- Lyndall (9/5): -
- Bryce (9/5): We enjoyed our short stay for Mother’s Day. -
Tuy nhiên rất cần thêm 1 Tư vấn đi lại in sẵn và số trợ giúp taxi vì ở đây gọi taxi quá khó.
- Viktorija (7/5): - Easy to find, nice outdoors The property is pretty old.
- nirupa (9/5): It was a beautiful stay with family. It has got all you need and really nice. We love it - Really nice and cozy. Feels like home Na
- Elena (10/5): -
- Joanne (10/5): Perfect for our walk in the Grose Valley. - Everything we needed and cosy. Great location. Nothing.
- Frank Jeffrey (10/5): A very pleasant location with a very well provisioned kitchen. - Beautiful garden setting in a very quiet location, close to major attractions. The mattresses in the main bedroom were too soft for our liking.
- Debbie (8/5): - Clean and very well appointed. A pretty and quiet location.
- Sara (10/5): A warm and cozy mountain stay. - The property was clean, cozy and the hosts were fantastic. Hands down one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever experienced! The hosts were incredibly accomodating, kind and generous. The location was quiet and the backyard was serene. Nothing.
- Glenys (9/5): Quiet location. Very nice property. - Spacious and quiet. Comfortable beds and great to have two bathrooms. The WiFi was a bit flaky, and the living room couches not overly comfortable.
- Brett (10/5): Very comfortable stay in beautiful surrounds - Location and garden is lovely. Quiet spot. Kitchen is well stocked. No complaints, our family loved our short stay and wanted more time.
- Terri (10/5): Perfect getaway accommodations - Great location and communication. The Olive bread was a lovely addition.
- Ricki (10/5): Wonderful!!! - The property itself was so amazing! The gardens were so beautiful and the house itself was so cozy! I could totally live there. My only itsy bitsy complaint is that there wasn’t really any little snacks provided like most of the Airbnb‘s that I have gone to. I have a problem, normally being away from my bed at home, but I found this bed to be quite comfortable. I slept very well and the overall feeling was so peaceful. When I picked this town, I had no idea what I was choosing. Between this wonderful Cloud and Garden Oasis and the lovely town of Blackheath, I couldn’t have done better! My only regret is that I didn’t book a few days more….perhaps a life time!💜💜💜 Nothing! It was secluded, peaceful, comfortable, clean and beautiful birds in the yard! I didn’t want to leave…ever!🤣

- Georgia (8/5): It was spacious, comfortable and easy. - We much appreciated the kitchen facilities and quality of these, the private setting and garden, the peaceful environment and the comfortable beds. It was great to have two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Our hosts were very responsive also. A very small thing - slightly warmer lighting in the lounge area and a light over the dining table would have created more ambience.

- Corby (9/5): Cozy, and strategic location, would recommend this property to family of 3 and 4! - 1. We absolutely loved this cozy and quaint home! Located on a quiet road but incredibly strategic - just 3 minutes from BLAQ restaurant (which we'd been eyeing!) and 10 minutes drive to many great lookouts (We went to evans and govetter leap lookout where the blackheath visitor center is located). We just felt so peaceful thoroughout our stay. OH! I saw the upper apartment's cat peeking through the window too.
2. The house was absolutely spotless! Our host was so thorough and generous, providing A LOT of butter, jam, and baguette. These thoughtful touches really made us feel welcomed. We were a little worried about upstairs noise, but thankfully we didn't hear any noise at all from upstairs! Very quiet and safe road too.
3. The house felt quite cold when we first arrived (especially the floors), but don't worry! Once you turn on the heaters (they have TWO!), it becomes incredibly cozy. The bedroom was also chilly initially (especially the bathroom, pardon our tropical bodies!), but just turn on the bed heater and it becomes perfectly warm. The bed does sag slightly in the middle, but you'll get used to it and the warmth makes up for it.
We opened the bedroom door to let some heat from the living room drift in before sleep (just remember to turn it off before sleeping!).
4. The hot water ran perfectly with great pressure. Nobody had to experience running out of hot water mid-shower.
5. We enjoyed cozy family time with Netflix, heaters, and blankets (I can tell they've washed everything because everything smells so nice and like fresh laundry!). But here's something I'm surprised nobody else mentioned: there are absolutely beautiful birds perching in the garden in front of the living room! Also, most airbnb dont let people stay for one night only but this one does, so they absolutely won us.
Definitely a highlight of our Blue Mountains trip! Nothing major here - just a couple of heads-ups so you know what to expect! Take these as tips (not complaints) so future travelers can enjoy their stay to the fullest.
1. We arrived early when the sky was bright and getting in was a breeze. However, we decided to go out and locked the house as instructed to see lookouts and dinner, then came back really late when everything was dark. While the automatic lamp turns on, we had trouble getting inside the house. We panicked and thought we'd somehow broken and jammed the door, and the lamp went out on us so we had to use our phone light. Turns out, all you have to do is turn the lever and *important!!* push the door firmly - since it was particularly cold, it had somehow created a 'suction' effect, so you need to push harder than expected. So don't panic!
Also since it was dark, we had a bit of trouble getting our luggage in (the apartment entrance is located on the back of the property). If possible, bring your luggage when the sky is bright, drop it off, then go on your lookouts!
2. The bathroom was quite cold since an inch of the window needs to stay open to avoid condensation. Understandably so - not complaining, just a heads up!
- Tim (9/5): We had a very enjoyable visit and everyone loved Cloudland Oasis. -
- Paul (9/5): Highly recommend, spacious 2 bedder in beautiful Blackheath - Spacious, clean, comfortable. Zero complaints. Would definitely use again Nothing, our stay was perfect
- Debbie (9/5): - Lovely, quiet location. Comfortable beds and good heating for cold days and nights.
Little extras provided ( bread, milk, butter, jams) were appreciated.
- Serene (10/5): Exceptional - Very lovely place and owner Matt was very helpful and provided prompt response throughout our stay. Thank you for the hospitality. There were heaters which can warm up the house well and heating blankets. Owner also provided welcome drinks and well-stocked fridge. Good location too which is 15 mins from Katoombah Nothing.
- Alicia (8/5): Very good -
- Hannah (9/5): Superb -
- Tatiana (10/5): Amazing place! -
- Vlad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elena (10/5): Outstanding place to stay - Matt and Eva, thank you so much again for everything! We truly had a wonderful time staying at your place, even with the rain outside. Your home is so thoughtfully put together; it genuinely felt like home away from home for us. And thank you especially for the special surprise – it was completely unexpected and made our stay even more memorable! We appreciate your kindness and hospitality.
- Yee (9/5): A highly recommended place for family stay at the Blackheath. - Our family had a very comfortable stay. The place was spacious, clean, and tidy. The kitchenware was in excellent condition. The garden was well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. The heater, warming blankets, and quick hot water added to our comfort. The hosts are friendly and easy to communicate. My children found that their bed mattresses were a bit hard for them. Nonetheless, they slept very well. Occasionally, the Wi-Fi was not functioning well.
- Jaime (10/5): Brilliant, cozy, homely stay. - Feels like a home away from home. So cozy and comfortable. I’ve stayed a couple of times now as I love it there. Will definitely be back again and soon as I can!
- Allison (10/5): Comfy, well prepared, delightful. - Thoughtfully appointed, comfortable, quiet location away from the highway, warm comfy beads.
Appreciated little things like the single serves of spreads for morning toast, nice toiletries.
Will confidently recommend to family and friends. Nothing.
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jaime (10/5): Fabulous cozy comfort - Stay was absolutely exceptional. Bedding was super comfy. It was great having the extra room to spread out in as opposed to a hotel room. LOVED having 2 bathrooms.
It was in a quiet location and perfect for a cozy stay after a big day of exploring, and only a 5 minute drive from some of the world's best scenery.
Hosts were quick to respond to our requests and went above and beyond when they didn't have to. A bonus unexpected snack on arrival was on point, and the lovely welcoming letter with local recommendations made it feel like we were staying with family.
Loved the place so much I've booked another stay there, and I dare say, will be back again as soon as I can. Just the parking situation. There's plenty of on street parking out the front of the property, but no access to undercover / garage. It wouldn't have been an issue at all, except we were out in a storm and got drenched. Definitely not something that could have been predicted and nothing that really could be done. It hardly impacted our stay at all.
- Chris (10/5): Our second stay at Cloudlands, we love staying there. - Property is very comfortable, beds especially, and the fully equipped kitchen meant self catering was a breeze. Property was perfect for our break.
- Jenny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claire (9/5): Superb - Lovely accommodation, very well appointed in a great location Liked everything but no air con in bedrooms.
- Sandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katherine (9/5): Superb - Loved the gardens, very comfortable apartment and very clean.
- Keith (9/5): Superb -
- Helen (8/5): Very good -
- Julie (9/5): A clean and quiet stay with a lovely garden setting. - Thankyou Matt and Eva for making our overnight stay an enjoyable stay. It was thoughtful of you to leave some snacks for us on our arrival. The location is very quiet and away from the tourist crowds and yet it is only a short 3 minute drive to the Blue Mountains Heritage Centre and Govett's Leap Lookout. The Blackheath shops and cafes are also only a 3 minute drive away from Cloudland. This ground floor 2 bedroom duplex is clean and has very comfy beds with an ensuite for each bedroom. Having 2 ensuites was a great privacy feature as I was staying here with a friend. The kitchen was well equipped and had a large fridge which is not shown in the photos. The duplex overlooked some lovely gardens and there was some outdoor furniture where you can sit and enjoy the gardens. Unfortunately it was raining when we stayed. The heating inside the apartment worked well as it was cold wet day and we a needed to dry our raincoats and shoes. I recommend Cloudland as suitable for both short and long stays and would strongly consider coming back here to stay. The lounges have a few scratches which were a bit off-putting.
- Mustafa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elena (10/5): Just perfect with everything you need! - Absolutely gorgeous place surrounded by beautiful garden! Lots of thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable. Wish we had stayed longer. The kitchen has everything you need! Our bed was so comfortable and huge. Two bedrooms with a bathroom each, very rare to find. Perfect when you travel with friends. Thank you Matt and Eva! We often travel to Blue Mountains so we most likely to be back!
- Angelina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ranjana (8/5): Very good -
- Raffin-bernier (1/5): Bad - The location Been underneath the owner and heading them.
The accommodation is shared the same door with the garage. So expect to get at least 2 cars parking while u are in the accommodation. Then noise from upstairs.
- Laurie (10/5): A perfect garden oasis to rest after beautiful nearby hikes. - Everything was perfect! When we arrived after a 5 mile hike on the nearby Grand Canyon trail, there were delicious snacks and a vase of beautiful flowers waiting in the immaculate kitchen. To top it off, a flock of gorgeous birds were in the spectacular camellia tree in the yard. It was a true garden oasis! Wished we had more time there!
- Vesela (9/5): Our stay was comfortable and we relaxed enjoying the house. - The cleanliness, the supply of kitchen staples, cutlery and cooking equipment, the supply of everything that one would need away from home for personal hygiene including pet food, welcoming snack, free wifi, communication with the owner was outstanding, location quite and private, etc. cosy and comfortable place to stay. Even though I realise that the mine bathroom was in the process of renovation, the toilet seat was not stable and the tiles and grout in the shower were not as clean.
- Rosita (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (10/5): Perfect. - Clean, comfortable, quiet, great location. No complaints at all.
- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angelina (10/5): Will definitely be booking again in the future! - So cozy and comfortable, had absolutely everything you could need. Bedding was heavenly. Great location in Blackheath with so much to do without being too touristy. Hosts also provided so many great suggestions.
- Elizabeth (10/5): My friend and I enjoyed our stay. It had everything you would need and the gas fire added warmth. The beds were super co - It was perfect for 2-4 people as both bedrooms had a bathroom.
It was close to the Blackheath Main Street and was comfortable with a lovely garden
- Deb272 (9/5): Relaxing, cosy retreat amidst glorious mountain garden - Lovely garden, warm owner, and gorgeous welcoming facilities. Hope to come back.
- Jackie (10/5): Our stay was very homely and comfortable. Hosts were very friendly - Location was excellent Car left on the street. Wifi wasn’t to good
- Steph (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely lovely place! Wish we had stayed longer. The garden is beautiful, and the space is perfect to relax and unwind. Close to the restaurants in BlackHeath or a fully stocked kitchen to cook yourself. There was delicous bread and cheese wiating for us on arrival, which was lovely.
- Gavriel (9/5): Superb - Fully equipped kitchen and even more.
Great location if you travel with car to blue mt trails.
- Arleene (10/5): Exceptional - It was great that as friends we had two separate distinct bedroom areas. Mine had an outside patio area which was great for morning reading and communing with nature. I could walk down to Echo point lookout and the start of many walking paths. All together excellent.
- Kwong (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable and quiet location. The hosts were extremely helpful and even prepared snacks for our stay :)
My wife and children loved the stay there and definitely go back again should we be heading to the Blue Mountains again :)
- Lucie (10/5): Cozy Garden Oasis - The stay was very lovely, lots of information for us to help plan our trips around. I have never visited so well equiped kitchen when renting a property. The bonus were beautiful Margaritas glasses we used a lot. Stunning garden, lovely home feeling. So close to a beautiful lookout nearby made it easy for us to get there on time for pre sunrise photos. I totally reccommend to visit Blackheath Antigue Store, you won't leave empty handed. Everything was great.
- Lucinda (9/5): Superb -
- Emiliana (10/5): Excellent stay and place and wonderful host. - The location was great for us, it was less than 5 minutes to get to the reception we needed to go to. The place was clean and ready for us. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating and allowed us to check in early with complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us. We would definitely stay there again. There is no wifi signal inside the unit, but we just had to go to out in the garden to have connection.
- Judy (9/5): This property has everything here you need for a comfortable stay - The location and the amenities Damp feeling in the house and the towels were quite damp but we could put them in the dryer
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional - Arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. I arrived with very little time to spare, and was able to collect keys and reconnoitre very quickly. What appeared to be freshly baked bread with condiments awaited us for when we got back from our event, which we eagerly consumed that evening. It was a great spot to come back to in the wee hours after a long day managing the music and entertainment for a wedding at Dryridge Estate to relax and wind down before a very restful sleep before heading back to Sydney. Thank you.
- Helen (9/5): A lovely, quiet comfortable place to stay in the heart of the wonderful Blue Mountains. - A lovely comfortable 'home away from home.' Beautiful quiet gardens with numerous bird feeders to enjoy the locals. walking distance to the Blue Mountain Heritage Centre and Govetts Leap lookout. A very short drive to the shops as well.

The property is very quiet and great for a relaxed stay.
- Gary (8/5): We enjoyed our stay good area close to main highway hence easy to access the surrounding attractions - Quiet and secluded

We would happily stay again and to recommend the unit to our friends, Regards, Nadine
- Abby (10/5): Perfect get away - The location was perfect, the place was very cosy, the owners were super friendly and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our stay was wonderful and would 100% recommend. Lack of internet prevented us from watching a movie - not necessarily a negative though.

The garden was delightful, would love to enjoy outside more during summer. 2 cats outside in a garden pen, I wanted to cuddle them. Apartment upstairs with occupants, you can hear some minor noise. I live in an apartment, so already well adjusted to keeping noise down out of respect.
- Vallapan (8/5): It was a short but memorable stay -
- David (10/5): Excellent accommodation and will definitely be back and have b no hesitation in recommending to others. - We loved how spacious it was, cleanliness, well appointed and comfortable The only recommendation would be to provide full length mirrors as we we’re getting ready for a wedding and they would have been very useful

- Ian (10/5): Exceptional -

Both were really appreciated. The native bird life was interesting and the property location was suitable for our planned itinerary. It was exceptionally quiet. The property was beautifully furnished and warm for our winter stay. No complaints.
- Jane (8/5): Lovely in any season - Bedrooms were a good size, the heater was on when we arrived, all kitchen items we needed, comfortable couches. Delicious snacks.
Calm relaxing atmosphere. Would recommend to friends and family. The bathrooms were cold perhaps a small heater would be good. We left bedroom doors open to heat the bedrooms.
We went out after dark. I hit my shoulder on the electrical box as the sensory light turned on after we walked past the box. I should have used a torch.
- Alison (10/5): Perfect - It was very cosy and with the gas heater and the electric blankets it was perfect I liked everything

The key collection arrangement was a simplified process. Eva and Matt provide very comfortable, restful and quality accommodation. Accommodation is located in a very quiet street and the property provides a very well kept and relaxing garden and courtyard.
