No me gustó el precio de acuerdo al producto que ofrecen,además la FIANZA pedida no es válida por las condiciones encontradas,con muchos detalles por falta de mantenimiento.

• Philippa (4/5): An overpriced tatty run down apartment but in a good location. - Great location to enjoy all that San Pedro has to offer. Run down, tiles falling off in kitchen. Bathroom grubby. Kitchen not very well equipped. No kettle, no TeaTowels, bin liners or dishcloths. Left over rubbish from previous guests. No outside space and too close to the road. Ground floor meant no privacy from people walking past the window.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Brilliant location and accommodation - Fabulous location in walking distance to San Pedro and the beach. The Beds were very comfortable had all the facilities there we needed for an enjoyable holiday. Nothing it was all good.

• CRISTINA (2/5): Nada recomendable, no está alineado calidad/precio - Lo único bueno del alojamiento es la piscina y jardín comunitario Es un bajo con muy poca luz, ventanas pequeñas sin cortinas en las habitaciones, si esta las persianas subidas te ven de la calle o abajo esta oscuro. Las almohadas muy incómodas, una de las camas de matrimonio es muy pequeña, habían 3 luces que no funcionaban, un armario lleno de ropa de cama de invierno y almohadas en mal estado, la bañera y campana .uy sucias... total que no volveremos ni lo recordamos, calidad/precio no está alineado. Faltan muchos detalles y revision antes de dar las llaves

The complex is beautifully kept and the pool is lovely. The whole feel of the place was fantastic. The company in charge of apartment gave ultra clear Instructions upon check in. 10/10 Having to leave!

Security was excellent and Very helpful to us. Towels were ancient and falling apart 1st thing we did was buy new Towels . Bedding non existent 2 Lumps in a Pillowcase for Pillows, and lack of Balcony was a huge no no

• The (7/5): Great location - Great location, easy check in and check out, flat was clean, well equipped kitchen, garden and pool outside so it's good for summer time, the host was reachable The beds and cushions were not comfortable enough, it is too small for two people, hot water doesn't stay long, only few minutes and it gets cold, also we could hear the neighbours talking, especially early morning. Really disturbing as the noise goes easily through the walls.
• Mark (5/5): Great location but with some quality / comfort issues - Apartment is in an excellent location. Walking distance to the beach and downtown. The hot water does not last long at all. It’s fine for a short shower for one but will quickly go cold if there’s a second (or more) person. If you’re staying in winter you will definitely want to consider another option. You also can’t use too many appliances at once without the power shorting out. We were constantly having to flick the power back on at the fuse box near the front door.

• Jan (6/5): Great location but not an ideal apartment for a holiday in the sun - Location is great, clean apartment, comfy bed, good shower. The gardens are very pleasant but you have no view of them from this apartment and the pool looks nice but is not open until June! No outside space and no ‘tenderdero’ (drying area) either, one of the only apartments in the whole of this development to lack these facilities and this is unusual for an Andalusian seaside apartment. Television had Spanish channels only. There are not 2 bathrooms, only one shower room and an additional separate toilet. The hot water to the shower ran out with just 2 of us so would not serve 3/4 guests. No basic condiments, not even a cruet set or any oil, just 1 dishwasher tablet & actually the dishwasher was not working. On arrival we had to ask for a drying rack as there were pegs but actually nowhere to hang any washing. I have to say one was supplied quite quickly which was helpful.
