• Riccardo (10/5): Ottimo - Appartamento molto accogliente e moderno, ottimi gli spazi per due persone, comodo stanza soggiorno con angolo cucina. Tutto ben attrezzato, anche con lavatrice e comodo bagno con vasca/doccia. Materiale di consumo ottimo. Posizione perfetta a 10min a piedi dalla stazione Kyobashi.

• 美香 (7/5): 立地はいいけど清掃や配慮に欠けてるからなぁ～・・・ - 宿のすぐ側にローソンがあるので、必要な物などあればすぐに買いに行ける✨ ちょっと歩けばスーパーがあったり、京橋駅も近い為 食べる事には困らない立地でした(*^^*) ①電子レンジを使おうとしたら 前の人が温めて何もしていないのか、カレーの臭いが酷く 宿泊していた4日間レンジを開ける度にカレー臭かった。 ②ソファーベッドがあったのですが、座る部分と背もたれの間が 前宿泊者の大量の髪の毛、アルフォートのお菓子の袋、ポップコーンのカスが挟まっていて、チェックイン日は疲れていたので翌朝から掃除💦 ③轢いてあるカーペットがとにかく汚い‼️ 髪の毛やら小さいゴミやら絡まっていて、置いてある掃除機で何度やってもゴミなどが取れない😑 ④電子レンジ・ケトル・冷蔵庫が埃まみれ😱💦 口に入れるものを扱う電化製品なので せめて綺麗にしてください。 ⑤4泊なのにバスタオルが2枚、フェイスタオルが2枚しかなく 毎朝洗濯しないと その日に使うバスタオルが無い為、出先のダイソーで2枚バスタオルを買いました。 冬の時期は特に乾きが悪くベランダがあっても日が当たらないのでなかなか乾かない・・・ せめてもうワンセットずつあってもいいんじゃないでしょうか？ 旅行に来たのに チェックイン翌日は部屋の掃除などで半日を使い、何しに来たんだと思ってしまいました。 宿泊費以外に清掃費が取られていますが、きちんと清掃されていないのに 何の清掃費でしょうか？ コスパは良くても欠点だらけで口コミが悪ければ いずれかは人が来なくなってしまいます💦 なので改善できる部分は改善してほしいです。 せっかくいい立地なのにもったいないです。
• SASAYA (8/5): 冬の寒い時期で、少し冷えましたが、居心地良く過ごせました。 - 部屋で過ごす時間が長かったので、ビジネスホテルより広くてくつろげた。 タオル、バスタオル、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、石鹸、歯ブラシ、洗剤も宿泊分置いてあった。 フライパン、お皿、箸、スプーン、フォークがあった。 テレビが何度か固まり、思うように見れなかった。 包丁は無く、ハサミで対応。

• hiroko (4/5): カスタマーサービスと清潔さの点で少し残念 - 部屋の広さは十分だった。お風呂とトイレが別々。ロケーションはまあまあ良い。洗濯機と洗剤がある。 清潔さに少し欠ける点：冷蔵庫と電子レンジに少し汚れがありました。トイレ、お風呂、キッチンの換気扇に埃がたまっていました。ベッドのマットレスは中のコイルのようなものが感じられ、凹凸がありました。 2週間の滞在でトイレットペーパーが2ロールと使いかけのロールしかなかったので、追加を依頼しましたが、自分で買うようにと言われました。理由としては、環境への配慮と持続可能な運営（SDGs）の取り組みの一環として、消耗品の補充対応はしていないこと、また、消耗品は宿泊日数に応じて用意していないとの説明がありました。自分で買っても環境への影響は同じであり、消耗品が補充されない等の説明は施設紹介になかったことを伝えましたが、まるでAIからの返答かと思うような、同じ内容の繰り返しでした。環境への配慮を強調し、私の意見を担当者と共有して、今後の見直しや改善を検討するとのことでした。

• Aarón (10/5): - Nos tocó en la planta baja. Era muy espacioso y luminoso. Tenía una terracita para tender y mosquiteras. En el baño había suministros de gel, champú, acondicionador, cepillo de dientes, etc. Tenía aparatos electrónicos como secador de pelo, lavadora, televisión, frigorífico, cocina e incluso aire acondicionado. Había recambio de sábanas, que también se podían usar para el sofá, que era un sofá cama. La localización es cercana a tiendas de conveniencia y del metro. Olía a caca de caballo al entrar al recibidor del edificio (dentro de la habitación no olía mal). Para conseguir entrar a la habitación había que hacer un Scape Room. Fue divertido, pero estábamos cansados como para ello.

• Sabine (9/5): Empfehlenswert - geräumige Unterkunft - Sehr geräumige, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, 30 Minuten zu Fuß vom Kaiserpalast und 10 Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, absolut empfehlenswert Eigentlich war alles gut - die Schließanlage ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber auch kein echtes Problem. Bei Rückfragen antwortet die Verwaltung der Anlage innerhalb von 10 Minuten.

• Skyler Glidden (9/5): Great stay in Osaka - Very nice room with everything you'd need for a trip. Clean, nice aircon, and comfortable bed. Only about a 10 minute walk to the closest station. It also had a helpful booklet to explain how to use all the appliances, which was much appreciated. Overall an amazing accommodation. The lock box to get my key was broken, so I was locked outside my room for about 15 minutes while talking with the owner before getting a spare key. Not a huge inconvenience, but I'd be remiss if I didn't mention it.

• masato (8/5): 想像以上に満足した またぜひ利用したいと思う ただ日本にある宿泊施設なので日本人の事をもう少し考えて欲しい - 清潔 照明も明るく 調理道具も揃っている シャワーの湯量もしっかり出てる 交通量も多くなく閑静である テレビ画面が大きく快適 隣にコインパーキングがあり車利用していたので助かる ゴミが分別して捨てられるようになっていたのがよかった 説明が全くなく外国人向けすぎて分からない ドアの解錠に手間取り部屋に入るまで10分以上かかった WiFiの説明がなく偶然気づくまで使用できなかった チューナーレスであったためテレビが見れなかった TVer等入れて置いて欲しかった (TVerは知識として知っていたが使った事ないので説明等があったらなお良い) 簡易的なもので良いので使い捨てスリッパがあるとよかった

Quiet neighborhood, hidden gems Spacious for 2x adults and 1x 9yo. Washing machine 👌 Has everything needed in kitchen.
• Hayley (9/5): Kyobashi stay - 2 convenient train stations locally. Daiso, mcdonalds and donki not far away as well as drug stores and places to eat. Max valu and lawson a short walk away. Key pad entry and key stays at property so not risk of losing the key. Unstaffed stay but quick to answer query when contacted. Towels and toiletries provided as well as washing detergent, sponge and washing up liquid. In room washing machine and balcony space to hang washing. Warm duvet. Cooking facilities and large fridge freezer. TV easy to connect to YouTube/prime etc. Seperate loo and bathroom. When pulling out the sofa bed it went past the door (that leads to the toilet) so you either had to leave the door open (which was very cold so wasn't an option) or not pull it out fully which was a pain. We had some noisy neighbours which wasn't the properties fault but a little annoying when we had to get up early. We had a few issues with the key coil breaking but we managed to fix it and inform the property with no issues. We found that the plug sockets were in odd places. For example nowhere to plug the kettle in near the kitchen other than the plug near the floor. Only provided with one roll of loo paper so ended up buying our own which was annoying.
