• Sara (10/5): Really nice, clean apartment, great host, fully recommend! - Amazing apartment, very clean, with a beautiful sea view. The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment has a lovely atmosphere and is equipped with everything you may need - dishes, cutlery, a fridge, air conditioning, washing machine, towels There's no beach near the apartment, but the neighborhood is nice- there's a lot of restaurants, bars, grocery shops, bakeries - so overall good location

• Era (10/5): Highly recommended - Right in the centre of the most popular area during summer. A modest price for the comfort that it offers. Good location for everything you need during vacation: traditional restaurants, markets, beach areas, night clubs and fast foods. The house was clean and the view was priceless. Best accommodation in Durres!

• Susan (6/5): Disappointing - The apartment is in a good location overlooking the sea, and close to the attractions of Durres. We were very disappointed that there was no hot running water in the kitchen, and that the advertised dishwasher did not work. We had to boil a kettle to wash up!. On querying this with Genti he said that there was a problem with the hot water pipe (ie it did not exist) and that it would take a long time to fix. Additionally, many of the plug sockets did not work, the flooring on the enclosed balcony was spongy, the blankets could have done with a wash, and the towels although smelled of washing detergent, began to smell bad after a couple of days. Also we found an empty brandy bottle in the oven! The apartment is also near clubs which can be a bit noisy at night.

• Laci (9/5): Good to stay for resonable price at good locatin! - The location was great, in few steps there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants. There is a small beach front of the building, cca 50 meters, so you can spend your day there. Even you allowd to bring your own umbrella as well. Some renovation would be nice. There was some cracked door glass. The bed sheets were a little dusty.

• Peter (10/5): Great Value, Prime Location - Glad I made the right decision to stay here. I can only agree with previous reviews as to the quality of this apartment. It's perfect for a couple, with or without a child. Located on the 3rd floor above the Mema House (Google it), with a beautiful enclosed balcony which catches the sun, where you can enjoy a glass or two of bubbly (or whatever takes your fancy). You need to have a masters degree in computer science to operate the TV.

• Fuat (10/5): A brillant four season apartment. - Fantastic location. apartment with sea view, beach close to the appartment, restaurants, caffees big squares to walk and overview the sea. At the first floor of the apartment is a albanian traditional cooking restaurant with high quality. The apartment equipped with everything, large space inside, quiet and very relaxant. Highly recomended.
