- IHESIABAH (10/5): -
- Luke (1/5): Unclean and awful - Very unclean
We found old food in fridge and freezer and there was dirt and it was not clean. There is a pic attached of one of the things we found in the freezer Everything. Sketchy street. Not as described in listing. This apartment is the complete opposite of a stunning apartment. And it was not a private garden just a door with a couple of chairs that had dirt on them. And there was a cut open bottle of detergent with dirt in.

- Onoriode (1/5): I didn't stay and immediately left on entering the place! - The apartment is in a derelict block of flats right next to a drug den with all manner of people outside playing loud music and it felt very unsafe. The flat itself was very dirty, full of flies and lack basic amenities like clean towels etc. You woudn't even sit on the bed as the sheets looked like they had not been washed. This is no exaggeration. The main surprise is that this apartment is on even allowed on Booking.com. It is described as having a garden but it certainly doesn't have one! Avoid this place at all cost!
- Eleonora (7/5): Good -
- Nenchev (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darren (10/5): Great Place - Great hospitality and communication from the owner. The property was much bigger than I expected, highly recommended
- Ricky (1/5): Bad - Nothing, The hole place,,, I was told it has kitchen facilities there is hob and microwave.. the place was filthy I had buy my own stuff to clean.. the bedding stuck was not clean, there was a moldy smell from sofa bed.. dirty tissue down the side off the bed.. I had burn insent sticks to get rid of a awful smell
- Modupe (7/5): Good -
- Sara (10/5): Thank you so much for the welcome, nice and clean home - Cozy and nuce N/A
- Larry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nenchev (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shaun (1/5): Bad - Location was ideal for us as near to where we were going the next day It was not clean (squirting some toilet fluid in the toilet doesn't clean it - it just makes it smell nice), it was basically a split house and just a combination lock on an internal door to get into that part of the upstairs of the house, one internal door was even wallpapered over !!!! NOT a stunning apartment. The private garden was a shared garden with many others. It was very poorly furnished and was well in need of decorating. In a very run down area
- Fionn (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (1/5): Awful - Nothing stunning about it other than the price misleading description in very noisy area where the norm seems to be noisy groups stood drinking in the streets all hours The description
The block of flats it’s in not a private garden very disappointed torn curtains no plug socket in the bedroom insecure locks in doors which anyone with the code could open felt intimidated by people hanging around building entrance
- Amy (2/5): Don't not stay here - Mouldy, kitchen dirty, no cable, drugs outside, not safe, ripped net curtains, neighbours slamming doors, no private garden. Completely false advertising.
- Cezar (1/5): Bad - not recommend booking.com must inspect the property before to advertise.
- John (4/5): okay - It was conveniently located for my purposes No internet or TV, (landlord did offer to fix but I'm a reader and so would have been nice but not critical)
No microwave (connected to an extension lead but no power)
No smoke or co alarms
- Fionn (8/5): Very good -
- Issac (8/5): Amazing - Clean Check-in and Access instructions should be sent via email or text message
- Sven (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darren (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent communication with the owner. They let me keep my bag there whilst I wemt out after arriving a few hours earlier than check in time. The bed was really comfy and the apartment itself is very spacious
- William (1/5): Cruddy , AVOID! - It had a fridge?… The access is confusing, the property smells of cat wee from the moment you get near, there’s nothing stunning or private about it. No fire alarm = ILLEGAL!…. There is black mould in three locations. The extraction unit above the job is just about hanging on. The place is filthy. Had to video call the host whilst he was on a bus somewhere to get in as NO details given at all about how to access the property and now he’s ignoring my messages.
- Marta (7/5): Good -
- Cindy (4/5): Disappointing -
- Mark (3/5): Very basic but clean: okay for the boys, but would not take my wife here. - There were sufficient beds. It was at least clean. Shower was ok. Very, very basic. No private garden. Owner very poor at responding to messages. Asked to call 40 minutes before arrival. Did not get back to us until an hour later, as we were stood outside, after 5 attempts to contact. Could not get TV working.
- Monika (5/5): Passable -
- Katarzyna (6/5): Pleasant - Bed
- Swan (8/5): Small but
very clean and cosy - Good location, clean and tidy, easy to use. Small apartment but fit for purpose. No garden.
- Zuzana (5/5): Passable - The location was good, also the fact that there was a kitchen. Oterwise there was not mucht to like, I have more negative comments than positive. Communication with the owner was poor, he did not send anything to the check in until the moment we arrived and I had to call him. It was also quite complicated to understand where what is, the room was behind a secret door and there were very steep stair - knowing this I would have chosen some other property. It was also very cold in the room, I got no response about heating options or even how to use the television. The furniture was old, falling apart and the "basic toiletries" and towels were really minimal (- I had to buy own toilet paper on the second day)....The walls were also very thin, from the neighbours we heard every step. I will definitely not book this one again.
- Raymond (1/5): Bad -
- David (5/5): Too small -
- Borja (1/5): Bad - The owner is very nice and polite. Found cigarette ashes in the bathroom.
Experienced excessive noise throughout the night.
Altercations and police involvement at 4 a.m.
People openly smoking marijuana in hallways.
Overall cleanliness of the apartment was subpar.
- Marshall (1/5): Bad -
- Lachlan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Yana (2/5): I do not recommend for families, only like a cheap stay for students - The owner is very nice and polite. Not very far from the metro It was very dirty and smelly everywhere, I was told that it is non-smoking and calm area. The man was sitting on the stairs smoking marijuana. The last evening people from the district were having a party with loud music, smoking, singing etc outside our windows till 22:00. It is not very safe to be outside in the late evening, a lot of drunk people, one scared me to death, walking pass me and started to bark at me for a sudden. Only one set of towels, only one bed is made. There were 3 of us (I and 2 kids 7 and 10) and we all had to sleep together on one bed.
- Petros (7/5): Good -
- Jakub (6/5): Pleasant - Lots of shops around, close to the subway station. When it rains, you can hear a very loud clatter of drops against the gutter. The sofa in the living room was not comfortable. The sleeping mattress was partly dirty.
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable -
- Abas (7/5): Good -
- Hadi (10/5): Nice clean and comfortable and not expansive for me - It was very good and the best way to get to the city and all
I could go easy to any other places All good
- Shaun (1/5): Avoid this place. - Nothing. 1. smell of a dead animal upon entry.
2. stained towels.
3. dental floss implements in closet.
4. neighborhood was seemingly in a de-militarized zone.
5. door leading to the patio could not be locked and we had to bring our valuables with us when we left.
6. property was poorly maintained.
7. The bed for the third person was a mattress to be placed on the floor.
8. insects swarming in the living room when I arrived.
- Penelope (8/5): Great experience made work at Alexandra Palace that weekend easier ! - we loved the outdoor space and good sized lounge/diner/kitchen area nothing
- Laura (6/5): Easy, good price stay for a 1 night stay - Ideal location, close to where we needed to be and great value for money. It could have been slightly cleaner by the kitchen and bathroom but nothing too bad. we didn’t need to use the kitchen anyway.
- Faheem (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jordan (6/5): Maybe calling it stunning isn't the most appropriate. - Very clear instructions.
Very Affordable
Flat had everything we needed for a short stay The area , but that's not the host's fault.
We asked for 5 places to sleep there were 4 but we managed.
Some seriously bad staines on floors etc. But overall A solid 6/10
- Zsolt (7/5): Good -
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jānis (6/5): Pleasant -
- Tony (3/5): never again - nothing everything but it had no lamps, atmosphere and it was badly maintained
- Mendoza (8/5): Very good -
- Nandini (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marcelo (7/5): Good -
- Khaled (9/5): Superb -
- Richard (8/5): Clean & comfortable and good value. But has dodgy doors! - A good sized ground floor apartment which was very clean and comfortable, separate bedroom. On street parking available directly outside the property. A good bathroom with shower, and a well equipped kitchen. A good TV with plenty of channels to choose from. Good WiFi, which was a bonus as I didn't have a great phone signal. Definitely good value for the area and for the size of the apartment. There was a problem with almost every door. The bedroom door would not stay closed, and swung halfway open, the front door was tight in the frame and made a very loud BANG when being closed. The bathroom door was an extremely tight fit, and so I never closed it for fear not being able to open it!
- Riccardo (9/5): was great - location, privacy toilet and kitchen not very new
- Jay-ashley (7/5): Nice attentive host - Host was friendly and helpful. Didn't stay and he issued a refund so thank you Prior to my stay I checked the area and it was too ghetto for me. I heard too many stories so didn't want to stay alone here. I'm sure it's a nice place
- Boogie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anela (8/5): Very good -
- Abdalkarim (7/5): Good -
- Andrew (5/5): Passable - Good communication key pick up easy with late check in, parking permit arranged, facilities reasonable for self catering. A bit small,
- Maja (5/5): Passable - The apartment itself were fine for a weekend, basic necessities and had space for 3 people.
The host were very kind, and checked up on us multiple times during the stay. When we checked in it was in the middle of the night, we were given the wrong apartment code. which meant that we walked in on people sleeping during the night, very uncomfortable for us, probably even worse for the people who were sleeping in their apartment. we walked into the wrong apartments twice.
The area around the apartment were very sketchy, there was drug dealers and isn’t a very safe are. I wouldn’t recommend for females travelling alone nor in a female only group. There were parties going on every night, the cops ended up being called every night we stayed there, and we didn’t end up getting any sleep on the last night.
- David (7/5): Good -
- William (5/5): Passable -
- Mark (3/5): Poor -
- Alexis (4/5): Not really enjoyable! - Very noisy. People partying in the neighbourhood till 3 am. Bedsheet not really pleasant
- Lakshmi (1/5): Bad -
- Anonymous (7/5): Good - Bath room was ok Smells
- Sardar (6/5): it was good value for money. - The property was clean and well maintained. There was no lock on the bathroom door which caused inconvenience to us.
- Helen (5/5): Good value for money. -
- Маймескул (9/5): Superb - The owner of this apartment is really helpful, very polite and positive person. All our wishes and needs were considered. Thank you very much!
- Janice (4/5): Disappointing -
- Paul (1/5): I would say to avoid - Close to Tottenham stadium
Shower was ok Given the wrong information regarding ULEZ. This property is well within the ULEZ contrary to what the owner tells you
The area is dreadful and my daughter found it extremely intimidating with gangs on street corners and clear drug dealing carried out from nearby vehicles. The owner met us and took me in after ringing him several times. The property wasn't at all like in the photographs and although it had been cleaned wasn't clean. There were also holes in the ceiling and sockets partially coming off the walls.
On the way back from the concert my daughter said she didn't feel safe so I made the decision to drive home that night.
A request was made for 50% of my booking back (I am aware I were in the property for about three hours) however this was refused.
- James (8/5): Very good - Plenty of space, full one bed flat. Proximity to New Tottenham stadium. Very clean. Not that it bothered us, but it is worth considering that the flat is in an impoverished area. Can make for an intimidating walk home from the arena.
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
