I expected coffee and tea to be supplied. There was coffee, but no tea. It wasn’t a huge problem though because there is a supermarket very close by so we were able to stock up in the morning.
• Beth (9/5): Superb - Excellent location walking ten minutes to Cotton Tree Beach or ten minutes to Sunshine Plaza. Cafes and restaurants on the same street. Quiet, safe and right on the riverfront. Will book again next time I am in Maroochydore.

He was terribly uncomfortable and I was quite uncomfortable too. After reading other reviews I see this is a common theme. It would be fabulous if the owners updated the mattresses.

Hard to get someone to answer phone. Was awoken by noisy youth early hours of the morning however this was not the fault of accomodation

Peaceful, immaculately clean, great location, fantastic communication with Jacinta and Paul, absolute value for money, secure parking and gate entry to the property, all the little extras were thought of to make our stay as comfortable as possible. This was a home away from home and allowed us to just relax. We were offered an extra late check out, which topped off the whole wonderful experience. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much. There was nothing we didn't like, except it was too short!

A very private, secure & peaceful location which was right in amongst everything. Supermarket and shops a short stroll away. Hosts were great and we really enjoyed our stay there.

• Annette (10/5): Fantastic. Nothing not to like! - Perfect location just a stroll to Cotton Tree shops, and sunshine plaza. Beautiful outlook across the water. The apartment was fantastic, beautifully furnished with comfortable couches, beautiful dining table, comfortable bed, great kitchen with everything you would need. Right down to those basic condiments, like S&P, tomato sauce, cooking oil, paper towel and tissues. Plenty of good quality washing powder, and dishwasher tablets. Oh, and toiletries in the bathrooms, with beautifully thick soft towels! And finally, to finish off, fresh flowers on the dining room table!! What was there to dislike? Nothing at all!! The only suggestion I would make is that a coffee table would be beneficial in front of the lovely couch. There's a small end table, but it doesn't help those at the other end relaxing on the chaise! Just a personal choice as we hate putting coffee mugs on the floor!

Very friendly owners who made sure everything was provided and gave very useful tips to the area. Magnificent sunrises directly from lounge and balcony. Couldn't ask for more and would definitely return. Enormously good value. Far better than any hotel. Nothing

Great for families with young children. - Very easy and straightforward handover of keys from Paul along with a thorough overview of accommodation and amenities. I booked the accommodation on behalf of interstate relatives consisting of a family of four - two adults and two children, 5 yrs old and 11 months. It was a great location with secure off-street parking and within easy walking distance to the shopping centre, supermarket, beach and park/playground. Just wished the stay was longer.

• Cheryl (10/5): Perfect property, location and view - The owners communication Before and after arrival was excellent. We were met by Paul to hand over the keys, he was absolutely lovely. The property on entry had a lovely, friendly vibe. It felt very clean and the soft music playing in the background was very welcoming. That all being said, the view is incredible! I could watch my family play in the pool whilst having a coffee on the balcony which over looks the pool. The pool is not a resort size pool but was absolutely perfect for my little ones. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything. We could walk and grab our morning coffee and grab shopping from Woolies. We loved our stay! That we couldn't stay longer! ;)

We had everything we needed for our stay. Our host provided us with a beautiful fruit bowl, fresh flowers and a bottle of bubbly... the champagne glasses were even chilling in the fridge! Forgot to mention the pontoon out onto the water, great for fishing or just taking in the beautiful view.

• Hodder (8/5): A comfortable clean apartment with all facilities and provisions. - The property was very clean and all the little extras were supplied. Olive oil, salt & pepper, sauces. Coffee & tea etc. Cling wrap, foil & paper towels, everything you needed was there. The towels were really thick and the toilet paper was a great quality. The building was showing its age as was the apartment, but everything was presented at it's best.

All conveniences supplied in the kitchen and laundry were very useful. Wifi very useful for our overseas visitors. Great golf courses within an easy drive. No BBQ but not a big deal as they are supplied over the bridge in the park or you can hire a bbq boat and enjoy the river. Our stay was way to short. We will come for a week next time.
