immutata. In realtà va bene tutto! In loco c'è già un cavo lungo a disposizione, ma se doveste avere più devices da caricare, ricordatevi di portare con voi degli adattatori per le prese svizzere, che differiscono leggermente da quelle italiane.

• Bruno (8/5): Gute Location in Mendrisio zu einem fairen Preis. - Alles sehr sauber. Gute Location. Küchenzeile. Das Sofabett war erstaunlich bequem für ein Sofabett. Parkplatz vor der Wohnung. Es könnte den einen oder anderen Aufhänger haben im Badezimmer für die Tücher etc. Die Küche könnte etwas mehr Utensilien gebrauchen wie zB. kleine Schüsseln etc.
• Ines Heri Baghin (7/5): Grosse essentiell eingerichtete Einzimmerwohnung an guter Lage - Lage ist gut, wenn auch mit Verkehr, Wohnung sauber und gross, viel Stauraum für Kleider und Gepäck Leider dunkel Wohnung an einer befahrenen Durchgangsstrasse, Zimmerbeleuchtung steril Weiss, gerade genügend Geschirr und Besteck, Dusch- und Handtücher etwas übelriechend, kein Fernseher.

• Violetta Anna (10/5): Mój najlepszy pobyt w Szwajcarii Żałuję że za krótko. Zawsze zatrzymam się w tym apartamencie. - Lokalizacja w pobliżu starego miasta. Urokliwe uliczki, świetne restauracje. Cicho, romantycznie i bardzo stylowo. Czysto i pokój wyposażony właściwie we wszystko co potrzebne. Nawet wybór ładowarek do telefonu. Parking pod drzwiami. Bardzo miła obsługa i natychmiastowy kontakt. Jestem zauroczona tym miejscem i wrócę tam w przyszłości. Polecam wszystkim. Daję najwyższą możliwą ocenę. Nie napiszę jednego negatywnego słowa. Wszystko było rewelacyjne. Same superlatywy.

• Andrea (9/5): Fine stay - The location is perfect for the station and quite close to the city centre. The space is clean and organized. The atmosphere is a bit cold. I suggest warmer lights and some pictures of paintings on the walls. One television may be another idea useful to improve comfort. I suggest also providing a clean dish sponge for every customer (i had to buy it).

• Enrico (8/5): Good value for money - Wide space with possibility to cook. Furniture OK. Bathroom well equipped. Close to the train station Instruction not to open the blinds; WHY??? No real place to relax apart the bed but the light is not appropriate for reading.
