• Monica (5/5): Mala comunicación y servicio inadecuado. - Muy limpio. Desastrosa comunicación con el propietario. Nos hicieron esperar 3 horas para darnos las llaves. Tienes que hacer un auto check in, hacer una transferencia FUERA DE LA PLATAFORMA, la terraza que anuncian es el bajo de un patio interior, en general una mala experiencia.

• carmen (6/5): - Bien decorado y limpio Es todo interior, no tiene luz natural y ninguna vista , el apartamento muy estrecho, para maniobrar el coche, si llevas un coche grande no entra., tardaron una semana en devolver 200 euros de fianza. Para dos noches que estuve.
• willeke (10/5): Fantastisch - Fijne locatie, parkeren vlakbij, ontbijten in de buurt, snel contact verhuurder. Svetlana die ons de sleutels kwam overhandigen is top! Appartement was erg schoon en er was koffie. Het viel ons op dat het redelijk gehorig is (konden de buren verstaan vanuit de badkamer) maar dit heeft ons totaal niet gestoord. Afstand tot de stad en strand is goed te lopen. Alicante is een heerlijke stad. Eigenlijk niets, maar parkeren is een uitdaging. Parkeergarage is smal.

• paul (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE ! - Departing on the final day. DO NOT STAY HERE ! On our first night while asleep we were awoken by hearing a man and woman moving about INSIDE our apartment! The woman was from the property owners organisation and she had let herself and the man in using a second key fob! She later said she had received no reply to a text message and knock to the door.We heard no knock to the door … absolutely nothing. No phone call had been made to my mobile phone only a text message which we had not seen as we were asleep! This extremely frightening incident was explained by the administrator saying she thought we were not inside and there was a water leak below the apartment which needed attention urgently. At no time following their entry did the technician or administrator call out to say “is there anyone here ?” Creeping through the apartment to the bathroom beside our bedroom at night time after we were asleep was extremely scary and unnerving as well as a wrongful intrusion to our privacy ! The electronic fob access door is similar to that found in a hotel however in this apartment there is no facility to secure the entry door inside with a chain or apply a turn lock for security reassurance and personal safety.There is a huge language barrier for administrative staff and owner understanding English to understand any concerns.A request to meet with apartment owner the next day was facilitated and we voiced our complaint through an interpreter on a phone link. We requested a partial refund for the one night/ day which was completely ruined by this experience ( we did not sleep the rest of the first night and were exhausted the following day).He agreed to do this on the proviso we would not post any negative comments ! A clear bribe ! The Azul apartment itself has a very small bathroom and bedroom , it is only good for 2 people max , patio area gets no direct sun as either side are very high apartment blocks.

• Dan (10/5): Great stay. Really enjoyed - The room was great. Host was good. The only factor was the arrival and parking. The room comes ( which was essential for us) a secure parking space. But this is about 400m away from the apartment in a different block on a different street. The street it is on and in the area is very congested with no parking spaces . So when you arrive at the parking garage. You can’t get in as you have not got the keys. Also you can’t stop or park as it’s one way and very congested. So that was a bit of a problem. Apart from that , it was ideal. On arrival At the parking garage . It would of been better to have access straight away and know what to expect as it’s locked.

Nos resultó extraña la interacción con una vecina que vive en la segunda planta, creo que se llama María. Claramente nos estaba esperando en la entrada. Esta vecina, de forma bastante agresiva, intentó convencernos de que alojarse en apartamentos turísticos es peligroso y, en general, ilegal. • rrroberrrto (10/5): Perfect visit to Alicante! Highly recommended! - Very nice small modern appartement absolutely in the town center, 1 min. from the Market Hall, 5 min. from port. It´s inside the block with a small terrasse/yard, it´s cool (positive in the summer, maybe not in winter). Kitchen with micro wave, bathroom, bedroom, all is there you need - not luxurous, but excellent for the good price. Offered was a free garage 2 min. away (important when you have a rented car!), and it was confirmed and was there. In short walking distance you have everything you need, shops, restaurants, the market ... perfect. BTW: the landlord Andrey was very nice and helpful! Very secure entrance with key card ... fine! This ALL is highly recommended ... perfect for a stay up to a week for budget money. When we come back, we´ll rent this again for sure. The gate of the garage had a small problem, but that was solved in due time by the Andrey, the landlord.

Nous avons bien apprécié qu'il y ait des capsules de café et une dose de lessive. L'hôte nous a fait de bonnes recommandations et comme le dernier jour on avait le vol à 20h , il nous a permis de laisser les bagages dans un autre de ces appartements ce qui nous a permis de bien profiter de notre dernier jour à Alicante ! Comme il y a un dépôt de garantie à transférer avant la réservation, on était un peu inquiets et tout s'est bien passé, on a été remboursés . Et en plus , l'hôte nous a contactés par tous les moyens car le dépôt garantie était une condition pour entrer dans les lieux . On a bien apprécié ça car on avait loupé ou oublié. C'est la meilleure expérience sur Booking ! Tour était super !

The little balcony was a nice feature. Building work right next to the apartment was noisy and dusty but obviously that not a permanent problem.

• michelle (1/5): Noise, Noise and More Noise! - The apartment was very clean and decorated nicely. The cleaner is a lovely friendly lady. We would NEVER recommend staying here. The night before we departed we got a text at 20:50 to go to another address to meet staff to escort us to the apartment. We had a transfer booked to the address of the apartment but we were told we had to meet at the new address as "Half the city is currently closed" and we would "get there faster" (a lie). That was the reason given. I have kept the text messages and am willingly to post. This was so bizarre and I should have complained to MyBooking.com immediately as something wasn't right. The next morning on the way to the airport we got a text to go the address stated as that is where we are staying due to an overnight burst pipe. BS! The apartment (Suite with terrace) which may have been "identical" to the one we were suppose to be staying at was a disaster as the lift is next to bedroom wall and goes all night. The neighbours partied all night and outside on the balcony. The walls are paper thin so can hear everything from heels walking across the floor to the dog barking upstairs. NO SLEEP before 3am. We refused to stay another night with the noise. On Christmas afternoon we were given an apartment at the original address but much smaller, compared to the price we paid for the suite.. BUT this apartment overlooked 7 bins where the bin men came between 22:30 - 23:00 and again at 5:20am every night/morning to the different ones and they had to bang to manoeuvre them a lot to open and empty. The street noise was crazy too as people go out late and gather outside the apartment on the street. We later found out the owner has apartments in different buildings in the area. I would recommend you get the exact address when you book as you'll be fooled like us and stay a few blocks away. This ruined our Christmas day as we had to move in the lashing rain. It took us two trips as we had bought groceries, etc.

Navnet Premium Suites er sterkt misvisende da man således forventer noe helt annet. Savnet vindu for å se ut. Garasjen var skremmende trang. Problemer med tilkomst av normal bilstørrelse (Scoda) førte til lite bruk av leiebilen etter at den var parkert første gang. Pris står ikke helt i forhold til størrelse og navnet.

It is quite small so you will struggle with a big car. Everything was good. However it is worth noting there is no oven or dishwasher, if you are planning to do lots of cooking.

The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay. Very good communication with the owner. Only a few minutes walk to the bus stop for the airport and the tram station.
• Louise (1/5): Worst accommodation in Alicante DO NOT BOOK - The hosts wouldn’t allow us access. we booked late on the same day as we were due to arrive, when we were literally on the doorstep we had messaged from the host to say that we were late and late check ins incur an extra €30 charge, and we needed to transfer €200 to their bank account for a security desposit before they would allow us to access the property. we arrived after 9pm and were left standing in the doorstep in the freezing cold and the host refused to let us in. Host refused to help Worst experience ever on Booking.com Didn’t even get through the door, host was massively unhelpful

• Małgorzata (7/5): - W pokojach czysto. Lokalizacja w samym centrum i wszędzie blisko. Niestety do pokoju nie dociera światło dzienne. Okno lokalu jest na stronę balkonu (patio) a balkon jest usytuowany w bardzo bliskiej odleglosci od wysokich ścian sąsiadujących budynków.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!! Nichts!!!

• Antonia (9/5): Fantastic flat in the center of Alicante - We stayed at the "Azul" room. The flat itself was lovely, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, and the kitchen is well equipped. One of our favourite parts was the large patio—perfect for breakfast or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. The location is fantastic—right next to El Mercado Central, which is a great spot to get fresh produce and meats, and it's definitely worth a visit. Plus, there are plenty of shops nearby where you can grab groceries if you need anything extra. It's only about a 15-minute walk to the main promenade and the town beach, and less than 10 minutes to a tram station, if you want to go a bit further out. Anna, the manager, was fantastic; always quick to reply and went out of her way to help us out whenever we had a small issue. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. And there weren't any top sheets, only a duvet, which was too much in the summer heat. We improvised a bit and made do though.

• Eberhard (10/5): - Sehr sauberes, zentral gelegenes 1-2 Personen Appartement, dem unentgeltliches Parken im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus angeschlossen ist. Sehr hilfreiche Wohnungsverwalterin. Haustürschloss funktioniert nur mit viel Geschick.
• Alexandra (10/5): - Die Suite ist viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Sehr sauber, super ausgestattet. Wir haben zu dritt gewohnt. Kaffekapseln und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Kühlschrank mit großen Gefrierfächern. Wir haben den Parkplatz genutzt, der einmal um die Straßenecke in einer versperrten Garage ist. Garagenauffahrt ist sehr eng, aber für geübte Autofahrer kein Problem.

• Yanira (8/5): - La terraza es amplia está bien para poder poner la lavadora y las cosas de la playa a tender. Tenía lo necesario para lavar y tomar un café. La cama era cómoda aunque las almohadas eran muy gordas. El piso está decorado agradable para la estancia. Pensé que la plaza de parking correspondía al piso y estaría disponible pero hay que reservarlo con antelación,por lo tanto tuve que pagar el parking privado que había calle arriba perteneciente a la ciudad. La playa está algo lejos pero es asequible si no te importa andar. El baño olía fatal y se metía el olor al apartamento. La terraza no tiene persiana y la habitación tiene una cortina tienes que elegir poner el aire acondicionado o que te dé la luz por la mañana.

• Clément (10/5): - La propriétaire est d’une grande disponibilité et d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable entre amis. L’appartement, parfaitement équipé, a largement dépassé nos attentes. Le parking, situé à proximité immédiate, est un vrai plus. Nous recommandons cette adresse sans hésitation. Un grand merci !
• SARA (9/5): Consigliatissimo - Tutto: la posizione, l'arredamento, la pulizia. C è tutto il necessario per cucinare, la lavatrice. Un po piu piccolo di quanto mi aspettavo, il deposito.
• Meriem (10/5): Si vous allez à alicante , c’est clairement ce qu’il vous faut ! - La propreté et les équipements au top, le contact avec le propriétaire (toujours dispo),le parking un vrai plus et bien sûr la localisation!
• Fayçal (10/5): - L emplacement, au centre de Alicanté, a 5 minutes a pied de la zone marina et de la cornich, Pas besoin d utiliser la voiture meme si l hote offre un parking a coté ( 100 m environ de l appartement) Bcp de supermercado juste a coté ( 2 -3 minutes) appartement tres calme..une grande terrasse.. Une station de bus a 2 min..un emplacement ideal pour les visiteurs de Alicanté Rien à signaler

• Adel (10/5): - This little place is amazing, smaller then expected but we still felt comfortable as a bigger family. Very unique, modern design, quiet place and the perfect location to the beach, tram, shops, etc. Highly recommend 🤩 I was a bit worried about the deposit, but all went well! No issues at all!
• Ilona (10/5): Хорошее месторасположение, очень чистая квартира с полным оборудованием кухни. - Очень уютная квартира, близко к центру. Можно посещать все достопримечательности не пользуясь городским транспортом. Рядом с домом есть остановка автобуса С-6, который идёт в аэропорт, что очень удобно. В квартире есть все что нужно для комфортного проживания. Было приятно, что были пляжные зонтики, что очень спасало в жару на пляже. Был один небольшой минус - это замок на входной двери в подъезд, мы не сразу смогли его открыть.

• Eliana (10/5): Como en casa y junto al mar 😍 - Pasé dos noches y tres días en un apartamento que superó todas mis expectativas. Desde el primer momento, me sentí como en casa gracias a los detalles cuidadosamente preparados: había absolutamente de todo, desde utensilios de cocina hasta jabón para la ropa, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera muy cómoda y práctica. La ubicación también fue ideal, a tan solo 10 minutos caminando de la playa, lo que me permitió disfrutar del mar sin necesidad de usar el coche. El lugar estaba impecable, bien equipado y pensado para que no faltara nada. Nada, todo estaba perfecto. ¡Lo recomiendo totalmente y sin duda volvería!

• Mawaluma (10/5): Top Wohnung, super Lage - Reibungsloser Kontakt zum Vermieter. Nähe zum Zentrum. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern, komplett ausgestattet und komfortabel! Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr ruhig gelegen! Sehr gemütliche Wohnung! Der Vermieter hat mehrere Wohnungen in verschiedenen Gebäuden, die 5Minuten zu Fuß voneinander entfernt sind. Das der Urlaub so schnell verging!!! Tolles Apartment
