- Chye (1/5): Sucks - I had a terrible experience with Homesweet. Around midnight, I was suddenly informed that the unit had a serious water leakage issue and was asked to cancel the booking. The host told me to request a fee waiver to avoid cancellation charges. I followed all the instructions as advised, but after that, they completely ignored me. My messages on WhatsApp were read (blue ticks), but there was no response. Now, my booking shows as “Completed,” and I have not received any refund or proper explanation. This is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. I was left without a place to stay and no support from the host. I strongly do not recommend anyone to book this property. Avoid it to save yourself the trouble.
- Oh (4/5): A wildlife experience not for the weak - Spacious rooms, considerably cheap A wide variety of unwanted guests welcoming me during my stay, including a nest of cockroaches crawling around every inch of the room, bed bugs and fleas of all shapes sizes and species, would only recommend if you're a fervent blood donor to the bed bugs and fleas. 🐞🪲🪲🪳🦗
