• sabiha nagri (10/5): Nice place is - Had a great stay.. Everything was excellent,, location, breakfast, room.. I was there for 5 nights,, on my request I got the front side room. Will always stay here on my visit to Interlaken... Only 1thing , when I arrived at the front of the hotel there were 4 steps to climb.. I could not carry my bags up so I requested the girls at the reception to help me.. They denied and said we can arrange someone for u but u have to pay them.. That was ridiculous...
• Kevin (8/5): Hotel Krebs, Interlaken is ideal place to stay while day tripping to the many beautiful locations - The mountain views from our room were stunning. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Restaurant downstairs has internal and a lovely side walk dining area. Accomodation location was in the main street in West Interlaken close to a good range of dining restaurants. Train station was close by with timely access to Lauterbrunnen, Wengan, Grindelwald and Harder Kulm for half day or day trips. Both nearby lakes were definately worth a visit. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Hotel was a pleasant stay. Being an older Hotel, plenty of history to read up on since it's inception. Thanks for having us.

• Matthieu (9/5): Court séjour très agréable - L’hôtel est bien situé : proche de la gare et du centre ville, chemins de promenade à proximité. L’hôtel et les chambres sont d’un bon confort. Le personnel à l’accueil était particulièrement accueillant et à l’écoute.

• Wendy (6/5): Could be great but ... - Good location within walking distance from the West train station, 4 min free train to the Ost station. We had a lovely view from our room which overlooked the main street and the mountains. Staff were lovely and the room was clean. There was a generous amenities bundle in the bathroom and plenty of tea and coffee pods and a small fridge. The one breakfast we did have there was good. Supposed to be 4 star but fell short in our opinion. Quite dated which at first was cute but after a while it's a negative. It appears that the owners do not do much in the way of maintenance. The tap in our bathroom was so stiff you could barely turn it on, you could here every footstep from people in rooms above, in need of a new paint job, broken toaster and the breakfast boxes we arranged for our early morning departure did not get communicated to the kitchen staff. They did however refund the price of the breakfast which was good. Overall, not terrible but it was expensive. The hotels we stayed at in other Swiss towns were better and cheaper.

• Kahil (10/5): Have you ever wanted a comfortable hotel? - The location was brilliant! Not too noisy. Close to good restaurants and activities. Very close to Interlaken West Station. Staff were super helpful and provided information to makenthe most of my trip. The breakfast has something for everyone - smoked salmon, eggs, samosas, bread and cereal. Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is on the older side, and the mattresses could be more comfortable. Still, I will recommend this hotel for the price and location.

Preis-Leistung Hotel und im im Restaurant sehr gut. Wir haben im Frühstücksraum keinen aufgeräumten Tisch für 2 Personen gefunden. Auf Bitte wurde sofort und sehr freundlich ein Tisch gereinigt und neu gedeckt.
• Sabina (8/5): Interlaken hat sich von seiner besten Seite gezeigt - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren gross, angenehm. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr komfortabel, da man zu Fuss in der Kürze die wichtigen Punkte erreichen kann. Wir haben im Restaurant des Hotels gegessen. Auch hier war das Servicepersonal äusserst freundlich, allerdings war das Raclette ein bisschen schwierig, zu kochen. Die Raclette Rechauds müssten überdenkt werden (es wird nur langsam warm) und das Servieren von Käse, Speck, Salat und Würstchen auf einer Platte hat mich persönlich auch nicht so angesprochen. Trotzdem war es ein netter Abend.

• Liam (10/5): Really convenient, with excellent staff. - Convenient location in central Interlaken. Close to the station. Dining area was a little strange, with mixed covered and glass rooms.
• Trevor (10/5): Great location, friendly staff, clean hotel - Excellent location next to the Interlaken West train station which is also a bus station hub. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Despite a disabled toilet sign in the ground floor, there isn’t one - tricky if you need assistance to go to the toilet.
• Abha (5/5): - Location WIFI was the worst. Complained twice and still no improvement. Had to go down twice for the key card because someone at the reception can barely activate a key card. Strict check-in at 3 pm with no room for adjustment. There was no staff available to help me with my luggage and when I asked for help, someone at the help desk offered to help like there are doing me a huge favour. Like please. You're running a hospitality service and you have no one to help with luggage?
