• Luisa (9/5): Tutto bene 😚 alla prossima - La casa e molto bella...curata e comoda..tutto nuovo palazzo anche...tutti i servizi e dotata di ogni confort in un punto centrale di saranda praticamente sul lungomare...però la spiaggia vicina e quella del porto dove il mare non e proprio bellissimo...se non avete la macchina come noi e vi spostate a piedi ci sono spiaggie meravigliose più avanti ma bisogna camminare molto quindi consiglio di valutare bene in che zona si vuole stare...per quanto riguarda l'host gentilissimo parla anche italiano e si è messo a disposizione su ogni cosa quindi tutto bene... La casa vista montagna non ha il balcone che si vede nelle foto ma un balconcino molto piccolo in camera da letto.. quindi per due fumatori come noi che la sera ci volevamo rilassare fuori non e stato molto comodo consiglierei quella vista mare che dalle foto vedo un balcone molto più grande ed arioso ... La finestra in cameretta è molto grande e priva di alcuna recinzione fuori quindi noi con un bambino di 3 anni abbiamo dovuto tenerla sempre chiusa perché era accessibile a lui e facile che cadeva giù praticamente...quindi consiglio di mettere qualcosa perché davvero un pericolo per bambini...
• Jonathan (9/5): Vraiment très bien - L'appartement est spacieux, très bien aménagé, mieux que sur les photos. L'emplacement est parfait. Le balcon vue sur mer. Il manquait des essuies (un pour six jours) mais c'est un détail (une machine est disponible)
• Olga (10/5): - Все було дуже добре. Супермаркет і пляж на трьоххвилинній відстані. Великий санвузол, пральна машина, зручні ліжка, посуд, все дуже зручно. Але є прохання. Для зовсім повного задоволення в квартирі не хватає чайника😊
• Olena (10/5): - Everything about this apartment is perfect! It is located a five-minute walk from the beach and the promenade, there are many restaurants around for every taste and budget. The apartment is spacious, with new equipment and furniture. The spacious balcony offers a simply fabulous view of the sea. All the photos correspond to reality. The owner of the apartment, Ben, deserves special recognition. He is very pleasant to communicate with and always very quickly provided support when needed. We will definitely come back again!

• Abhay (6/5): Nice property but unfortunately my stay was compromised by the noise. - Excellent location. Fantastic views. A few minutes walk to the main promenade and the old part of Sarande. Loads of restaurants and bars within a 10 minutes walk. Very responsive host. Exactly as in the photos. Unfortunately for me the adjoining apartment was having work done and I had to endure a lot of noise. The host was unaware that there was work being done there but confirmed that since it was off season works were allowed between 0800 to 2000 The communal areas of the building are not fully finished presumably because it’s a new building.
