Otel son derece temiz, konforlu ve kaliteli bir atmosfere sahip. Tüm personel çok yardımsever, güler yüzlü ve profesyoneldi; kendimizi gerçekten özel hissettik. Özellikle kahvaltı bölümündeki ekibe ve Demet Hanım’a ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. İlgi, nezaket ve misafirperverlikleri sayesinde güne çok güzel başladık. İstanbul’da konforlu ve kaliteli bir konaklama arayan herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.

Not sure how this hotel was labelled as “4 star”. I recently conducted surgery, and had no help whatsoever from the staff. Three hours into check-in, had to abandon our pre paid 5 night penthouse and check in another hotel.

The staff are very polite and helpful. The room and bathroom are very clean. The breakfast is a bit basic. It would have been nice to have a hot option other than fried eggs. The beds are too soft, the softest I have ever slept on — and I have stayed in many different hotels.

They also provided an extra bed for our child, even though we hadn’t planned to bring the kids at first. A big thank you to the staff - they really helped us out. Breakfast was wonderful: delicious, high-quality, and very well organized. The room was cleaned perfectly, everything was tidy and fresh. The location is excellent - close to everything. Yes, it can be a little bit noisy, but once the windows are closed, you sleep very well, especially with such a comfortable bed :) The only small suggestion would be to update the towels, as they are already a bit worn. But this is just a minor detail and didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. We would gladly come back!

Huone oli todella mukava, ja siinä oli kiva viettää aikaa Hotelli ei tehnyt oikein mitään erityisruokavalion suhteen. Olen vegaani ja he eivät ottaneet sitä mitenkään huomioon, sanoivat että ei ole mahdollista saada vegaanista aamupalaa (syö mitä voit, joka tässä tapauksessa tarkoitti salaattia ja hedelmiä). Kyllä he seuraavana aamuna toivat ranskalaisia aamupalalle (mutta ne ei taida olla ihan aamupalaa). Täydet pisteet olisi tullut hotellille jos he olisivat paremmin hoitaneet aamupalan. Hotellihuoneen televisiosta ei myöskään tullut muuta kuin turkkilaista ohjelmaa (ymmärrettävää), mutta olisi ollut kiva jos oman puhelimen olisi saanut yhdistettyä televisiöön ja olisi voinut katsoa omia leffoja/sarjoja yms.

Temizlik ve Hijyen Sorunları ​Temizlik hizmetleriniz kabul edilemez düzeydedir: ​Banyo ve WC Temizliği: Banyo ve tuvalet (WC/lavabo) alanlarının derinlemesine temizliği, 6 günlük konaklamamızın ancak dördüncü gününde yapılmıştır. ​Zemin Temizliği: Konaklama süresi boyunca, ne odanın ne de banyo ve tuvalet alanlarının zemini hiç temizlenmemiş, halıları süpürülmemiştir. Hijyen kaygısıyla, banyo zeminini ve duşakabini üçüncü gün kendi banyo jelimi kullanarak kendim temizlemek zorunda kaldım. ​Günlük Rutinler: Her gün sadece havlular değiştirilmiş, kozmetik ürünler, su ve kahve ikmali yapılmıştır. Bu yüzeysel hizmet, konaklama ücretine dahil olan beklentiyi karşılamamıştır. ​2. Yapısal ve Konfor Sorunları ​Oda içi yapısal kusurlar, konfor seviyesini ciddi şekilde düşürmüştür: ​Ses İzolasyonu: Duvarlardaki izolasyon (yalıtım) çok kötüdür. Yan odada yapılan bütün konuşmalar net bir şekilde duyulmaktadır. ​Pencere İzolasyonu: Tesisiniz yola uzak olmasına rağmen, camlar kapalıyken dahi dışarıdaki tüm sesler içeriye gelmektedir. Pencere izolasyonu tamamen yetersizdir. ​Mobilya Durumu: Odada bulunan kanepe (çekyat/koltuk), kullanımdan dolayı çökmüş durumdadır ve konforlu bir oturma/yatma imkanı sunmamaktadır. ​Tarafımıza yansıyan bu deneyim, verdiğimiz ücretin karşılığı değildir ve otelinizin puanlamasını ve yorumlarını ciddi şekilde sorgulamamıza neden olmuştur.

We stayed in a lovely two floor bedroom with kitchen dinning table, two toilets two showers ( one on each floor). Lovely big double bed. Very comfortable. Clean. Very very noisy at night. Not good noise insulation .

• Esra (9/5): Perfect place to stay - The location and the hotel were perfect. My room was stylish, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It had everything you could possibly need during your stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — even after I had checked out, they still assisted me with a few things. I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever I visit this part of Istanbul. The internet connection wasn’t very strong, but that’s a common issue across the country, so it’s not really the hotel’s fault.

• Charlotte (5/5): Doesn’t make sense that it’s rated so highly - It’s very stylishly designed and in a good part of town. The toiletries they give you are top notch The cleaning service sometimes takes until 5pm to get done. Whilst the rooms look stylish, the quality is lacking. The doors are paper thin and you can hear every bit of movement in the hallway as well as in your adjacent neighbours room so my earplugs came in very handy. There’s no rest area in reception and no restaurant so when you’re waiting all day for your room to be cleaned it’s either sit on the floor or go spend money at a cafe. This place was decent but overpriced and definitely not deserving of its current booking.com rating. Also I had neighbours with screaming infants all night on my last night and the staff at reception were very rude when I asked to change rooms and told me no
