- Joao Danilo (10/5): Lovely hotel in trendy El Poblado - I arrive shortly after 1pm and Santiago was very accommodating and allowed me to do an earlier check-in. He went out of his way to give me information about the city and nearby restaurants. El Poblado is an excellent area to stay and the hotel breakfast was lovely!

Complains…I had no hot water the evening I was the most exhausted…wooden doors got to be fix to close properly without all the noise, specially in the morning. Walking distance to El Poblado was very convenient. Their daily breakfast options were very good too! I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Medellin.

Tanto lo que pasa dentro del hotel como fuera. A partir de las 5am no hay quien duerma porque se escucha todo lo qué pasa en la cocina. Se escucha hasta cuando utilizan la ducha en la habitación de al lado. Fuera de eso todo muy bien.

- Kristal (10/5): - Very nice and quiet área. The staff is very attentive and very nice. Totally recommend staying here, the breakfast is variable. It’s very close to the poblado ti go walking so that’s a super plus.
- Rumy (2/5): RF - Honestly, i've had one of the worst experiences ever. The hotel only offers breakfast until 9am, there's no outdoor smoking area, you can't even play some music in you room because most of the guests are either sick or old people that don't like music. You can't bring water to your room or any type of drink because they will charge you 40% of the value of the drink you bring. The only way to contact the front desk is via chat because they have no phone in the room. Most of the staff looked stressed out and angry, and the environment felt awful. It's definitely not worthy and would never recommend it

- Reon (8/5): - I totally enjoyed the service i received from the staff i interact with who helped me out so much since i only speak English they were great in communication with me ,NORA ,KRISTIN they both went above and beyond to assist me and to make my stay memorable. On the other hand the quality of the bedding especially the blanket is way below par i refused to used it because its leaves so much black lint on the bed and itch my skin. The cleaners did an excellent job keeping the room clean. The breakfast was average.

- Ana Isabel (10/5): - Excelente ubicacion, excelente el trato del personal: Nora, Luisa, Felipe. Muy amables. El unico punto desfavorable es que no tiene ascensor y subir la maleta dos pisos puede ser incomodo, pero por lo demas lo recomiendo ampliamente. Lo mejor la atencion del personal.
- JOSE (4/5): - La propiedad no fue el problema, el problema fue con el administrador del hotel, Felipe el cuala el se le dejaron unas propinas para las empleadas y hasta donde tengo entendido nunca se las dio, diciendo que nunca le dejamos nada, además de cobrar una cantidad superior de 2 kilos de ropa a lavar a decir que fueron 4 kilos cuando la propia joven que se le dio la ropa dijo que eran 2 kilos y cobró en total por los 4 kilos 80,000 pesos equivalentes a $20 dólares,pero ellos pierden más por que de nuestra parte no patrocinaremos más ese hotel.
