Claudio se puso en contacto conmigo para indicarnos la ubicación y los códigos para entrar al apartamento. La habitación grande y camas cómodas. Que no limpiaron la habitación en los tres días, pero bueno no es un hotel

• Mohtadi HAMZA (2/5): à éviter absolument, une grande arnaque - Rien - l'emplacement est dans une ruelle trés eloignée - l'accés est trés difficile, on a du demander à plusieurs gents locaux de nos aider - c'est un appartment privé (pas un hotel) se trouvant dans un immeuble en état catastrophique avec des escaliers trés difficle à monter -le code d'accés à l'immeuble ne fonctionne pas, on a du attendre devant laporte avec nos bagages plusieurs minutes -le propriétaire est quasiment impoli et nous parle au téléphone avec un ton agressif - lorsque je lui ai demandé d'annuler la réservation puisque ma mère agée ne peut pas faire les escaliers, il a refusé et j'ai du payer un séjour dont je n'ai pas bénéficié. -faites attention en réservant dans cet établissemment, c'est de l'arnaque pure et simple.

The bathroom is very draughty because of open gaps around the air conditioning. Difficult to find and the host oly sends rext messages. Not even a tea bag in the room. Definitely not to go back.

Вільний доступ і власник завжди швидко відповідає і надає всю необхідну інформацію.Вимене була кімната з одномісним ліжком,шафою,холодильником,феном,чайником ,рушниками і косметикою для душу. Житло знаходиться в жилому будинку і ви зможете пожити як сісцевий Немає ліфта але то не такий великий мінус.

• Barbara (8/5): - L' appartamento ha un ottima posizione, a un minuto dal ponte di Rialto. Molto negativa una cosa: abbiamo pagato e non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua! Il Letto matrimoniale è l' unione di due letti singoli... L' acqua non fornita Un sapone per le mani nemmeno, ho trovato 2 mini saponette e uno shampoo! Sempre formato viaggio... Per 2 giorni, per due persone mi sembra assurdo.
• PORTUGUEZ VILLAR (6/5): Lo justo para dormir - Su ubicación justo en el centro de San Marcos . El baño compartido está súper alejado de la habitación,le falta conexiones eléctricas para los aparatos,tenían una nevera y tuve que moverla de su sitio para conectarla . El grifo de la habitación bota poca agua ,la tele es un monitor de computadora y es pequeña. La última noche pasé frío porque no funcionaba el radiador .

• Susannah (10/5): Excellent location, overall comfortable- didn’t feel dingy or too cheap. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to people who - We arrived and checked in ourselves. We were pleasantly surprised that the accommodation was actually well heated, we stayed in Mid January and found it pretty warm in the rooms which was nice. The location was really good, you’re in walking distance of everything major (all within a 10min walk pretty much). It was nice that there was an ice cream shop right next to the air BnB. The room was pretty spacious as well, surprisingly big. The beds were fine, they were firm but not rock solid. The sink in our room was clean. Didn’t have any issues during our 2 night stay. The lady who came to collect our resident tax was really nice and friendly. Honestly for the price, it was really nice and I would definitely come again. It wasn’t dirty or unliveable in or damp or smell. I saw previously from other reviews that the walls were thin so you often hear noise from either out on the streets or the other residents on the floor. It wasn’t a big deal for us, it’s not like it was major noise and it’s just down to luck if you get respectful or obnoxious neighbours. Earplugs should do to block out the noise, so not a big deal. We only stayed 2 nights so we didn’t need to shower but I will say if you are staying long enough to need to shower, the shower didn’t look the most pleasant. The toilets and sink were very clean though.

• Maksym (7/5): В цілому плюс лише за розташування. - Близьке розташування до ключових «транспортних» артерій, ключових обʼєктів. Гарний ресторан поблизу. Ціна зависока. Відсутність адекватного ремонту, ключа від сейфу, відсутність деякої приватності - ванна окрема, але з вікном в загальну. Погана шумоізоляція. Потрібний додатковий «податок» для туристів, про що не попереджено заздалегідь.

• Danijel (10/5): Super Zimmer in guter Lage zu top Preis! - Alles! Das Zimmer hält genau das, was es verspricht. Kühlschrank ist vorhanden, Kasten und Wasserkocher ebenfalls. Als Bonus gibt es sogar noch ein Waschbecken mit Wasserleitung im Zimmer, was einem manche Wascharbeiten enorm erleichtert. Ich habe alles bekommen, was in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung angegeben ist. Natürlich darf man für diesen Preis im Zentrum von Venedig kein Hiltons erwarten, für das Schlafen sowie zum Entspannen hat das Zimmer aber allemal die Anforderungen erfüllt!

El propietario muy amable, nos ayudó a encontrar el alojamiento fácilmente, nos resolvió todos los problemas muy rápido, incluso nos telefoneó para asegurarse de que habíamos encontrado la casa.

El casero nos atendió muy bien y nos dio facilidades para el acceso y la salida. La habitación es parte de un apartamento en el que se alquilan 4 habitaciones con un espacio común, sin cocina.

• Bludiprussia (8/5): Mi sono sentita come a casa. - Posizione fantastica, centrale vicina alle vie dello shopping, un minuto al ponte di Rialto e ai vaporetti. L'host Claudio molto cordiale, ci ha seguite passo passo per trovare la struttura e ci ha consentito di lasciare le valige gratuitamente in deposito prima della partenza. La stanza, quattro posti letto, era ampia con arredamento essenziale, pulito, materassi comodi, un frigo e un ebollitore. Una piccola anticamera consente di riposarsi prima di entrare in stanza dopo le lunghe camminate veneziane. Nel bagno non c'è il bidet e mancavano i tappetini per la doccia

• Caputo (1/5): Venezia è bellissima ed i veneziani sono molto accoglienti - La struttura risulta vetusta e l'igiene scarsa. Il mobilio vecchio i materassi scomodi. L'impianto elettrico sicuramente non a norma. È stato commesso un errore nell'acquisire la prenotazione pertanto all'arrivo abbiamo trovato un posto letto in meno. Benché l'host si sia reso subito disponibile a risolvere il problema è stata fornita la biancheria del terzo letto inadeguata tanto da costringerci al rientro in serata a richiedere nuovamente il suo intervento. Inoltre la struttura benché centrale presenta un ingresso strettissimo con una scalinata stretta e molto pendente tanto da considerarsi pericolosa soprattutto per gli ospiti che viaggiano con bagaglio. Anche i servizi lasciano molto a desiderare sia per la vetustà che per la poca manutenzione e poca attenzione ad evitare disagi . Tant'è che il coperchio del water ad ogni seduta si appoggiava sulla schiena arrecando molto fastidio. Il rifacimento giornaliero della stanza e la fornitura giornaliera della biancheria pulita non stato effettuato.
• DAWN (7/5): - The location was perfect,so easy to get around the city and plenty of shops and restaurants. The sound proofing was poor but luckily I had my earplugs. My neighbour wasn't considerate coming in at 02.30 playing loud music and talking loudly. The whole place needed updating but my mattress was comfy which counts for a lot. For what I paid in the location I can't grumble

• Marisa Italia (10/5): Weekend a Venezia - La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città, a un paio di minuti dal ponte di Rialto e a circa 6/7 minuti da Piazza San Marco. Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, risponde in pochi minuti a qualunque richiesta, ci ha permesso anche di lasciare i bagagli dopo il checkout, sino alla sera. Nel caso dovessi ritornare a Venezia, mi piacerebbe soggiornare nuovamente in questa struttura.

Il gestore molto simpatico. Non ci sono zanzariere. Abbiamo chiesto a metà vacanza di fare delle pulizie, che alla fine non sono mai state fatte.
