• Sue (9/5): Loved it! - Very friendly and considerate staff. Couldn’t do enough for us! Continental breakfast was included and had a good range of options. Convenient location for short walk into town centre. Room was clean and well maintained. Nothing really. Maybe breakfast period could have been until 10:00 instead of 9:30 because we love to sleep in on holidays lol. But minor issue only.

• The PR Diva (8/5): Clean, cosy chalet-style modern accommodation & basic brekkie - perfect for budget getaways. - Location was walking distance to all shops, libary and art gallery. The rooms are clean, cosy and chalet-style modern accommodation & basic brekkie - perfect for budget getaways. Braveen the Manager was so helpful and friendly. He is the heart of the place! So lovely :-) Personally, the pillows were a bit to large for me. I prefer flatter ones. I would also recommend putting blankets in the rooms now winter is coming. Luckily, I used the other doona from the twin bed as I was solo. It would be great to have teaspoons rather than wooden sticks (or some basic cutlery) so that if you buy yogurts or pot noodles you can eat them rather than with a stick. ;-) Apart from that - all good. I would book this again for work purposes in town.
• HELEN (9/5): It was pleasant and cosy - New and clean, great location. Staff very friendly. Would have been better if the bathroom had somewhere to put your toiletries (a shelf perhaps). I do understand that the room we choose was for disability access and a cabinet may have been in the way of a wheelchair

• Claire (9/5): New, so clean, very comfortable and great location - The property is brand new, extremely well appointed and extremely clean. We thought the manager was excellent - a really nice man. The free continental breakfast was brilliant - a coffee machine, toast, cereal, croissants, condiments, fruit, yoghurt plus a toasted sandwich machine with ham, cheese, spinach, tomato and things - this place is great and the price is excellent!!!

• Rachel (8/5): Absolutely wonderful and value for money! - The property is very new and modern. I was very happy with how clean the facilities were and the entire room was spotless! The rooms are separate from the main building which I quite enjoyed! Absolutely perfect location right in the centre of the town, walking distance to any shop and the heritage park! I also loved how there is a very large wardrobe so I could hang up my clothes! I only spoke to one staff member once at the beginning of the stay and he was so friendly and helpful!! It is not as quiet or soundproof as I had hoped, but that’s just a personal preference and can’t be helped :)

• PeaUnderMyMattres (8/5): Nice and Simple - Donga Style - Very clean and beds were comfortable. Also a very decent breakfast. Its dongas - not the impressive boutique looking hotel building that is depicted. There's not seating outside rooms. The rooms were very hot.

Breakfast offered great choices in cereal and bread, 3 each and they even have a kettle for the Dilmah tea. Coffee machine too. Great set up. Late check-in easy to follow. Suggest switching one cereal with muesli.

• Douglas (1/5): Not a hotel. Not a gallery. Scam: Just a motel with glorified dongas and an Aussie breakfast. - Located close to town amenities. Bed was comfortable. 1. This place felt like a scam: the place is called Gallery Hotel. There is no art, nothing in the gallery space and no artwork on the walls of the rooms. 2. They call themselves a hotel yet provide cheap, paper thin towels and said they only service the room every 3 days. Hotels should be serviced daily. 3. They provided no cutlery, plates, toaster etc. Only a kettle and two cups. Very very Basic. 4. They offer a "continental breakfast". The breakfast was a joke. Continental breakfast have hot scrambled eggs and bacon on bain maries. We had to ask for eggs. When they came, we got undercooked boiled eggs. The breakfast should be called "casual Australian breakfast". It includes toast, juice and sugary cereal. The croissants on offer where from Coles and should have been in the oven for 10 mins before putting out. They were cold. 5. The staff had no uniform. The clothing looked like pyjama and unprofessional and he did not interact with clientele in a way you'd expect at a classy hotel. Very poor customer service.

• Millie (4/5): Would not come back. Would not recommend to anyone. - Close proximity to local wedding venue. Dirty rooms, not cleaned for weeks. Room was damp. Paper thin walls, could hear everything from all the other rooms and car park just next to the rooms. Uncomfortable beds and pillows.

Very cosy for a down south getaway. The property is clearly very new, and an obvious work in progress. I believe that this venue will continue to develop along with the amenities as we all continue to support the property.

• Ben (5/5): the rooms are fairly averagely built, all in all it was ok - the service and the Breakfast you need sheets on the bed under the doona cover.

We were in a diasbility unit (we are not disabled) and found the bathroom uncomfortable, on showering whole floor would get wet. No where to put toiletry bag except the floor was a problem. In the main room there was a small table however not big enough to put food on it for 2 people.

• Charles (7/5): Okay für Kurztrip - Sauber, gute Lage ohne Klima wurde es im Zimmer sehr heiss. Leider noch keine anderweitigen Dinge vorhanden wie eine Bar oder Pool (offenbar erst in Planung).
