Зручне росташування, є можливість припаркувати авто, просторі апартаменти, достатньо тихо, гарний вигляд з терас Старий посуд для приготування їжі, не прибирається сміття з відер в кухні і санвузлі, немає переходників на європейські розетки, маленька душова кабіна

- Null (7/5): Quite pleasant, clean and cheap - It has an exceptional view from its balcony, and it was pretty much clean, last but not least its price compared to other prices in Limassol was quite reasonable. The shared bathroom and kitchen, althought quite clean remove the comfortability of being in a private room which includes both, plus if you want to use the bathroom to have a shower, or smth else you have to worry about the person who's waiting behind the door, in addition whenever we want to have a hot shower we have to call the manager in order to activate the water heater for a couple of hours and that only when he fix it one day after our arrival, in relation to the privacy there's not soundproof areas and when someone speaks quite loud you can hear him clearly nearby. Finally the 've asked us to pay in cash and not by card I don't know how's that possible in 2025 for an enterprise who rent rooms, then I' ve asked for the receipt from the first day that I have paid and still waiting for it. Last but not least the balcony despite the wonderful view needs some cleanage.
- Ivan (10/5): pure and the view is worth every penny - easy key collection. the apartment is so clean it's amazing. the view from the terrace is even better. the kitchen is well equipped The only thing we personally didn't like was the distance from the center, there is a bus line that goes to the city, but that's the only drawback (although we were aware of how far it was when we booked)
- Hadjicharalambous (3/5): Poor - There were maintenance works in the apartment from 07:30 and there were no electricity. And nobody inform us about it
- Maria (7/5): would not visit again - bed was comfortable, clean room overall, pretty small and no full length mirror however Wasn't expecting a house with other bedrooms and one of which would be ours. Was a bit uncomfortable to share the house with our strangers, thankfully we booked for just one night. Was a bit of a struggle to meet with the manager for them to give us the key and also postponed our date of arrival and plans as the check-in was at 3 pm and made us wait until 5:30 to actually take the keys bcz he had to be there to hand them to us himself.

- Danae (7/5): Good, but missing a couple of things - The apartment is spacious, and the rooms were overall clean and tidy. The host was helpful and present during the check in. The location is very convenient, a short car ride to the center with a kiosk, coffee takeaway, and pharmacy right under the apartment. The private balcony with a view was a nice touch. I was aware there would be more guests in the house, but the room's door was left open when I arrived, the room was not equipped with towels, or any bathroom necessities such as a simple body wash. This is not the host's fault, but the other guests were very loud and used the common spaces during the entire night, it was difficult to fall asleep.

- Pedro (10/5): Great view, great price. - Great view, appartment was very clean, host was very uncomplicated, location had parking outside, kitchen was equiped, there was washing machine with powder available, elevator access, AC. Very good. There is one single toilet at the appartment, which can prove tricky, but the one night was stayed it was totally okay.

- Francesco (2/5): Worst personnel, no AC in the room and dirt - The flat is big and it seems new The guy attending is the worst. The indications for arriving at the flat are not accurate. There is a direction, but you have to be a magician to know the door and the bell where you should ring. I had to call by phone 3 times because the guy was not able to give more than one information at the time. The first time he said that the door was on the back of the building, but there were many doors. The second time he told me which was the door and the third time the label on the bell. The air conditioning of the room was not working. On the sheets there was some dirt, like old dust. I don't know if they were not washed or if they got dirty by touching something full of dust before being put on the bed. Anyway, below the bed it was full of dust. I think that they didn't clean for a long time

The attention to detail, from quality toiletries to the cozy bedding, added an extra layer of comfort. Very quiet place. During my stay were quiet around and this is important for me.

First we had to wait one hour outside (winter time) because we arrived earlier than the estimated check-in provided. Nothing mentioned we had to be at this exact time. We tried to contact the owner to arrange things but a rude guy working for him answered and of course didn't provide any help. I had to call the customer service... The owner finally came and opened the apartment for us. The apartment has a nice view and is all equipped but it's a massive empty place. Also keep in mind that it is just a room you have and everything else is shared (mostly with Russians like the owner). And we found used underwear in our drawer next to the bed... So I obviously do not recommend this place and how it is managed. Especially for that price...
