- Matt (7/5): Rainforest Spot Close to the Beach - Really amazing location only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Mission Beach only a 10 min drive but unfortunately when we were there the whole place was a construction site (making a lot of improvements all at the same time), so we were glad this place was out of town. Also it was lovely and peaceful and felt like you were in the rainforest. Can imagine in summer it would be nice and shady. Some of the furniture and appliances were a bit old and not super comfortable e.g. sofa, bed, some bits and pieces in the kitchen. TV not connected to WiFi. Place was pretty clean but also pretty sandy, though I imagine it is very hard to keep the sand out of that property.
- Brown (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect accommodation, with thoughtful extras, very clean and stylish great amenities, no interruptions and heaps of privacy, the gardens were amazing. The easy accessibility to beach and a lovely bridge walk. We loved it all .except the single beds were lumpy and old.
- Paul (1/5): Bad - Location not bad. Underwhelming Experience – Not What We Hoped For Unfortunately, our stay didn’t meet expectations. Several of the air conditioners weren’t working, and the portable unit provided was extremely noisy – it made restful sleep difficult. The accommodation felt quite dated and dark, lacking the warmth and charm we were hoping for. We made the decision to leave early. While we were excited to visit Mission Beach, this experience didn’t leave the best impression.
