Guest Reviews
- Becky (10/5): Location couldn’t have been better, staff were extremely helpful and apartment was much more spacious than we were expec - Amazing location and extremely spacious apartment. It was clean and comfortable. It was a little rough around the edges and the entrance looked undesirable but the apartment itself was rustic and pleasant. I would stop here again.
- MAO (10/5): - Exelente lugar, 20/20 Todo me gusto

- Rogerviaja (8/5): Kısa Kalıncaksa Kullanışlı - Yatak rahattı,eve 6 kişi sığabilir,temizdi,merkezdeydi,
odalar güzeldi. Odalar güzeldi ama çatlaklar vardı,eve çıkarkenki merdivenler çok dikti, televizyon,çamaşır makinesi ve bulaşık makinesi yoktu, ev eskiydi, koltuk konforlu değildi, mobilyalar çok eskiydi, duş kabini kapının hemen arkasındaydı.
- SURAIYA (8/5): The apartment was good especially for family better provide washing machine - Strategic location esp most attract location Colloseum Forum Platini all amenities restaurant shopping malls train station tram and buses The apartment stairs too steep for elderly
- Alexandros (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, many options for breakfast, food and drinks around. It was a bit smelly, but after opening the windows for a couple of hours, the smell disappeared.
- Jeffrey (7/5): Decent stay for the price - Location to attractions was good Neighborhood was not very clean. There was a dead rat for three days in our alley.
- Gregory (7/5): Pozzuolo Holiday House - 26-29 May - The location was perfect for going out and exploring the historic areas and sites in Rome. (We were 5 minutes from the Colosseum and metro stations). Excellent local restaurants nearby, not the typical tourist restaurants that are prevalent. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. The noise level from outside was very noticeable. The apartment is in an older building and the windows appeared as original which didn't reduce the outside noise like newer windows do. No dedicated balcony, just a small one that was primarily for storage and the water boiler.
- Mel (8/5): Lovely stay close to city centre and main attractions. - Central location, close to main attractions and restaurants. No easy way to make a hot drink, kitchen was not well equipped. There was quite a bit of noise from the restaurants and bars below, but I guess this can't be helped.
- Maria (8/5): Very good -
- Tom (5/5): The location was very good. The apartment was very tired. If not for the property management person who was so helpful I - The property management person was extremely helpful with any problems we had and seemed genuinely interested in trying to help us This property is very rundown the entryway and stairway leading to the apartment was filthy. The cooktop was useless even to boil water. The kitchen chairs were literally falling apart. It seems there is very little investment in keeping this property up, but with the central location, I guess they kind of have you.
- Michelle (9/5): Cute Apartment Near the Collosseum - The host was friendly, accommodating and helpful. We had a lot to do in a really short time, so the location of this spot was perfect, and in our price range. From this apartment: it's a 5 minute walk to the Colosseum, Forum and ancient Rome. 20-minute walk to the Spanish Steps. The Pantheon was a 10 minute walk. Trevi Fountain not far from there. There are some great places to eat all in short walking distance, too. Everything we ate was amazing (it's Italy!). We were very happy with how much we were able to fit in without stressing. Now, if you have bad knees, etc, just know that there are 2 flights of stairs to climb and no elevator. The apartment is nice, clean, and gave us everything we needed. Take a fast shower, the hot water doesn't last long. But, the location for the price meant that even I, who loves a nice long shower, was more than willing to do just 3 minutes. We would definitely come here again.
- Susana (2/5): Very poor -
- Anna (9/5): It was perfect - The property was just perfect for the 4 of us
The location was excellent right next to the colosseum. Everything was walking distance.
- Choudhary (10/5): Perfect - Very good location and clean Little drainage issue rest all was good
- Jamie-lee (9/5): Superb -
- Rafael (7/5): Back yard of Coliseum - 1. Great location, just a few steps from the Coliseum.
2. Spacious accomodation
3. Ar con during summer is great 1. Encounter a few dirty dishes and pans
2. A kettle and a microwave would be handy
3. Building is a bit old and round down
- Ikram (9/5): Superb -
- Sue (8/5): Very good - The property was spacious and was close to the centre of Rome , 5 mins from the coliseum. The steps were quite steep leading up to the Appartment. You needed to be careful with luggage
- Evelyn (8/5): Centrally located apartment in Rome - - The location was perfect for visiting everything in Rome by foot.
- The apartment was cosy and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the shower had enough hot water.
- The host was friendly and gave us a map with directions for the main attractions in the city. - During the weekends (especially friday and saturday evening) there was a lot of noise in the little street at night. The accommodation obviously cannot do anything about this, but it is good to take this into account.
- When we arrived, we still had to pay the tourist-tax in cash. However, the guy who let us into the apartment had no change and made us pay more then we were supposed to. It was only a small additional charge, but this felt a bit strange to us.
- Anonymous (10/5): We’d stay here again in a heartbeat! - The location is excellent! 5 min walk to colosseum. Big square footage for 3 of us (mom and two twenty year old daughters). Many awesome restaurants around. We walked everywhere!
Shout out to Feven who showed us around the entire apt. She went over a local map and pointed out many tips for us. A little noisy from neighbors (but it’s an older bldg like most in Rome). We just kept sound machine on phone and it was fine.
- Ekaterina (7/5): Good - The location Lack of kitchen utensils like microwave, kitchen towels, napkins - basic thinks to be able to cook and eat comfortably. The sink in the bathroom was clogged so it was disgusting to use it. The shower handle doesn’t work properly neither it hurts when you use it. As well must mention that the apartment is located in a very small street where there are always some kids or weird people so they make noise.
- Pavel (9/5): Great appartment - Perfect location, hosts are friendly and nice. Windows in the bedroom, to be soundproof.
- Yann (8/5): Charming old apartment a stone's throw away from the Coloseum - The location was perfect. The apartment had an antique feel to it, it's spacious and charming. The person who greeted me was super friendly, helpful and patient, gave a lot of good advice. It felt like having a personnal guide. It was a nice base to explore the city for a few days. The bed weren't very comfortable. The hot water was often interrupted in showers (after only 2 minutes), and the building hall is quite run-down. Also you have to pay €35 extra if you check in on a Sunday or public holiday, which wasn't communicated
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional - The location was incredible, the hosts were extremely helpful and happy to have us, the apartment itself was very spacious and had everything we needed. We also accidentally came a day early, and they accommodated us immediately which was very kind. I couldn't get the shower to stay a regular temperature (it kept randomly shifting from very hot to very cold). That's about the only complaint I could make, which is a pretty darn small one.
- Nikola (10/5): Perfect 2 bedroom apartment near Colosseum - Location was absolutely superb, just a few min walk to Colosseum. It had all the amenities necessary, and was top notch clean. Maybe the stairs were too narrow, but it’s just the old building. Also shower head could be replaced as it has very high pressure.
- Maria (7/5): Very good experience - Excellent location! Very close to all important places for a visitor in the center of Rome !
People friendly willing to help !
Large space - very comforable The entrance of the building needs some rennovation
- Ines (10/5): Exceptional - Eveything, the location is amazing so close to the Colosseum! Great little bar La Casetta a Monti just around the corner with great Cocktails. The Pozzuolo Holiday House is big enough and the beds are very comfy.
Only one note - Would have been nice to have a sponge for washing the dishes!
- Ksenija (10/5): Exceptional -
