• Kitjain (7/5): - Superbly clean and all the amenities were great and were as promised. Entering the building and the apartment was easy. No elevator and no warning or mention of it. Carrying heavy luggage two floors up. The lock may have been simple for a Japanese person who could read the keypad at lock on building,we had to r n d to finally get it at 12 am after 19hrs of travelling.

• 中谷 (7/5): - 浴室乾燥がついていたので、洗濯物がよく乾いて助かりました。 キッチンに電子レンジや電気ポットもあり、宿泊施設にしては大きめの冷蔵庫もあるので、とても便利でした。 ゴミがたまると、いつでもゴミを出せる事もよかった点です。 浴室の排水が宿泊1日目から悪く、身体を洗っているとすぐに洗い場全体に水深5センチ程の水がたまり、排水口を開けてチェックしてみたら、髪の毛キャッチネットに髪がたまっている事が原因のようだったので、交換したいので新しい物が欲しい旨、連絡しましたが、自分でパイプ掃除用洗剤を買ってきて掃除してください、との返答でした。

• CRISTINA (2/5): Excelente ducha pero apartamento incómodo - El agua caliente de la ducha y las indicaciones para llegar al apartamento. El número del apartamento apenas se ve en la puerta de entrada. La llave de acceso al apartamento es muy difícil de utilizar. El checking es complejo y el check out tiene penalización si sales un poco más tarde. La cama es muy estrecha para dos personas y los útiles de cocina son de plástico, como para bebés. No es cómodo usar la cocina.

• CHENGYU (10/5): 鬧中取靜的好地方，離車站不會太遠，便利商店轉角就到，沙發床很好睡，有洗衣、烘衣功能好方便，垃圾桶很大 - 有洗衣機，且烘衣的話，用浴室排氣機的烘衣功能好方便，冬天厚重的衣服（一大一小兩人份）一個晚上就烘完了，對於帶小孩的人來說太方便了 嚴格來說住房沒有，但因為是無人值守的飯店，進大樓、開房間兩道手續還真不容易理解，透過訊息往來後才懂，只能說要仔細查看線上的說明

• Angie (4/5): I would make several improvements - It was in the first floor, quick access. We were able to wash our clothes. Tv worked fine. The host was responsive and quick to get us the internet password. The lighting wasn't the best. After a long day in Tokyo, we just wanted to arrive, relax and rest but the general lights of the apartment were just in the ceiling and had extreme brightness (even tho we turned the bulbs around it was still too strong for our eyes). Sadly, there were no lamps of lower lighting in sight, so we had to use the kitchen one but leave the rest of the rooms lights off. The kitchen didn’t have any utensils, and when opened the drawers there was still bread crumbs from the previous stay (took pics). We checked in late around 9pm (as expected and predicted)After check in we noticed the sofa bed (where my children’s slept) had a "deep whole" at the bottom, because one of the legs in the middle collapsed. The owner voluntarily offered to fixed it before us even noticing, but again, it was 10pm and we were too tired for guests, my question is; if you knew about the damage, why not fix it during the day before we arrived? The place was not as warm as expected and found 2 sets of face and medium body towel for out two day stay (we were 6 people). The pillows were kind of flat and needed extra blankets. The place in general was cold so take extra socks or slippers if you chose to stay here during the winter). The shower was a bit complicated with a combination of buttons and manual. Everything would have been fine, but didn’t see shower instructions at the moment of jumping in the shower (I didn’t have the QR handy) so I just quit and left shower. The rest of us were able to use the shower with no issues though. I also disliked that I needed to provide an excessive amount of identification for each member including kids extended facial recognition footage and it made it tedious and uncomfortable, not to mention we were extremely tired from the they day and long hours of travel (this didn’t happen in other bookings at hotels or Airbnb in our Japan trip).

• Haruko (2/5): Not again - We went to the event to the Tokyo Dome for 2 days. It was a convenient location for that. They didn’t allow us to check in early or store luggage before/after check in/check out, which made our trip plan more difficult. Also the carpet was pretty dirty with lots of hair and dust. I believe they clean the hardwood floor but not the carpet. TV was not there, which was a little disappointing too.

It is a bit far from a Yamanote Line station, and about an 8 minute walk from Iidabashi. We were very comfortable though and would consider staying here again.

Checking in is NOT a good experience and should be redesigned - The apartment was new with a kitchen and bathroom with seperate bath to the shower as well as a washing machine. It was also thoroughly cleaned prior to my stay. The checking in prior to staying was not correct and directed me to scan a QR code when arriving (using a tablet). Upon arrival the front door is locked with no tablet whatsoever in the building . I had to get my Japanese friend to ring them in order to find the directions for getting a key from the locked mailbox. You should seriously look into redesigning your checkin for international customers as it seems to be the primary thing people complain about and is not as easy as it should be.

Elevator wasn't mentioned prior to booking, had to message owner for WiFi Password and how to enter apartment. Have to purchase your own soap, shampoo. I wouldn't recommend to someone with difficulty climbing stairs.
• Anonymous (8/5): It looked just like the pictures. I would stay again! - I liked that the property was modern and clean. It was a very nice place. It was located about 10 minutes away from the Toyko Dome therefore we had plenty of food options. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were too soft.
