Guy from reception ignored this request and reject to cancel reservation and return money back or change my room (because overbook). Conditions in the room are really bad, especially for non-smoking people.

- Rehana (5/5): It was okay for me. - Location Was fine. Close to metro station and bus transport. Hotel Was under renovation due to this upper floor was difficult to reach. Breakfast was not available as restaurant was closed due to renovation and breakfast was arranged at another hotel. Furniture in the deluxe room was quite week/lose Electric cattle was so dirty that may be did not wash for days. Tea was not available in the room.

Not a touristy location, small rooms, not very clean, AC is dummy, bathrooms are bad and mostly broken sinks & showers,
