• Catherine (10/5): Lovely, modern apartment. - Well equipped and clean apartment. Great to have a coffee machine and kettle! Modern style decor. Balcony with a good view next to a quiet road. Helpful video instructions from host, who were also responsive to any questions. We had a great stay. Like many in Peniscola, the apartment is up a hill. This wasn't a problem for us, but it might not be ideal for everyone.
• Deiene (9/5): Muy buena experiencia - El apartamento esta muy bien, tiene buen tamaño y comodo, tiene de todo. Ademas tiene garaje cerrado y acceso directo en ascensor al apartamento, sin tener que salir fuera. Los propietarios estaban atentos en todo momento y preocupados por si necesitabamos algo y estabamos a gusto. Hay que subir una cuesta para acceder, pero es llevadera y la zona es tranquila.

• andrea (10/5): - Está muy bien ubicado, a pocos metros de la playa y del casco histórico. Adrián es súper atento y cordial. La entrada al estacionamiento es un tanto compleja pero el espacio para dejar el auto está muy bien.

• Haidan (1/5): Unprofessional Host – Threatened Us & Forced Us to - 1. **Unreasonable ID Demand & Rude Behavior** - The host demanded IDs for **everyone** late at night (22:16), even though we arrived exhausted after a 6-hour drive. When I asked why (since usually only the booker’s ID is needed), he refused to explain and told me to "look it up myself." 2. **False Accusations & Threats** - He falsely claimed we brought extra guests (even though this was already resolved before check-in). - The next morning, he **ignored our calls**, messaged via WhatsApp, and **threatened to call the police** if we didn’t leave immediately—giving us no chance to discuss. 3. **Forced Us Out & Demanded Cancellation** - To avoid further conflict, we left early. Then, he **pressured me to cancel the non-refundable booking**, threatening to charge me "all costs" if I refused. - Booking.com’s客服 was unhelpful despite multiple calls. **Conclusion:** This host is **unprofessional, aggressive, and dishonest**. Avoid this property unless you want your vacation ruined.

• LAURA (10/5): Vacaciones en familia - El apartamento se encuentra alejado del bullicio ( nosotros lo agradecimos), en lo alto de una colina (a tenerlo en cuenta si vas con peques, personas con movilidad reducida..) y hay que bajar un par de cuestas para llegar a la playa y zonas de restauración. Estaba muy bien equipado, con aire acondicionado, un ventilador adicional,camas cómodas, amplios armarios y muchas cajoneras. Echamos en falta un par de cosas de menaje de cocina pero nos apañamos bien. El parking con acceso hasta la planta del apartamento es un plus. La piscina no estaba masificada, por lo que pudimos disfrutarla bastante. Las zonas comunes de la comunidad estaban muy limpias y bien mantenidas. Es muy familiar y tranquila. La playa está muy cerquita, es amplia, sin olas y no cubre. Ideal para peques y para aquellos que prefieren aguas tranquilas. Nuestro peque la disfrutó mucho. Dando un paseo llegas al paseo marítimo de la Playa de Peñíscola y al Castillo, que está lleno de tiendas, restaurantes, y tiene mucha vida nocturna. Los anfitriones nos obsequiaron con un detalle de bienvenida y estuvieron muy atentos durante toda la estancia.
