Paulina (3/5): Mala experiencia - La ubicación es muy buena, el desayuno bueno pero podrían haber calentado el pan. La casa es preciosa La atención de la dueña no fue para nada bueno. Le avisamos que llegaríamos tarde por un accidente que tuvimos en el camino y nos dijo que no había problema, pero cuando llegamos no había nadie esperándonos y cuando por fin nos pudimos comunicar y llego la dueña, ella se enojo por que le pedimos que nos explicara porque nadie nos estaba esperando. No éramos los únicos esperando, también habían otros pasajeros. Muy mala actitud de la señora, muy poca acogedora

Lucia (8/5): Esperienza surreale di dormire la notte in un museo come unici ospiti. - La pulizia eccezionale e la gentilezza e la grande disponibilità della signora che ci ha accolto e che ha fatto il massimo per rendere il nostro soggiorno più confortevole. La mancanza di riscaldamento in un posto che era deserto e molto umido . In realtà è una vecchia casa adibita a museo in cui affittano stanze ristrutturate intorno a un bel patio, sotto il nome di hotel boutique.

Although my reservation was confirmed, the place was shut down. Neighbors told us that it hadn't been open for a few days. So, why confirm and make us lose so much time? P.S. There was no communication at all from the hosts.

Barbara (8/5): Restored hacienda hotel in a beach town. - Beautifully restored hacienda style hotel. Beautiful gardens in the courtyard. Our room was large. The hotel had museum displays in the front section. Very unusual and very nice stay. Needed more light in the room. Hotel was a 20 minute walk from the beach.

José (1/5): Avoid Casona Patrimonial Cobquecura, it seems to be a broken family business! - Despite the booking and services were paid before our arrival, the Casona Patrimonial Cobquecura was closed and noone ever showed up!!!! We counted on that booking and we had to find out a place in a nearby beach.

The owner ready to explain much about the region and part of Chilean history. Staff Inexperienced (though friendly), beds fairly comfortable but blankets (probably new) felt dusty, bedding heavy.
