• Adeel (7/5): nice hotel, on the main road, large rooms and responsive staff. - A large room with all the basic facilities. The fitness centre was closed due to renovations.

• Nakhawa (2/5): Very frustrating. - Room and toilet was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not available in the restaurant for Non-fasting guests. Moreover, the breakfast sent to the room was not satisfactory. The omelette was ordinary without any vegetables. The choice of breakfast items was very limited. The milk/creamer sachets were not provided in the room. Work was going on in the roof until 1 00 a.m. with the disturbance of constant banging.

• Elbechara (1/5): Never ever again. This is -4 stars and no way is even a single star - Nothing at all. I’m quite surprised on the previous reviews for this hotel. I don’t know where to start. Bad room service. When asked for extra water bottles, the room service said 2 bottles a day! Toilet is terrible. No hot water and standard of cleanness was below average. Went to the coffee shop, no one was there for more than 40 minutes. A single Filipino gentleman was not available and seems he had multi tasking. Asked for spoons for the tea and coffee and said they only had spoons that is for eating - had to use the other side of the spoon for steaming my coffee! Will share photos that is self explanatory.

• Osama (6/5): Hotel Motel - I like how the room was clean. The price is reasonable for the room your getting. The staff were hard to find at the property or at the front desk, after a few minutes a staff member would pop out of nowhere. The TV remote was missing and I couldn't turn the TV off. And the concierge guy said I have to reserve a room through booking which was quite weird. Also the elevator going to the ground floor took me to a wedding hall and I could not find my way out. Lastly, there is about nothing worth visiting near the property.

Good hotel. - I did not have time to take breakfast in the morning, however the restaurant looks good. The staff are always polite. the rooms are clean, but they can improve by cleaning around the fridge area and the walls.

• Dr (5/5): Decent for the price but did not accommodate my handicapped guest when she could not find parking - location and price Advertised valet parking but when my guest arrived, who is handicapped, she could not get a handicapped parking at the entrance of the hotel and was told valet parking is not available. She was told to go down into the basement parking. Due to her handicap and inability to walk more than a short distance, she could not attend our wedding.

• Majd (4/5): Cockroaches are normally found around in your room - The location is certainly convenient for Riyadh front exhibition visitors and staff When we complained more than once about Cockroaches and the staff reaction was that are normally found around in your room. The staff didn’t even bother to replace the room with another room because it is nothing serious required to shift to another room
