• Franck (8/5): très bon séjour, maison très propre et proche du métro et restaurants - Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et accueillants. L'appartement est très propre et bien situé à 10 min du métro, des restaurants et supermarché. possibilité de parking devant la maison des hôtes dans la rue. La première photo de l'annonce est un espace piscine très alléchant. Malheureusement cet espace n'est pas accessible avant début juin, même la partie pelouse du jardin ! il n'y a donc pas d'espace extérieur pour apprécier le climat. La petite terrasse est finalement un espace partagé, séparé en 2 par un paravent. C’est l'entrée commune avec le propriétaire qui habite au-dessus de cet appartement. C’est un ancien garage très bien aménagé, mais très sombre car pas d'ouverture lumineuse...c’est peut-être un atout en été !

• Paweł (10/5): - Wszystko co potrzebne było w obiekcie. Lokalizacja idealna do zwiedzania Sewilli, bardzo blisko metro którym bezpośrednio można dojechać do centrum oraz blisko sklepy i restauracje. A sama okolica cicha i spokojna. Można było pod budynkiem zaparkować.
• Jerzy (10/5): super miejscówka, polacam! - Bardzo wygodny apartament położony w spokojnej dzielnicy mieszkalnej (domki szeregowe). wygodne sypialnie, salon i kompletnie wyposażona kuchnia z jadalnią. właścicielka czekała na nas, udzieliła potrzebnych informacji. samochód spokojnie stał pod domem, a my mogliśmy zwiedzać Sewillę dojeżdżając metrem, którego stacja oddalona jest na jakieś 8 minut marszu. Polecam, szczególnie jeżeli podróżujesz z rodziną wynajętym samochodem. wszystko ok

• Karolina (8/5): - Dobrá poloha blízko metra, klidná ulice. Dobrá komunikace s ubytovatelem. V kuchyni chyběly utěrky, nože tupé. V apartmanu si nejde přitopit, což je v chladnějším počasí diskomfort. Chybějící věšák na kabáty. V koupelně by bylo dobré doplnit věšáky a poličky.
• Navas Garcia (10/5): - Piso muy acogedor y con todo lo necesario para una estancia de varios dias . El lugar esta en una zona tranquila donde se puede descansar . El piso estaba muy limpio y las camas eran muy cómodas. Ana M. Y su esposo fueron muy amables, nos dejaron unos pequeños detalles en el piso que se agradece mucho. Si tuviera que poner una pega , no sería como tal , si no una recomendación, y sería que las cortinas de las habitaciones las cambiasen, ya que con la luz encendida se ve todo desde el comedor.
• Saray (8/5): - Estaba todo limpio,las camas cómodas,no está lejos de Sevilla centro, tenía lo necesario para pasar unos días en Sevilla y con detalles de cápsula de café, azúcar unos dulces y unas tortas que nos trajo el dueño son muy amables y atentos. Lo que yo cambiaría o mejoraría sería las cortinas de las habitaciones y el baño para que no se vea tanto y tener algo más de intimidad si vas con alguien pero nada importante porque estaba todo perfecto.

• Michal (8/5): Dostačující ubytování sloužící jako východisko k návštěvě Sevilly. - Lokalita je v docházkové vzdálenosti k metru, kterým se dá pohodlně dostat do centra. Obchody i restaurace jsou také v docházkové vzdálenosti. Jde o klidnou čtvrť rodinných domků. Jde o drobnosti - oba pokoje mají část stěny s průsvitného materiálu a pokud někdo v obývacím pokoji svítí, světlo růší spící osoby. Z fotografií to vypadá, že i domu je bazén, ten je ve vnitrobloku nedaleko.

Nos dejaron café ,sal ,azúcar , productos de limpieza y unas tortas de regalo y mas 😍 El coche se aparca en la misma puerta ! Y está cerca del metro. No puedo pedir más Estamos deseando volver con nuestra pequeña

• María Alejandra (10/5): Ha sido espectacular. - Todo en general, la limpieza espectacular, camas cómodas, caseros muy amables y pendientes de que estuviésemos cómodos en todo momento. Nos dejaron unas tortitas de Inés rosales y café. Sin duda volveremos a ir en cuanto podamos ya que estuvimos poquito tiempo y no nos dio tiempo a ver toda Sevilla. No hay nada que no me gustase

• Simona Iacaruso (9/5): - Posizione tranquilla a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro che ti porta direttamente in centro. Alloggio molto grande con due stanze dotato di ogni comfort, silenzioso e pulito. Apprezzata la possibilità di usare la piscina del villaggio dalle 12 alle 21. I proprietari abitano nello stesso stabile, super gentili e disponibili. Essendo un alloggio ricavato da un garage o tavernetta è leggermente buio. Letto matrimoniale leggermente piccolo.

• Said Tajnari (8/5): Happy client - Hôte très serviable, propreté impecable, emplacement parfait, proche de Séville. La station de tram reliant Aljarafe et Seville est proche aussi. Place parking toujours disponible, assurée par l'hôte. Maison bien aérée en plein juillet, équipée d'un climatiseur et 2 ventilateurs, calme et confortable. Merci pour le service et les galettes offertes lors de la réception. Je reviendrai sans hésitation lors de ma prochaine visite à Seville. Chambres pas très lumineuses en plein journée. La piscine est une piscine municipale (cartes d'accès assurées par l hôte), éloignée à environ 300m, bien mais le personnel non professionnel. Il serait préférable d'avoir des poêles en inox.

• Steve (9/5): Lovely property with easy access to central Seville - The property had everything that we needed and was within easy reach of the Metro, giving us quick and easy access to central Seville. The hosts were welcoming and helpful throughout our week stay. Parking right outside the front door was a bonus. No fault of the owners, but the pool was out of action whilst we were there.
• Mary (7/5): Good - It was well equipped and clean. The, host was super helpful. Parking space and access to pool was an advantage. Apartment was much smaller than we expected withlimited natural light as on ground floor. Journey into city centre took 30 minutes.

• Tushar (9/5): Superb - The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood, metro station is 10 mins walk (metro take 15 mins to reach Sevilla) and so are cafes, restaurants and grocery shops. There is parking in front of the apartment. The place is very well equipped. Owners are extremely nice. It was great. We loved it

• Mark (10/5): Ideal base outside of Sevilla - Warm welcome. Lots of room. Good kitchen facilities. 5 mins walk to supermarket and metro which got you to central S' in less than 15 minutes. Nothing really, all good.

Also in a fairly quiet neighborhood and within walkable distance to the metro ~7 min that brings you into Seville. Parking also available right outside the apartment. N/A
• Amanda (7/5): Good - Clean apartment, kitchen well equipped, dedicated free parking in front of the building Bedrooms were stuffy, no windows, no fans, both the windows and the air conditioning are on the other side of the flat. Too much furniture for a small living room
• Zlatko (10/5): Great accommodation in nice area, 20 minutes from the city centre - Great accommodation, 20 minutes from the centre of Sevilla. Host Ana Maria (and her daughter Ana, who welcomed us) was very friendly and helpful, although she doesn't speak English and we communicated through Whatsapp messages. Apartment is large enough, it can accommodate 2-4 persons. On the ground floor, no stairs to carry luggage. Parking spot in front of the door. Metro station 7-8 minutes walk away, and city centre is 7 metro stops away. Metro is very cheap (with summer discount 0.47 EUR for ride). Around metro station there is large supermarket, petrol station, few local restaurants, with lively mood. The whole neighborhood is very nice.

Comfy beds, washing machine, everything you need. Big swimming pool which you can use close by. The accommodation is a bit far from the city center if by train. We were there with a car so it wasn’t a problem at all.
