• nick (6/5): The apartment was ok as described. Everything else was terrible - It was as described The keys had to be collected from a location 15 mins walk away. We had tried for 2 days before arrival to get information on entry with no feedback. It wasn’t until we complained to the agent did the owner/manager respond at that point we had been stood outside the apartment block in pouring rain for 30 mins only then to find we needed to go elsewhere for the keys. The keys were at risk of breaking the fit was so bad. The impression from the booking was it was no MG30 and 31. they are separate flats on different floors with no door numbers on 31 or clarification on whether we in 30 or 31. without doubt the worst communication of any booking anywhere.

• Rensc (7/5): Lage gut, Ausstattung verbesserungswürdig. Betten nicht bequem. - Die Lage der Wohnung und der Balkon ins Grüne. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr hat für 3 Personen nicht ausgereicht. Nur 2 Müslischalen. Obwohl 4 Personen übernachten könnten. Wir waren zu dritt. Geschirr für Mikrowelle fehlt auch.
• Oleksandr (10/5): - Top Lage und tolle Wohnung! Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in Mönchengladbach, der Bahnhof ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!
• Julie (1/5): Horrible way to start our vacation - The host contacted me the same day of arrival saying that they can't have us because another guest locked himself at the building and don't want to be disturbed from anyone. The host offered us another place on a different location, but we didn't like it so we didn't accept and asked to cancel the reservation free of charge. When I asked for that the host immediately switched off his phone and stopped replying to my messages. I contacted booking support team one week ago already for help but still have no resolution with them either. It was horrible way to start our vacation! Never book anything with this host!
• Dzheikhun (6/5): Pleasant - We have two days cold water,always problem with parking,owner need to invest a little in apartment .
• Anthony (7/5): A very Basis and clean apartment, that met our needs for the 4 days that we were there. - Apartment was clean and tidy. Had the basis items required, fridge, kettle, dishwasher, WI-FI. Very good value for money. Beds were really comfortable. The bathroom keep smelling of cigarettes, not sure why. Did not realise there were 62 steps to get to the apartment. Although not an issue for us, it could be an issue for other people.
• Scarlett (4/5): Thank you for hosting us. Like I said, the price reflected the stay. Thank you for allowing us a later check out. - Excellent location. You get what u pay for! We liked the price. But there were no frills. Not even proper curtains. 4 flights of stairs. Bathroom needs an update - shower hot and cold. Very hot weather this week and being a top floor apartment, it was extremely warm. Only one window opened partially.
