• Adrian (10/5): Dream Holiday in Larnaca - We had a very pleasant 7-night stay at Kition City Apartments and would gladly return. Our first floor apartment was very clean and spacious, with air conditioning in every bedroom and in the living room. It looked just like in the pictures and had almost everything we needed, including a sewing kit, washing machine, clothes drying rack, dishwasher and all sorts of detergents. The little things that were missing (like paper towels, extra toilet paper and trash bags) were cheap and easy to buy from the supermarket . We rented a small car throughout our stay and it helped a lot. There was plenty of hot water (heated thanks to solar energy), with good pressure, and the “boost” button outside the bathroom helped make the water even hotter. The owner was polite and helpful. The terrace/balcony was quite small, but nice and sunny. The neighbourhood was safe, lovely and quiet, with lemon trees and palm trees lining the street. Food and groceries delivery services were available and very helpful. It was within walking distance to a salt lake and at least one bakery. Thank you for everything! :) The tiny ants in the kitchen area were a bit annoying, but mostly harmless. A few suggestions for improvements: - mosquito nets, at least at the bathroom window. There were few mosquitoes in February, but we still got the stray one occasionally. - wooden kitchen utensils, the black plastic ones kept melting at the tips
• Sharon (10/5): - There was free parking on the street, local shops about 10-15 min walk, or 5 min by car. Very easy to get out of Larnaca to the airport or the main attractions.

• Anna Sara (10/5): A beautiful holiday home in a lovely quiet area - Fantastic home with a lovely decor and everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning in every room, kitchen utensils, tv, comfortable beds and sofa, a very nice bathroom and a great layout with two separate bedrooms. The balcony was lovely too, we had our morning coffee there. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet, there are two shops within walking distance. Andy was super helpful, he sent us all the info in advance and the checkin process was extremely easy. Not something that I didn't like, but in my opinion, you do need a car in the high season to get to the beaches and to all the nice restaurants. In the low season, there are plenty of taxi companies and local buses available.

The host was very welcoming and responsive, the check-in process was smooth and easy. The apartment felt cozy, clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

• Jasmine (9/5): This apartment has everything you need for a great stay in a central location. - The apartment is very spacious, bright and comfortable. It has ample storage space, and kitchen appliances so you can feel at home. If you like to walk, it is a 25 minute walk to the salt lake hiking trail.
• Margreet (8/5): Very good - Generally well kitted out and clean Although the listing said it was company managed, when we ran into an issue the owner was out of the country and we had to resolve it ourselves. The apartment gets no direct sun whatsoever. That's a good thing in summer, but we were there in winter..... We could also do with a roll of bags for the toilet if we can't flush the paper down, and a pair of scissors in the cutlery drawer. These last 2 are totally minor and not important.

• Teodor (9/5): Great - We stayed in the one bed aparment for a few nights in September, and it was a mostly enjoyable experience. The flat is very clean, spacious, and nicely arranged, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. All the furnishings and appliances are brand new and in perfect working order. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the shower was fantastic. Overall, though, the apartment itself was brilliant, and we’d happily stay again if we’re in Larnaca. We did notice a couple of small inconveniences. There wasn’t any basic cooking equipment like salt or oil, which would have been handy for preparing meals. Also, the parking situation was a bit tricky. One evening, we arrived to find another person that was staying in the same building as us, unwilling to do a parallel park and instead squeezed their car in very close to ours by a dropped curb. While this isn’t the host’s fault, it might be worth them reminding anyone that's staying at these apartments and have cars to be more considerate when using the shared parking area. The pillows were small as well, and we noramlly prefer the standard size ones, which can be found literally in any other aparments/ airbnbs/ hotels; but the bed was very comfy.

Beds were not very comfortable and pillows were too small, could have done with bigger and more pillows. Would have loved a frappe machine and microwave to be included too.

• Stephanie (10/5): modern apartment in quiet residential area - The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. I could always park in the street in front of the building. Close by are shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean. It's equipped with everything you need - even netflix. I chose the apartment because it has a washing machine. As I travelled at the end of March, I was happy about the heating at night. Andy is a dedicated, reliable and friendly host. If in Larnaca again, I would like to stay there again. Recommendation: I don't use navigation. If you don't use navigation, either, don't search for the B5 (A5) to go from the airport to the apartment but take the road along the salt lake into the city. The latter is the easier way. The mattress was a bit too hard for my taste.

• Karol (9/5): Cosy apartment in quiet neighbourhood - The apartment is, newly refurbished, quite spacious, has all amenities to make your stay with family a pleasant one. Both bedrooms and living room have aircon, there’s washing mashine , dishwasher, Wi-Fi, Tv with Netlflix etc. Although the place is quite far from the center and beach, but it find it as an advantage. The neighbourhood is quiet. There is free place to park just by the building. The big supermarket is just 10min walk. I found this place as cosy as my own apartment. I recommend it without reservations.

The room had everything you needed: towels, toilet paper, washing powder and dishwasher detergent. A special pleasure is the sink against the background of the window. Convenient location near the airport, but you can't hear the planes. The city center is 5-7 minutes by car. Check-in is remote. Thank you very much to the owners!
