• Adéla (5/5): K přespání v nouzi ok - Dobrá lokalita, teplá voda ve sprše Ubytování působí poměrně zastarale a nezrekonstruovaně, vybavení připomíná spíš devadesátá léta. Večer bylo venku kolem 5 °C a na pokoji byla opravdu velká zima. Topení prakticky nefungovalo, takže jsem musela spát nejen v pyžamu, ale i v mikině, a stejně jsem se během noci několikrát budila zimou. Dalším problémem byly velmi tenké stěny – bylo slyšet téměř všechno z vedlejšího pokoje. Člověka vzbudilo i obyčejné mluvení nebo příchod sousedů na pokoj. Snídaně v ceně byla poměrně chudá, výběr malý a navíc už ráno v cca 9:30 velká část jídla chyběla. Komunikace s personálem byla také složitější, protože téměř nikdo nemluvil dobře česky ani anglicky. Jako nouzové přespání to poslouží, ale znovu bych si toto ubytování pravděpodobně nevybrala.
• Pravenec (8/5): Dobrý poměr cena/vykon - Pokoj malý ale dostatečný. Umístění v podstatě v centru města. Lze využít výtah z kolonády (zámecký vrh)! Výhled přes ulici do oken protějšího domu. Místo na snídani malé, výběr nevelký a ten kdo přišel později téměř nic nedostal, pokud se neozval.

• Sara (4/5): Péssima - Localização Apartamento estreitamente pequeno com cheio de transpiração entrei ao fim do dia e parecia que o último hóspede tinha saído a pouco. A cana tinha lençóis lavados mas o colchão era fraco de espessura e puseram um suplente colchão para dar mais forma mas já está muito usado com o peso Fãm do corpo fazia logo um fundo. O tapete ao lado da cama sujo, as paredes em algumas zonas riscadas. A casa de banho tive que ter cuidado para a água não sair pois tem uma pequena altura que é mínima para a água não passar e com cortina ainda pior. Na hora do pequeno almoço a sala era pequena que só dava para umas 6 pessoas ou seja tinha que esperar meia hora para poder comer coisa que fiquei extremamente chateada pois tinha compromisso. Resumindo não gostei e quero o meu reembolso sff

• Tomas (7/5): - Pěkný pobyt. Vše pohoda. Příjemný pokoj. Moderní chytrá televize, která hravě zrcadlila Netflix z telefonu. Půl dne trvalo, než pokoj vytopil na pohodlnou teplotu.
• Heinrich (9/5): Für spontan: Preis-Leistung … kann man machen. - Spontan am selben Abend gebucht und mit zwei Hunden eingecheckt. Ruhig gelegen, in der zweiten Reihe und nicht direkt an der Promenade, leider ohne Parkplätze oder die Möglichkeit, das Auto in der Nähe abzustellen. Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber eine sehr nette Gastgeber, Familie, die das Ganze in Schuss hält.

• Oksana (6/5): Вывод такой, что по скидке ехать можно, но я бы второй раз не поехала. - Спасибо, работникам которые делали питы и лепешки они были очень вкусные Номер только одна из уборщиц убирала хорошо остальные плохо убирали полы не мыли, полотенца не меняли. В последний день перед отъездом одна из уборщиц выбросила йод а мне нужно было обрабатывать рану. Питание не очень понравилось голодными не будете но с аппетитом есть тоже не будете. Коктейли, чай и кофе не очень.

• Livia (8/5): Perfekt für ein low-budget Wochenende in Karlsbad - Familiengeführtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und sehr bemühten Gastgebern. Zentrale Lage. Saubere, einfache Zimmer. Hunde sind willkommen. Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel leider nicht vorhanden.

• Christiane (6/5): Wer viel (Komfort) erwartet, sollte was anderes buchen! - Es war sauber und man gibt sich Mühe mit geringen Mitteln Komfort zu bieten. Von der Sauberkeit her gab es absolut keine Beanstandungen. Die Lage ist super, keine 3 min nach unten zur Innenstadt. Die Gegend ist klasse, gleich um die Ecke die besten Sehenswürdigkeiten und eine High Mile Einkaufsmöglichkeit, wenn der Geldbeutel stimmt. Darüber natürlich jede Menge Touristischer Attraktionen. Genau das richtige Viertel gegenüber der anderen Seite Flussaufwärts. Wer keinen Wert auf Luxus legt und auch nur sporadisch das Frühstück liebt, man kann auch draußen frühstücken, wird sich für ein bis zwei Nächte wohlfühlen. Ich empfehle 2 Bierchen vor dem Schlafen gehen, dann geht es... Am Wochenende sind viele Partys auf der Ecke. Kritikpunkte: Gardinen, Frühstück Ich habe gerne blickdichte Gardinen vor dem Fenster. Die Ausstattung ist sehr, sehr einfach. Eine Tür zwischen Schlafzimmer und Vorraum Flur gab es nicht, man hört vieles ... vielleicht. Hab die Nachbarn nicht gefragt, das Bett steht jedenfalls fest. Im Sommer ist es lange hell, da kann man sich noch mit Licht der Sonne bewegen. Ansonsten ist es wie ein Showlaufen. Die Gardinen sind nicht blickdicht und wer sich spät wäscht, kann von allen Seiten begutachtet werden. FKK Freunde werden sich hier wohlfühlen. Die farblichen Gardinen lassen ein gewisses Establishment vermuten. Wir haben gelacht, weil wir als junges Pärchen eher Spaß damit hatten und es braucht kein Licht im Zimmer, das kommt von Außen. Aber jeder kann auch reinsehen. Das Bad ist funktional, mehr auch nicht. Moderner Standard ist es nicht. Dafür war alles sauber. Man sollte nicht zu viel erwarten. Für eine Nacht hat es ausgereicht. Dafür ist es eben günstig. Das Frühstück war das 'Highlight' des Tages. Eine Küche mit einem Buffet und 3 Tischchen, man gibt sich Mühe. Hier kommt man sich vor, als würde Oma aufgetischt haben. Brot, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Joghurt, Gemüse und Ei .... Musli gab es auch irgendwo unter dem Tisch, ich habe aber die Finger davon gelassen. Willkommen bei Oma. Erwarten Sie nichts falls Sie besseres gewöhnt sind. Brötchen gibt es nicht. Dafür gab es alles ausreichend. Mann wird satt. Im Notfall gibt es viele Cafés um die Ecke 😉 ... Uns hat es gereicht, sind satt geworden... und wenigstens gab es Frühstück inklusive. Die Oma vor Ort war freundlich und wohnt auch im Haus. Den Titel in der Beschreibung " bestes Frühstück " kann ich nicht vergeben. Aber wer eine günstige und einfache Unterkunft sucht, die zentral liegt mit Frühstück, wird hier fündig. Die Fotos in der Ansicht bei der Buchung sind auch so wie angegeben. Sehr einfach, aber sauber. Hat mich an französische Hostels erinnert, die zentral liegen....

• Tamar (8/5): Very good - Location was good, near to colonnades. Near to hotel was a free elevator, to avoid the climb. Staff were helpful and polite.

• Petr (9/5): Superb - I travelled in winter dead season, so I asked in advance to heat the room. It was done. The accommodation is basic but everything works. Location is very good. The breakfast was great. I was the only one in the establishment-so they prepare everything just for me and there was a lot of selection (eggs, ham, cheese and cake). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Be aware that their English might be limited - which was not a problem for me. The price/value relationship was excellent. Everything was ok.
• Zoli (5/5): Oldschool room on the 4th floor in Karlovy Vary - The lady was nice, however she couldn't speak english. The building was 100 meters away from the old town. There was a breakfast in the price (it was more like a family breakfast, instead of a common hotel breakfast). My room was on the 4th floor, so it was quite quiet. There was an elevator in the building, however you had to walk some additional steps. By taxi you could reach the building quick. I don't recommend walking. I think it was a bit pricey. During my stay there was no heating. I don't know if it was the building's fault or the central heating season hasn't started yet. I got a fan-heater, but it was loud, so it wasn't too comfy. Sometimes there was no hot water, just warm(ish). There was no wardrobe in my room. The bed was a bit short to me, so I had to sleep diagonally. :) Maybe during summer the lack of heating and hot water wouldn't have bothered me. It is a pity, that I didn't enjoy too much my stay, because the lady was really nice.

• Konstantin (1/5): Bad - The worst experience ever. After using booking for more than 5 years. They didn’t let me in as I couldn’t pay 2 euros as city tax (they didn’t accept the card). Offered them to pay in the morning, they didn’t accept it. Don’t recommend it to anyone.

Lack of AC (33 degrees every day outside) My room, atop the building was not very confortable because I could not stand up where I had my luggage
