• Robina (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL..! Blood stains, cockroach’s, no proper breakfast..! - This was the worst hotel in my life, extremely unhelpful and rude night staff.!!! Only three people that was nice was 1 of course the owner, second was the chef and his helper. From cockroaches to blood stains on bed sheets.! Complained to staff to clean but they never did! Please do not look at the photos as they are a lie. Breakfast is very very minimal with hardly any options. They don’t even provide juice etc. short on cutlery.! Night staff was absolutely rude, my mum asked for help in taking the luggage downstairs and the boy was really rude twrds her. Ask for a porter and night reception was playing dumb even tho I used a language translator.. which then I had to take my own bags downstairs with no help. Receptionist named “Lugaan” and “Abdullah” both rude and disrespectful twds me and my mother. But the chef and his helper was really nice and caring!! My bedsheets had blood stains. Mattress had some sort of dirty stains aswel and bathroom cabinets had cockroaches. Cleaners were nice but didn’t clean the room. Water gets blocked in the sink and shower..! If you’re going for a holiday stay I highly recommend DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, as our holiday was 50% ruined just because of the hotel that we left 4 days before our check out as we was fed up from everything.!
• Andrei (7/5): This hotel it’s ok for 2-3 maximum days because you don’t have that comfort but it s perfect for a trip - The location . It’s very close to the center ,and also our room it was very clean . I didn’t like that the WiFi doesn’t work , I was needed to stay on my network . Also they need to improve their facilities, the shower , the beds , but overall it was a beautiful experience.

Pastertia zero, kondicioneri nuk punonte, dhoma ishte e ftohte, kishte papasterti, parking nuk kishte, dhe kur shkon aty te dergojne ne parking publik me pagese shtese, per te gjitha keto sherbime katastrofale, une kete hotel e vleresoj me 1 yll vetem per lokacionin. Pagesa per keto sherbime ishte e larte, nuk e rekomandoj, andaj mos rezervoni ketu sepse do kaloni pervoje te keqe.

• Popa (1/5): Scam - Nothing. When we arrived at the hotel they didn t have available rooms. The guy from reception didn t speak English. He just said "Fully booked", and repeated 25 times. We had to look for another hotel at 3 am.

• Abou (6/5): Don't expect too much. Breakfast was okay. - The breakfast was okay. Only some more diversity in bread should be nice. And the soup was on the cold side. Of course it was a price-quality thing. You will get for where you have paid for. The beds where worn out. The same for the pillows. It was not that clean, the bathroom and room. The hotel really needs a renovation and new beds, new bathrooms, everything. And some weird packagings of boxes and big bags are taking place everywhere in the lobby.

• Zimkita (5/5): My stay was fair - The Russian guy that was assisting us with our packages he is very helpful and also nice, warm and welcoming. The smell from bathroom, breakfast, Communication and unclealiness.

• Oleg (6/5): Beautiful city with crazy traffic and rhythm of life. - The perfect location, near to the historical centre. But it's impossible to get there by car, because the roads are closed. If you need to park, there are several parkings down the street. It's better to ask the price before the enter, because for the foreign cars they call another prices :) Eastern trickery. Breakfasts are quite good. But don't forget to ask to cook an omelette. No one will offer it to you. ​ ​

• Giedre (1/5): Cheep hotel for big price - When we came from airport at midnight there was no water in the room, so we asked in reception and they brought two bottles of water and two cups, there is a kettle in a room. The shower was not working properly when we came, but after one day the manager came with screwdriver and fixed it. There was no water in the room for drinking, no glasses, only one cup in the room when we came. Our room was in 2 floor. We asked for water, they brought us two cups and two bottles. The glasses we asked did not come until our stay was ended. They even did not bring toilet paper until we found and asked the women who clean room by ourselfes. There are two beds in a room and just one cupboard near one of the two beds. The floor was not very clean when we came. But after two days they changed towels and cleaned a bit. But trash was not taken away until we left. We stayed for 4 nights. The price we payed (360 eur) is too big for that room. Breakfast was poor and all the same all the time - boiled eggs, tea, coffee, vegetables, cheese, bread, cookies.
