• Andrea (10/5): Unbedingt gleich buchen, wenn verfügbar, wenn Geräuschkulisse kein Problem! - Perfekte Lage! Alle, wirklich alle Rom Highlights waren zuFuß (max 30 min Vatikan) erreichbar. Ausstattung wie auf den Fotos, inkl. Blick auf den Palazzo Emanuele Vittorio II.! Wir sind vom Nachtzug BHF Tiburtina mit dem 492er Bus zum Busstop Plebiscito gefahren (1,50 pro ps) Dort hat uns Noemi direkt hergewunken und um die Ecke zum Appartement geführt. App. super geräumig und nett zum Zusammensitzen. Carrefour Express mit allem notwendigen um die Ecke. Luggage Storage Empfehlung mit Promo Code hat leider nicht funktioniert, daher woanders das Gepäck untergebracht. Auffallend war die kreative Fliesengestaltung in den Bädern und die entzückende Gestaltung der Emporen. Nicht für geräusch- und geruchsempfindliche Personen, laute Geräuschkulisse bis tief in die Nacht durchs Pub und Lage an der Straße. Waren eh sehr müde und wir haben die Fenster u Balken geschlossen, dann gings.

• STEFANOS (5/5): - Μου άρεσε το σημείο αλλά με ένα bar που είχε κάτω από το σπίτι μέχρι αργά είχε πολύ φασαρία. Δεν είχε ζέστη το διαμέρισμα και δεν ήταν καθαρά με λίγες ευκολίες.

• László (9/5): Kellemes hàrom napot töltöttünk ott. - Nagyon szép, kényelmes, jó helyen lèvô lakás. Jó lett volna, ha kapunk néhány kávèkapszulát, négy napra elegendő mosogatószert és egy törlő kendôt, mert ilyeneket nem visz magával a turista néhàny napos városnézésre, ráadásul repülővel.

• Pierre (4/5): המיקום היה מצוין, אך לצערי השהייה עצמה הייתה מאכזבת ולא ענתה על הציפיות. - המיקום ראשית, למרות שקיימת מעלית בבניין, כדי להגיע אליה צריך לעלות כ־24 מדרגות. זה לא מתאים בכלל לאנשים עם צרכים מיוחדים, קשישים או כל מי שמתקשה בהליכה פרט שלא צוין בצורה ברורה במודעה. בנוסף, מהרגע שנכנסנו לדירה היה ריח לא נעים שהתפשט בכל החללים, לא רק באמבטיה. זה הפריע לשהות והיה מאוד לא נעים. גם מוצרי ניקיון בסיסיים היו חסרים, והמברשת לניקוי האסלה הייתה שבורה דבר מינימלי שנדרש בכל דירה שמתארחים בה. פניתי למארחים בוואטסאפ כפי שהתבקשתי, אך לא קיבלתי מענה במשך שעות ארוכות, ואף יממה שלמה. רק אחרי שהתייאשתי והתחלתי לפנות דרך Booking קיבלתי תגובה. חוסר זמינות כזה בזמן שהייה הוא לא מתקבל. לגבי זריקת האשפה לא היה ברור היכן נמצאים הפחים, ושוב לא קיבלנו מענה מהמארחת בזמן אמת, מה שיצר אי נעימות מיותרת. בשורה התחתונה חוץ מהמיקום, החוויה בדירה הייתה מאכזבת ולא עמדה בציפיות

• Mariana (8/5): - Localização e espaço excelente. Ótimo para grupos. O ar condicionado não funcionou, mesmo após conversar com o anfitrião. Há um pouco de barulho por conta do pub abaixo, mas nada demais, mesmo pra mim que sou sensível com barulhos.

• Stian (10/5): Fantastisk leilighet midt i smørøyet av Roma. - Stor og luftig leilighet i et ærverdig bygg. Den er sentralt plassert, og likevel skjermet for støy, med gangavstand til alle severdigheter. Ingenting. Men det kan være verdt å vite at kjøkkenet er lite og at det ikke er utstyr for å lage store måltider der.

• Greg (9/5): Great experience! Would recommend it to anyone looking to be in the heart of old Rome! - Everything about the property and location exceeded our hopes for a wonderful stay in Rome! The AC seemed to struggle during the hot summer days. Still cool though.
• Alexandru (6/5): Good apartment, the firm that helps the owner to rent its just about the money not to make the people feel good, will - Ive liked alot the placement of the property, it was verry easy acces to go to center of rome and all to major atractions, verry close to a supermarket and bus station. A good apartment and cool enough during the day to cool down. Enough space and defently good kitchen if you need to cook and stuff like that The cleaning to be honest it was poor quality, and during the days we staied no “room service at all for cleaning” and no toweles change nothing like that,the one that rented the apartment when was asked about it it saied “YOU NEED TO PAY FOR THAT” yeah ofc … we paied around 500 euros/3 night just to have the place thats all…. No parking sport nothing like that, no coffe from the house nothing, even if is a coffe machine.

• Dany (8/5): Very good - Easily walkable to so many points of interest. There can be a lot of ambient noise in the neighborhood at night but the building itself felt very safe. Of the three bathrooms we preferred to use the two with the standing showers.

• Adina (8/5): Very good - Helpful host. Cleanliness. Good mattresses. Good location in the center. Very noisy in the night. A lot of "happy" people singing and screaming on the street. The windows are to the main street, and even if they are well isolated, the noise from outside is too loud.

• Robin (10/5): Great place, clean, excellent location. - Nice apartment that was clean and modern. Hazem who met us with the keys and some do’s and dont’s was very professional and friendly. The water filled very slowly in the toilet tanks. There could have been some more bowls and so on to store leftover food for example.

• Buster (10/5): Wonderful centralized spacious apartment. We loved it. - Worked great for two couples, us and our friends. Beautiful place in a great location. Great view out of the windows of the Vittorio Emanuele memorial. Very secure. The bathrooms had a bad smell at times, but it’s a big, old city so we just opened the windows and no big deal.

Location, beautiful place in a historic palace.... just loved staying here and definitely our favourite place we stayed in while travelling around Italy. Be aware there are a flight of stairs before reaching the lift if you have mobility issues. We did not have issues and enjoyed going up the 3 stories of the spiral staircase. I love this place, views, and general set-up with plenty of space.. Amazing 👏
• Rodica (10/5): We have an amazing stay! - Perfect place to stay in the heart of Rome, in Piazza Venezia, at few steps of all interesting spots. We saw Venetian Palace and Altare della Patria from the window. All the facilities to feel like home. We definitely would stay again there when we come again in Rome! • Tom (9/5): Palazzo Altieri is a very good spot for a Stay in Rome. - The location was perfect for us. Plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has all the equipment necessary for a pleasant stay. A clothes dryer would make laundry much easier. A heads-up about Scholars Irish Pub would have been helpful -- was very noisy.

• Marie (3/5): Ruined final 3 nights of 2 week stay. - Falsely listed air conditioning only has floor cooling which made it damp with condensation and air was uncomfortably hot. Asked host if we could check out after first sleepless night of 3 and they refused to refund for nights not used so we asked for fans. Also refused us this so we had to get taxis and spend a lot on our own fans. I hope Booking stops allowing then to false advertise. Location is good but windows so poor outside noise is very loud.
• Michael (6/5): Pleasant - the apartment is a very nice size they really do not provide much, for a 6 night stay only 1 towel per person provided, we ran out of soap and toilet paper because only 1 small of each provided and no water or honestly anything available on arrival. They are charging a luxury rate but providing and economy service.
• Robert (8/5): Would definitely stay here again. - Beautiful well-appointed, big apartment in a historic building in the middle of the historic district. Easy walk to colosseum, the forum trevi, pantheon etc. Only downside is the loud pub on the ground floor. Other than that it’s a beautiful place.
• Rachel (5/5): No A/C. Great location! - The location is great. Very close walking distance to Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain and Campo de Fiori. Very spacious and comfortable. No A/C, even though the listing said AC. Temperature was set for 77F. Very hot during the day. Can’t leave windows open at night because of the bar/live music until 3 am, every single night. Was disappointed our host didn’t even reply to our request for a fan for the bedroom. Purchased them and then donated them when we left.
• Kaushik (8/5): Memorable and enjoyable - The apartment was lovely. The location is excellent, the building charming and well kept. The elevator could be improved, but that is not the ownwers responsibility, so no issue. Breakfast Self Done, review not applicable. The repeat stay is conditional, that some of the shortcomings be attended to. The bathrooms were very good, but the showers very slippery, and the shower cubicles had no shelves for the soaps. that needs attention. The other reviews asked the customers for quiet, but street noises were very high late into the night, as there was a pub directly below Airconditioner needs to be more effective.
