• Ненова (10/5): Чудесен - Всичко беше много чисто, на много добра локация, пускат и домашни любимци, хостът беше много дружелюбен. Със сигурност бихме посетили отново!
• Mariya (8/5): - The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was warm, amenities were as described. There was coffee and tea provided as well. The kitchenette didn't have a kitchen sink, so dishes had to be washed in the bathroom, which is not very comfortable to do.

• Viktoriq (10/5): Незабравимо изживяване, споделено с топли хора - Още с пристигането ни бяхме топло посрещнати от домакина на хотела. Стаите са чисти и оборудвани с всичко необходимо и са със спираща дъха гледка към планината. Хотелът има просторен двор с барбекю, пейки, маси и детски кът. Хотелът е идеален, ако искате да избягате от градския шум, а човекът, който ще ви посрещне ще ви разкаже за магията на Родопите и ще ви препоръча места, които да посетите. Няма нещо, което да не ни хареса

• Marina (10/5): Почивка - Студиото е чисто, много добре оборудвано с всичко необходимо за приятен престой.Намира се на много удобно и спокойно място в добре поддържан малък комплекс.Комуникацията със собственика е отлична.С удоволствие ще се върнем отново. Нямам забележки.
• Nikolova (10/5): - Абсолютно всичко ни хареса, мястото беше страхотно, много чисто както и подредено, имаше всичко необходимо за престоя ни, домакина е страхотен човек, напътства ни за различните туристически маршрути в околността за да направи преживяването ни още по пълноценно. Гледката беше зашеметяваща, и местоположението беше отлично, близко до всяка дестинация която искахме да посетим, горещо препоръчвам!

• М. (3/5): Не препоръчвам - Местността е страхотна, има какво да се разглежда, спокойно място. Няма асансьор, а апартамента беше на последният етаж. Няма балкон. Кухнята беше мръсна. Спалнята не отговаря на снимките, неудобна, скосен таван и си удряш главата особено постоянно... Актуализирайте си снимките в сайта! Фитнеса от снимките не работи, защото беше в друга сграда, която не функционираше. Информацията не е точна в сайта!

• осипян (6/5): Need to improve room cleanliness. - Location Cleanliness, el.kettle and cofe machine were very dirty it's looks like tried to make coffee in El.kettle, the bottom has a black color, same color has water container of coffee machine .During our stay of two days the our room was doesn't visit someone for cleaning.

Не достатъчна посуда в апартамента.Спалнята към апартамента в която бяхме настанени въобще я няма на снимките.Има снимки на фитнес, които подвеждат, защото фитнеса не може да се ползва.

• Евгений (5/5): Passable - It feels like the room hasn’t been cleaned for three months. The baseboards are torn off, the bathroom is dirty, the coffee machine has mold, and the closet doors were barely holding on until they finally broke. The toaster didn’t work properly—bread kept burning, and smoke would come out because the timer wasn’t functioning. We asked the administration for an axe, but they never provided one, just told us to wait—we’re still waiting! The only positive thing about this place is the view from the window. However, we initially paid for a two-room apartment with a kitchen, but we were settled in a room without a kitchen. They claimed we had chosen the wrong one, even though our booking clearly specified it. In the end, we had to pay an extra 25 lev per day to get a room with a kitchen. When we checked into the room, the internet wasn’t working. A worker fixed it within two hours, but during that time, my family and I had to wait while he ran up and down from the fourth floor to get tools about four times. After finishing, he left an open socket with wires sticking out and said everything was done. We were very surprised by this.
• Simeon (10/5): Exceptional - Very warm and hospitable host. He was able to provide recommendation regarding the local attractions and restaurants. The room is specious and very clean. Outside there is a great shared area with spectacular view where you could have a barbecue with a beer. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

• Staneva (9/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay :) - The apartment was spacious and clean, we could see the mountains from the windows and the view was amazing! The slopes and chair lift are within a short walk through the woods which is convenient (the path can get muddy if the weather is bad/raining but it’s not too bad - you just have to wear proper shoes).
• Marina (10/5): Great place to stay, close to ski lift - Clean and warm place. The room is the same as in the pictures. It is close to the Stoykite ski lift - only 10 mins walk through a pine forest. Easy check-in & check-out. Kind and responsive host. The common areas shown in the pictures are not accessible, but they are not listed in the details of the place neither. So it is fine - the description is not misleading.
