• Dagmar (9/5): - Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und durften uns sogar das Apartment aussuchen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht auch zum selber kochen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist Tarifa bequem zu erreichen und der Strand ist fußläufig 5 Minuten entfernt. Die ländliche Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, damit verbunden die Ruhe. Wir können es auf jeden Fall als Unterkunft für einige Tage weiterempfehlen. Das helle Licht welches ins Schlafzimmer leuchtete, mit Schlafmaske ist es dann kein Problem.

• Leonard (9/5): Ausgezeichnet - Die Unterkunft liegt ländlich, aber in fußläufiger Entfernung zum wunderschönen Strand. Vor Ort gibt es freilaufende Hühner (und Küken!). Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Luft ist gut, die Atmosphäre ist gut und bietet einen starken Kontrast zu den engen, vollen Städten in Andalusien. Das WiFi-Passwort bekamen wir erst auf Nachfrage.

• Silvia (8/5): Buena relación calidad/precio - La atención de la familia, check in amplio y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de la playa (aunque es una playa donde se pone mucha gente a hacer kitesurf). Aparcamiento en el mismo alojamiento.

• Anna (3/5): - Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, pomieszczenia dość przestronne, brak problemu z parkingiem, blisko do przepięknej plaży, cicho i spokojnie, przemili gospodarze. Obiekt byłby doskonały w okresie letnim, kiedy jest ciepło i temperatura wysuszyłaby całą wilgoć w pomieszczeniach. Kiedy my przyjechaliśmy (koniec grudnia), było zimno i wilgotno. Woda ściekała po kafelkach, wszystkie ubrania były wilgotne. Nie podobał mi się też brak poszwy na kołdrę. To problem w całej Hiszpanii. Kołdra znajduje się pomiędzy dwoma prześcieradłami, które już w połowie pierwszej nocy zwijają się w kłębek gdzieś w nogach i śpi się pod samą kołdrą, co budzi duże wątpliwości do higieny... Zużyty papier toaletowy proszono aby wrzucać do śmietnika, nie do wc... dla nas była to dość obrzydliwa nowość... choć w Hiszpanii spotykaliśmy się z tym dość często. Nie wyobrażam sobie jakie latem generuje to "zapachy". Ciepła woda z bojlera wystarczała na kąpiel jednej osoby. Kąpaliśmy się naprzemiennie, jedna osoba wieczorem, druga rano.

• Katarzyna (8/5): - Very nice place to stay if you want to avoid crowded city center of Tarifa. Beach is very close - you have to crossed the road and walk just a few minutes. It takes few minutes buy car to get to Tarifa. There is a nice restaurant nearby with a wide selection of dishes. Apartment is not very modern, but comfortable and perfect to stay a few days. Apartment could be cleaner and some of the dishes/pots need to be replaced. But it wasn't a big problem overall.

• Sara (10/5): Alojamiento muy recomendable - Atención excepcional. El sitio es muy bonito, todo limpio y cuidado y con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable. La cama y la almohada son comodísimas! Sin duda es un sitio en el que repetiría, muy recomendable.

• Claudia del Carmen (7/5): Bonito, pero lejos de Tarifa - El alojamiento es bonito, ubicado en una finca familiar. Es antiguo, y está un poco descuidado y las camas están muy usadas para el precio que pagamos por una noche (169 euros). Olía a humedad cuando entramos, también el armario de la habitación. Necesitas coche para moverte hasta el pueblo (tuvimos problemas con los taxis, tardaron 1 hora en venir)

• Sonia (5/5): Justo pero bien - Ubicación cercana a la escuela de kitesurf, que es por lo que fuimos a este viaje. Zona de césped al aire libre muy tranquila para comer fuera. Echamos en falta bastantes cosas. Tema vajilla muy justita (no había tijeras, ni abridor, ni tazas de desayuno grandes, ni bols…muy justo) el baño era tan pequeño que no podías estar dos personas a la vez. En fin, un sitio justo, para tener claro a lo que vas y ya está.

• Paula (7/5): Calidad-precio muy recomendable - La ubicación es muy cómoda, a solo 5 minutos en coche de Tarifa y 8 minutos de Valdevaqueros. El alojamiento cuenta con parking, lo cual es un gran plus. Aunque no es muy grande, resulta espacioso y agradable para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Los dueños viven justo enfrente y fueron muy amables. Además, pedimos entrar antes de la hora del check-in y no nos pusieron ningún problema. La casa tiene poca luz natural, por lo que consideramos que le vendría bien alguna ventana más. También echamos en falta algunos elementos básicos como bolsas de basura, gel, tijeras, mayor menaje de cocina, pinzas de la ropa o productos de limpieza. Además, aunque dispone de una pequeña terraza, apenas puede aprovecharse ya que durante el día da demasiado el sol y por la noche hay muchos insectos.

• Raasa (10/5): Great place close to the sea. - The place is suitable for a long stay. Short distance to the beach and Tarifa. Gibraltar and Africa also nearby. Washing machine and good kitchen, plenty of space. Peaceful. There is a restaurant within walking distance.
• Drew (10/5): Great hosts and clean room with everything I needed. - Very nice hosts, clean, fully functional place. Very easy and convenient. You'll need everything to prepare food. I appreciate when places leave unused staples from other guests. I could have used salt, pepper, olive oil, spices, etc. I bought what I needed and hope some is there for the next guests. They did provide a few instant coffees and I used every one!

• Rene (9/5): Good value - Overall, it was a great facility to stay at. Had all the amenities we needed. The picture on the listing is a bit misleading. We had a challenge to find the location in the rain. Those GPS brought us right to the front of the property. The signage isn’t clearly visible and you need to drive around buildings to find a location. It would be very helpful for more appropriate clearer signage to be put up. Otherwise this was a great stay and the host is a wonderful person.

• Anna (7/5): Good - The staff was super nice, the apartment was clean and it had a washing machine. It was good to stay in nature and quiet. Also, it was good that you could close all the windows and the apartment was completely dark. The beds were individual, and no matrimonial. It was missing basic stuff like a shower gel, soap for the clothes or a simple bottle of water as welcome. We didn't cook, but we didn't have salt and oil, that usually comes with apartments that have the facilities. Please consider buying that stuff you need to go to the city in Tarifa (between 8 to 10mins with the car). Also, the apartment didn't have an iron, or hair dryer, this one most probably the owner could provide but we didn't want to bother him.

Great location with a car, in the country, chickens and fresh eggs, only 5 minutes to Tarifa. Friendly, kind hosts and we enjoyed meeting the family.

Did not like that there was no sign or lighting to clearly mark the place. It was very hard to find at night. We drove past it, both nights we were there. Because it's on a highway, signage and very bright lights would have been helpful
• Grant (8/5): Very good - Loved the quet rural environment. It was a pluss to wake to a rooster crowing at about 8:00 am. There are also three great restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The beach was a bit of a walk and only good for kite boarders. While the water was clear and warm, the wind, lack if shade, and the boarders was just not what we were looking for. It is an easy 3 to 4 km walk to Terifa. The road is not designed for foot traffic.

• Melanie (4/5): Sleepless in Casa Juncal - The host was very nice and welcoming and even printed out my ticket for our tour the following day. Casa Juncal was also very clean. While we knew the place had no ac, the night we stayed was unfortunately very hot and stagnant, so it was unbearably hot inside which of course is no fault of the Airbnb. It would have been nice if they had fans on hand though to make it more comfortable inside. We had all the windows open, but this made no difference at all. The only way to truly get some airflow in the house would've been to sleep with the front door wide open which we didn't feel comfortable doing since there were other little dwellings around us. The bathroom was also a little weird in that when you showered, even with the shower curtains, the water would go all over the bathroom floor which made it a slippery mess. But the real kicker was when the roosters started cock a doodling at like 4 am. Now I love animals and even had roosters when I was younger, but they never got up that early. I mean these roosters sounded like they were in the room with us or at least on our window sill which they could've been. This unfortunately left us with a very long, very hot, and sleepless night.

• Gina (8/5): Very good - Location was great for access to Los Lances beach, the hosts were very friendly and the apartment was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was not super and the temperature fluctuated without moving the tap.
• Kina (9/5): Beautiful and calm location - We loved Casa Juncal, it is situated perfectly to kitesurf at Los Lances (you can easily walk there) and the location is very quiet. The hosts are super friendly and helpful! The garden with the terrace is very nice and the appartement has everything we needed and was clean. We are coming back for sure :)
