- Håkan (9/5): Underbart boende i pittoresk miljö - Allt var helt toppen. Rent och fint och allt man behövde fanns där. Fräsch toalett, bra kök. Riktigt bekväm bäddsoffa och det är ovanligt ! Ursula och flickan som mötte oss var jättegoa och vi fick bra råd på matställen från henne. Det enda lilla minuset är den lilla franska balkongen som inte gick att sitta två på. Som svensk ( kanske gäller alla ) älskar man ju en uteplats att sitta och äta och fika på men här går det inte.
- marta (10/5): para repetir. - la ubicación, la limpieza. LLeno de detalles . Zona muy céntrica y tranquila a la vez. A 3 minutos de la playa. Impecables todos los elementos y utensilios. Se adaptaron sin problema a mi hora de entrada y salida. Trato con Úrsula buenísimo.
- Jovana (10/5): - Our stay was wonderful! Everything was spotless and we had all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. The kitchen had everything we could ask for - really well stocked. We'd definitely recommend this place to others. The only downside was that there were no mosquito nets on the windows, which made it tricky to keep them open for fresh air in the evenings

- Maria Jose (9/5): Muy buena salvo el colchón 🤨 - La ubicación es genial y todo muy limpio. El colchón de la cama fatal(es una colchoneta) llegué a Madrid con las espaldas fatal.
- Josef (10/5): Einfach super, - Ein schönes, neu und modern ausgestattetes Appartment (fast) gleich auf dem Strand. Check-in/out sehr freundlich und angenehm. Im Patio findet man Esstisch, Sonnenliegen sowie Strandstühle und Sonnenschirm. Tram 1 Haltestelle (Alicante - Benidorm) bzw. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 12 min. entfernt.
- Yuli-yali (10/5): - Отличное расположение - с одной стороны пляж, с другой - парк и зона для спорта. Свежий ремонт, все очень чисто. В квартире есть все необходимое, даже пляжные кресла. Замечательный район - старый город. По ночам не шумно. Хорошая изоляция от внешнего шума. Фонарь на улице рядом с окном, шторы частично блокируют свет. Меня не беспокоило, но следует иметь в виду.

- María Teresa (9/5): - Se ve todo muy nuevo. Bien reformado, parecen buenos materiales y acondicionado con gusto. Espacio bien aprovechado, muy funcional y con muchos detalles para facilitar la estancia. Buenos electrodomésticos, muchos enchufes. Todo muy limpio. El patio era muy cómodo para dejar las cosas de la playa, quitarte la arena al llegar (hay grifo con manguera), tender y, si te apetecía, tomar el fresco por las noches (hamacas, mesa y sillas de forja). Tienen el detalle de proporcionarte sillas y sombrilla para la playa. Se echa de menos un sofá, pero no hay espacio. Creo que los de las plantas superiores sí tienen, por ser un poquito más grandes. La cama queda un poco justa de tamaño, quizás pq estamos acostumbrados a la nuestra que es de 1.80 x 2... Todo lo demás, muy bien

Just beautiful little touches that sets it apart from a lot of other self catering apartments! A true gem of a find! The position of the apartment is perfect, just steps from the beautiful beach and lovely restaurants! The communication with the owner Beatriz and her welcoming staff was superb! Beatriz gave me lots of information about places to visit and good restaurants to try! Villajoyosa is an absolutely charming and beautiful place to stay and so is San Telmo apartment! I hope to return later in the year 🙏👏😎 Absolutely nothing!!!!! The property is beautiful! 🤩

- Francesco (10/5): Small comfortable apartment with great location - The apartment has got all the amenities one might need to enjoy a nice stay in La Vila for two people. The kitchen is a bit small but very functional. The location is perfect to be close to the beach. The garden on the back is great to enjoy nice meals outdoors when the weather is good.
