• Francisca (4/5): Decepcionante - Ubicación y la rapidez que responden y el fácil check in Estaba sucio, tuve que lavar los platos, la habitación para 3 era inaceptable, el futon tenía las sábanas con manchas. La cama doble era para 1 persona. Las toallas olían a humedad y la toalla de pies estaba húmeda, no fue muy agradable. Solo pusieron 2 rollo de papel. No había tenedor y solo había 1 cuchillo, no tienen para secar los platos y ni si quiera habían servilletas. De todos los alojamientos que me he quedado en tokyo este me decepcionó :(

• Joshua (6/5): Cozy but - One ceiling wall was very low. My head touches the ceiling in that spot. Bed and second mattress was comfy. Room was fairly warm and cozy especially with a heat pump. Location was fairly good and not far from Akebonobashi train station. The shower was small and a little awkward to use without wetting the floor. There were no cleaning cloths at all, or tea towels to wipe dishes after washing. No tea/coffee/milk sachets provided.
• Gwendal (7/5): On ira ailleurs la prochaine fois ! - Correct sans plus On a essayé de contacter le propriétaire pour un problème de valise que nous attendions par la poste mais il n’a pas daigné nous répondre. Heureusement qu’on avait pas un vrai problème ! De plus c’est un petit appartement avec un frigo, plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes… mais pas de table ! Un peu dommage quand même ! Et aussi, il faut marcher 30 minutes pour arriver au cœur de Shinjuku ! C’est trop.

• nam.romy (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn-Station, entlang der Straße gibt es Restaurants und Supermärkte. Sehr nettes Personal. Ich werde diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer war voll ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit war okay.

• WAN CHI (9/5): - 空間寬敞，步行到車站很近，旁邊商店街有餐飲，超商，藥妝店，投幣式洗衣店，從附近車站可直接搭乘JR不用換車前往成田機場非常方便。 除了捲筒衛生紙，建議可以放一盒面紙。
• Nemo (9/5): - Le quartier très sympa, la proximité avec le métro et la gare de Shinjuku. L'appartement, facile d'accès, est très bien agencé et la literie confortable. L'insonorisation n'est pas optimale car on entend le voisin du dessus marcher et faire craquer le plancher. Assez fort pour être réveillé donc penser à prendre des boules quiès et tout ira bien 😊

• Denise (8/5): Kleine gemütlich Unterkunft, in super Lage für einen viertägigen Aufenthalt in Tokio! :-) - Die Lage war gut. Ganz in der Nähe war die Bahnstation, Restaurants und Supermärkte auch direkt in der Straße. Kleines gemütliches Zimmer, mit Waschmaschine, TV, relative guter KüchenAusstattung( Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Löffel,…) Unkompliziertes einchecken und schnelle Rückmeldung bei Fragen. Keine Badezimmermatte, die Dusche ist sehr klein und der Boden wird schnell nass. Nur eine Rolle Klopapier.

• Carina (9/5): Clean, comfortable stay. Minimalist and hospitable - Neighborhood in a strip filled with food places, 24 hr laundrymat and two food marts. The apt is located between the avenue across from a 24 hr parking spot, so the first night the neighbors helped me locate the building but afterwards it was smooth sailing.
• Emilia (7/5): It’s ok - Bed was confortable and enough space to open 2 suitcases on the floor. We chose the accommodation following the location rates and is not very convenient. You have to walk 10 minutes to the closest train station and also take minimum 2 trains to every destination.

• Timotej (10/5): - Great location and a clean apartment. For low-cost travel, even three people can sleep here comfortably (one on a floor mattress). There’s also a small kitchen you can use for cooking and a washing machine on the balcony. Great place — we recommend it!
• Lisa (7/5): - L’emplacement est top, on est un peut reculer pour être au calme mais en même pas 20 min à pied on se retrouve en plein milieu du centre de shinjuku. Il y a des commerces à proximité. Il y a la télévision avec Netflix et le chauffage et Clim. Le lit et le logement de manière générale sont assez petit. Il ne faut pas faire 2 m. La cuisine est le plus gros point. C’est intéressant d’avoir une cuisine dans un logement mais autant en avoir une correct ! Il n’y a pas assez de vaisselle, juste 2 petites assiettes et poiles, que avec des baguettes et des cuillères. Et surtout il y a un petite plaques qui doit se brancher mais il n’y a aucune prise sur le plan de travail. On a du la brancher au sol et donc faire à manger par terre. Se n’est pas dutout ni pratique, ni agréable ! Si vous comptez passer votre séjours à manger à l’extérieur et que vous vous en fichez, je vous recommande. Si vous voulez cuisiner et passer du temps au logement je vous recommande pas !

El espacio sería cómodo para dos personas, pero para tres, como una tenía que dormir en un colchón en el suelo para el que realmente no había mucho espacio, no era muy cómodo. Non ce la minima disponibilità per lasciare le valige ne prima del checkin ne dopo il checkout. Per ogni 10 minuti di ritardo sul check out chiede 1000 yen, circa 6 euro (regola inviata in chat privata) Fatto il check out, abbiamo chiamato il taxi per andare in aeroporto con le valige, sarebbe arrivato in 7 minuti. Mia madre che ha più di 60 anni si era seduta un attimo sulle scale durate l'attesa. E, un signore, non giapponese, le ha fatto una ramanzina con toni decisamente altezzosi e molto ineducato. Considerando che poteva chiederci di spostarci in toni più umani. Ah, inoltre appena arrivati ci è caduto un quadro addosso.

Egy kis - akár összecsukható - asztalka jó lenne, de amúgy tényleg szuper hely.

• Jack (9/5): Amazing value for money. - Very easy check in and out process. The apartment was great value for money considering it is in Shinjuku and the space you get compared to other hotels nearby. Well equipped apartment. If I was being picky, I would say the host could've been more informative about the local area and maybe have an information pack in the apartment. This was our first stay in Japan, so it would've been really helpful - also having info on luggage services would've helped. The location is a little bit far out, but still amazing value.
• Yue (8/5): Very good - Typical Japanese style apartment, not so spacious, but with almost everything you need. Plus, there's a small balcony in case you did laundry and need to hang out your cloth. Location was good, not too hard to find, in a very local and quiet neighborhood. If there is a table and chair, it will be more comfortable to eat. This is the biggest challenge we met during our stay. And a knife in the kitchen will be better as well, since there is everything needed to make a meal, just missing the knife.
• Ratirost (8/5): The accommodation is a small room in the city, close to the subway and many convenience stores. It’s very convenient for - close to the subway and many convenience stores. It would be better if there were a table in the room.
• Sara (8/5): Very good - The room was good, it had everything you need for a short stay. There‘s a 7/11 and a lawson nearby as well as other food places. It‘s also nearby a metro station. After walking 20k steps a day through tokyo, the walk home felt like it was never ending although it‘s close-ish to the metro station.
