Perfect location as the most places to visit are in the walking distance - Location- perfect. 2 bathroom, elevator, very clean, comfortable beds, shutters in the windows creating darkness perfect for a good sleep, spacious, super communication with the host. Noises from the street at night time so if you have light sleep might be annoyed. Lack of shelf to place your toiletries in bathrooms. A few more hooks on the wall for towels and dressing gowns. No wine glasses. No hooks in the entrance corridor to place the coats.

The appartement was big and clean and we even had a little terrace ! The pillows could have been a little more comfy but other than that everything was perfect.

Very clean and functional! Extremely attentive host. She exceeded our spectations and recommended a Flamenco show that was a great experience. Apartment was very well kept and comfortable and the bed also, the balcony is a good size with table and chairs there is a lift that great as its on top floor Lots of bars café within 5mins walking and a good choice of supermarkets with 10mins I'm already planning to return next year as I was delighted with the apartment

• Amanda (10/5): A relaxing place to stay with nice views and close to the centre of Seville - The apartment was near to many attractions and there were lots of restaurants and bars we could walk to within a few minutes. It was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. Nothing. It might be nice if there were some complimentary tea bags or coffee pods for when people arrive.

C’erano dei cavi a vista ad altezza di 30 cm molto pericolosi per un bambino. Nonostante avessi richiesto la disponibilità di un seggiolone e mi era stata data conferma non c’era nell’appartamento. L’ascensore non funzionava e l’appartamento si trova al terzo piano quindi con tante rampe di scale da fare a piedi e non eravamo stati informati

• MARIA (9/5): Small, nice apartment with a great terrace, opposite the Plaza de Toros. - The apartment is on the top floor of the building (with elevator - press A) and has a great big terrace with outside seating where you can watch the sunset over Seville. It was clean and tidy and a few steps from the center. There is a nice restaurant with delicious food right opposite the apartment. There was a sewage smell on the terrace and in the bathroom at times. But I also smelled it in other parts of the city, so apparently there is a sewage problem in the city and it is unlikely that the hosts can do anything about it.

• Giorgia (9/5): Comodissimo - Appartamento comodo e in posizione centralissima (proprio di fronte alla Plaza de Toros), che ci ha permesso di visitare praticamente tutta la città a piedi. Gli spazi sono ampi: 2camere, 2bagni e un divano letto in soggiorno. Eravamo in cinque e siamo state benissimo. Nelle vicinanze si trova davvero di tutto: ristoranti, bar, negozi… Nel complesso, lo consiglio! Purtroppo la casa aveva un cattivo odore, soprattutto in cucina. Il frigorifero, quando veniva aperto, emanava un odore molto forte ed era praticamente inutilizzabile. Una sera, aprendo la porta del bagno, ho trovato una blatta. So che in Spagna è abbastanza comune, però è comunque spiacevole… Suggerirei inoltre di lasciare almeno una bottiglia d’acqua per gli ospiti.
• roby (9/5): Comodissimo per un soggiorno nel centro di Siviglia - La posizione dell'appartamento è molto buona e comodissima al centro. Ho apprezzato molto anche le dimensioni interne e la presenza di due bagni, dato che abbiamo soggiornato con un gruppo composto da sei persone. Anche il soggiorno è molto spazioso e dotato di un tavolo ampio. La posizione centrale dell'appartemento e la vicinanza ad alcuni locali pubblici aperti fino a tardi, purtroppo, lo rende un po' rumoroso durante la notte. Inoltre, durante il nostro soggiorno, era presente un odore sgradevole nel vano scale e in entrata.

• Paola Alessandra (10/5): Muy recomendable - El apartamento era muy espacioso, sobre todo el living-comedor. Al ser esquinero tenia mucha luz. Los anfitriones muy atentos por WhatsApp, nos avisaron antes del check in que el piso estaba listo y pendientes durante nuestra estancia. Solo por mejorar un detalle es el menage y cubiertos de la cocina quizás habría que renovar o poner algo más de utensilios. Pero nos pudimos apañar.

• Cédric (9/5): Excellent appartement - Très bien placé dans Séville. Appartement spacieux et propre, assez grand pour 7 personnes et un bébé. Très appréciable d'avoir deux salles de bain. Ascenseur, clim, lave linge. On a adoré.. Aucune isolation contre le bruit extérieur. Mieux vaut emporter des boules quiès. Pas de produits de première nécessité, il faut donc prévoir en conséquence. Attention, petit détail : photo d'une terrasse alors qu'il n'y a pas de terrasse mais ça n'apparaît pas dans l'annonce alors aucun problème.

• Marie-José (9/5): - L'appartement est grand et très bien situé. Nous avons tout fait à pieds. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la salle à manger avec ses grandes fenêtres et les 2 salles de bain. Malgré sa proximité avec le centre ville, nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit (octobre). La communication avec les hôtes étaient parfaite ! Merci. Le manque d'équipement : 2 bols alors que nous étions 4. Prévoir les aliments de base : sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre. Il manquait, dans la petite salle de bain, un petit meuble pour poser les affaires de toilettes mais avec un peu d'astuce on trouve des solutions 😊 Bref, quelques détails qui ne nous font absolument pas regretter notre choix 😊

• Omar Alejandro (10/5): EXCELENTE CALIDAD-PRECIO-UBICACIÓN - Superó mis expectativas por completo. Tienen un salón muy amplio conectado con el comedor, se puede estar con los amigos pasando el rato. Todo el equipamiento del piso se encuentra en excelentes condiciones, el aire acondicionado es centralizado y funciona de maravilla. La anfitriona siempre atenta, aunque nunca nos vimos, pero siempre respondía si teníamos alguna duda, fue muy amable. Además, cuando es posible, te ofrecen entrar un poco antes de la hora pactada, eso nos ayudó mucho en nuestro caso para dejar el equipaje y salir a comer. Gracias por todo! Esto ya es por poner una pega, aún así le he dado calificación de 10 al alojamiento. Pero hay demasiados apagadores/switches en el piso, que no sabes cuál es cuál. De hecho descubrí que había uno que si lo desactivabas, dejaba de pasar corriente a los enchufes, de modo que pensé que mi móvil estaba cargando y no fue así. Una solución práctica sería etiquetar o señalar esos apagadores clave que hay que tener activados. Insisto, por poner pegas, pero es una maravilla este piso.

• Stefano (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno, città bellissima - Posizione eccezionale, proprio di fronte alla Plaza de Toros ed a 300 metri dalla Cattedrale, quindi in centro. Appartamento grande con 2 camere, 2 bagni e perfino un divano letto in un grande soggiorno, eravamo in 5 (2 famiglie) e siamo stati benissimo. Dotato di tutto quanto serve, perfino la lavatrice ed il ferro da stiro, ben ckimatizzato e comunque fresco avendo mura molto spesse. Lo abbiamo trovato perfettamente pulito. Non abbiamo avuto contatto fisico con la proprietà, ma l'assistenza via waths app è stata impeccabile ed immediata ad ogni domanda. Rapporto qualità prezzo direi eccezionale. Lo consiglio assolutamente. Niente di parrticolare, tutto bene.

• Debbie (8/5): Convenient stay in Seville. - Close to what we wanted to see. Good restaurants nearby. Was able to hear the sounds from the crowds at the bull fights. No coffee pods provided. One chair on the terrace was tied to the overhead awning making it difficult to move.

The laundry facilities were a huge help as we were on a long trip! There were ants in the apartment. However, the staff took care of it very promptly, so they were dead and not around the next few days.
