• Flora (9/5): Merci Leonardo! - L’hôte Leonardo est incontestablement l’atout principal de cette appartement. Il est très disponible, ultra réactif et donne de précieux conseils. Il a été également tres arrageant pour le départ. L’emplacement est très qualitatif, équidistant de tous les centres d’intérêt et proche de la gare. L’appartement est très spacieux. Deux salles de douche dont une très spacieuse. La décoration notammment les livres et les tableaux est très plaisante. La climatisation est très bryante, le canapé du salon un peu petit, nous étions 6. L’appartement est dans son jus et peu lumineux même si lumière est traversante.

• Alejandro (10/5): Vivir Roma desde un barrio tradicional. - Muy completo equipamiento, un lugar antiguo de mucha prestancia y con una buena ubicación. En su entorno se puede encontrar diferentes establecimientos comerciales que satisfacen todas las necesidades. En general todo estuvo muy bien y quedamos conforme con lo ofertado.

• aykut (8/5): Geniş aileler için uygun - Evin konumu, büyüklüğü bizim için çok iyiydi. Leonardo eve girişimizden çıkışımıza kadar hep ulaşılabilir oldu.
• Glenn (10/5): Exceptional - Very accessible to bus station, laundrymat, grocery. It has an elevator.
• Tony (9/5): Excellent choice for central Rome - Well located in the centre, but also outside the ZTL (so you can drive to it). Within 20-30 minutes walk of most sights. It is a spacious and well-kept apartment, that comfortably held our family of 6. The air-conditioning was impressively loud, and some units were getting old, but they all did their job, and if you are there in summer you will appreciate it. There is a small supermarket just a couple of minutes walk away. The owner was very responsive and helpful. No nearby parking, but a huge and well-maintained parking lot a 15 minute walk away (Parcheggio Saba Roma Piazza di Spagna). We would be happy to use the apartment again when in Rome. Nothing, it is a nice apartment. Note that given its location it will be a challenge to find somewhere to stop and unload/load baggage, but that comes with central Rome. We were there for a week, so had a lot to unload, but we managed it by pulling up in front of the hotel across the road, unloading a few of things, then circling round again, multiple times. So it is certainly doable, but just be prepared.

• Ingra (8/5): Excellent apartment to stay in Rome - good location and very good value for the money. - Location is very good - safe area, near the Embassy of the USA. Not too far from the center. Everything was very clean. Host was very friendly and answered very quickly. In one bathroom the toilet did not work very well - had to wait a long time for it to collect new water in the tank. There were a bit too little number of mugs in the kitchen.

• Lars (9/5): Great host and very nice accommodation with a lot of Roma highlights in walking distance - Leonardo was a great host, very responsive and supportive 👍🏼 Casa Minita is very spacious and nicely furnished and excellently located. Some renovation works soon due in some of the rooms.
• Nisa (7/5): We did have a problem on the last day where there was no water supply, not the owners fault , but he allowed a late chec - Clean , walking distance to town Owner easy to contact and approachable Had a washing machine Dishwasher Cooking appliances Electricity tripping if all A/C on Door handles require replacing on the bathroom Washing machine took longer then it needed to due to the electricity going off , but easy to put back on
