- Josephine (9/5): Delightful haven near the heart of the city - Calm comfortable home in a leafy, well-located neighborhood. Light and bright. Owner friendly and flexible. The only drawback is no stove or oven. But property is open about that online.
- Katharine (9/5): Well appointed, clean and well connected. - The property was clean and well appointed, on a quiet street, around the corner from some boutiques and cafes. It is worth being aware that the only outside is a verandah to the front of the property.
- Berit (8/5): Schöne Lage! Für kurze Aufenthalte wunderbar :-) - Tolle Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz (Tram to City und Strand direkt vor der Tür). Nähe zu dem wunderbaren South Melbourne Market - zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Zur Wohnung: modern, qualitativ hohe Ausstattung, liebevoll arrangiert, bequeme Betten, viel Stauraum, großer TV, große Zimmer.
Küche: „klein aber fein“ nicht wirklich geeignet zum Kochen, aber ok für aufwärmen (Mikrowelle), Tee & Kaffe kochen, Kühlschrank prima. Laute Nachbarn (trampeln).
Trennung zum Hinterhaus der Vermieter nur durch Glastür (mattiertes Fensterglas). Man hört daher zeitweise Hundebellen & -jaulen (vor allem als die Besitzer sie allein ließen), usw.
Kein Außenbereich: trotz wunderbarem Haus und schöner Lage gibt es keine Möglichkeit draußen zu genießen.
- Constance (10/5): Place exceeded expections - We booked this accommodation for 2 colleagues and it was perfect. The place was clean and cool during summer with working central heating/cooling. Electronic lock is always welcome so we can come and go as we please rather than organising keys. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable and the sheets/ quilt was warm and cosy. The bed was more soft, the sofa bed more firm. While the sofa bed is located in the lounge room, it is connected to the bedroom through a hallway so both of us had our own room with a door and some privacy. The hosts were very attentive with setting up the accommodation for us - upon request getting the sofa bed ready on arrival, as well as checking in on us throughout our short stay. Host responds promptly with any questions. Bathroom is modern and well maintained. There is a small kitchen area although we didn't use it much during our stay, as there are cafes and a market within walking distance. It is clear the host cares for this property, the place had everything we needed and would be great to stay even longer. No complaints.

Ammenities are great. Shower is large with good water pressure and heat.
Master bed is very comfortable and the fold out couch is great for movie nights! (Access to streaming services is provided) We got a little warm on the first night with the buildings central heating but this can be changed/turned off on request.

The hosts were extremely hospitable and friendly.
The house has everything you need - including a brand new coffee maker that they purchased for us before I knew about the incredible coffee culture in Melbourne. There is a nice little coffee café next door that serves good coffees and breakfasts.
The location is superb... there is a tram stop at the corner that takes you into the center of the city (CBD) or to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. We loved our stay and honestly have nothing negative to say.

- Blair (9/5): Superb - The house is in a beautiful part of Melbourne just a little south of the CBD. There is a tram stop right outside so it is an excellent location for getting out and about. Very spacious with separate bedroom, bathroom, living and kitchen areas. The house appears to be connected to another property through a locked hallway door. At one point we could hear quite audible kitchen noise from this property, as well as a barking dog.
