• Andrey (8/5): Acogedor lugar. - Camas cómodas. Está cerca al grand bazar y algunas mezquitas, por lo que puedes volver si gustas. Algo empinado la ruta para llegar, no está tan cerca de la estación, así que preparate para caminar. Se agradecería una cocina, aunque contaba con hervidor.

• Zoltán (3/5): - A tisztaság és a szálás adó nagyon korekt . 😊 Sajnos azért van rossz tapasztalatom mert akik még ott voltak szálláson nagyon nagyon hamgosak voltak este. Napal nem is láttuk őket este pedig nem lehetett tőlük aludni...... és kicsit lent van sokat kell felfelé menni.😐

• Fasih (8/5): - Gastfreundlichkeit von Mehmet der Gastgeber war ausschlaggebend. Hat uns erlaubt nach dem Check-Out unser Gepäck noch sicher zu lagern bis zum Flug. Kümmert sich sehr um die Gäste. Gute Lage, wenige Minuten bis zum Grand Bazaar. Preis/Leistung top! Laute Gegend, Unruhig morgens wegen Bauarbeiten. lautes Schreien. Keine Steckdosen neben dem Bett.

• franck (10/5): Petit hôtel au cœur de la vie turque - L’hébergement est simple et idéalement situé à proximité du quartier historique. On est au contact de personnes locales authentiques, sympathiques, serviables et toujours souriantes, ce qui fait vraiment du bien et rend le séjour encore plus agréable. L’appartement est fonctionnel, avec une petite cuisine pratique pour préparer ses repas si besoin. Le quartier regorge de petits restaurants très sympas. Le tram se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied en descente, et pour ceux qui ont des difficultés à marcher, il est très facile de commander un taxi. Un grand merci à Mashum pour son accueil chaleureux, sa réactivité et sa grande gentillesse. Si tu veux une version plus courte ou encore plus chaleureuse, je peux aussi te la faire 😊 Ras. Bon rapport qualité prix

• Maciazek (10/5): Warto! Nie drogo! Miejsce godne polecenia! - Świetna lokalizacja! 800 m do Grand Bazaaru. Dookoła sklepy spożywcze jak i w odzieżą czy torebkami. Poczta w odległości 200 m, siłownia 500 m, dojście na promenadę zajmuje 10 min spacerkiem. Duży wybór restauracji w okolicy! Personel na 6! Wszystko można załatwić ! Mahsum bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny! Zadbał o nas w każdej dziedzinie.

• MAXIM (1/5): Кидалово !!! Ранее бронирование, без предоплаты и в конце отменили бронь. - Понравилось что заранее за две недели мы сделали бронь на три семьи и в общем на 10 человек. Договорились о позднем заезде, так как дорога дальняя из Молдавии, и обговорили конечную стоимость, и оплата наличными по прибытию.... Что не потребуется оплата картой через приложение или на месте через терминал... Но....!! Всё закончилось плохо В день приезда мы едем тремя машинами три семьи с надеждой что у нас есть бронь , так как лично договаривались по Wat's up и обсудили время прибытия, стоимость, колличество людей и комнат и даже парковку... И при подъезде за два часа до Стамбула приходит уведомление что у нас отменили бронь. И начиная переписываться с отелем на ходу во время вождения автомобиля. В итоге они поступили по свински. Начали с того что моя карта банковская не действительна в приложении, и типа обновите данные, что я и сделал. Но ничего не поменялось... Как оказалось они два раза проделали проверку карты о причине обновления, что в итоге ссылаясь на эту причину нам отменили нашу бронь. А в переписке писали что извините наш администратор что-то перепутал и заселил другой заказ других людей. В итоге сделали вид что нам помогут найти нам ночлег по соседству обзвонив своих Коллег. И что всё было уже занято либо не выгодные условия размещения нас 10и человек в итоге. Мы обломались. И уставшие остановились на заправке и начали все вместе искать себе другую бронь, уже любую бронь так как уже поздно и все устали и есть дети которые замучались в пути.... Это очень важно было иметь бронь заранее и нас очень подвели. И это не первый раз. Так вот бывает когда не берут предоплату и потом в последний момент кидают людей!!!! Это был ппц....

• JORGE GUILLERMO (6/5): Recomendable sólo por ubicación y atención. - La atención de Mahsum, a cargo de la Recepción. Terminado el check in nos ofreció té. También nos resolvió, con la colaboración de su manager, un problema con la aerolinea. Buena ubicación. El equipamiento no tenía ni los Utensilios de cocina ni la Kitchenette prometidos en la reserva. Las instrucciones de check in no las recibí a tiempo, estaba viajando.
• Julia (5/5): - Месторасположение прекрасное, недалеко основные достопримечательности, остановка трамвая, недалеко и метро. Наличие балкона хоть как-то расширило пространство в комнате, администратор Maksum был готов помочь по любому запросу. В целом чисто, комната для туристов прийти и поспать после долгих прогулок. По факту оказалась маленькая комната, не соответствующая заявленным квадратам на букинге. Неудобные подушки (+ бессонная ночь), в пару дней ночью часа в 3-4 появился ужасный шум за стеной, будто ремонт устроили или как-будто там находится рабочий станок, в комнате аж шкаф дребезжал от такой вибрации (+ бессонная ночь)

Organised. I felt comfortable, safe, and lovely to have tranquillity after healing from an orthodontic surgery. Shower head needs to be re- attached. Minor detail.

• Nahil (1/5): - L'emplacement et l'amabilité du personnel Le logement était hyper sale, le sol n'a pas était lavé, les taies d'oreillers était utilisé ne sentait pas bon on était obligé de demander de les changer, le dernier jour nous avons enlevé les draps et nous étions choqué de l'état des matelas, le canapé et le tapis a changer et même les matelas et oreillers, c'est dommage que le ménage n'a pas était fait avant notre arrivé, ajoutant a cela qu'une kitchenette à été mis dans l'annonce alors que c loin d'être une kitchenette comme ya ni plaque ni feu ni micro onde pour faire a manger ni même réchauffer son plat

• Jason W (8/5): Great price for comfortable stay - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not far from the Grand Bazaar, but it is an uphill walk to get there. It was really hot in Istanbul and the air conditioner was able to catch up to the heat. Our room was hot when we first got there, but felt comfortable by the next morning. There are many restaurants just down the hill from the hotel that are more affordable than the tourist places up the hill. And there is a market nearby for water, snacks and chocolate. When you get to the hotel there is no reception. We were confused. The Blue royal shares a reception with the hotel just around the corner. It worked out fine, but was a worrisome for a minute there. There are a few flights of curving stairs to get up to our room. It wasn't a problem, just some info if someone in your group has mobility issues. Also, we were asked to pay in cash instead of card. It was fine, we just had to find an ATM.

The place was always cleaned got fresh linen and towels Mahsum always helped us whenever we needed help. I think could do with a microwave or cooker for when on long stay help to cook and warm food. Other than brilliant place to stay shops round corner.

• Celia (10/5): If you're looking for a good value for a decent price - definitely this is the place to go! - I'd like to start with a big "Thank you!" to our host for being so welcoming! He checked with us for cleaning, offered to call us a taxi to the airport, was always ready to help us and always greeted us with a smile. We even had a slight accident - instead of overcharging us he was extremely understanding and helpful, which we're thankful for. We stayed for a total of 10 days for a medical procedure my partner got done in Istanbul. The price was excellent considering the long stay and we had a clean room with a small kitchen, a balcony, comfy beds and cool ambient lighting. It's a walking distance away from many of Istanbul's attractions and lots of transport. However, I must also note it's truly quiet at night so we could sleep well at all times. Truth is the place could use a little love - for example new chairs on the balcony, or some small fix ups here and there - but despite of that I'd give 10/10 for the great stay.

The little hotel is located in a nice local neighbourhood with a school just nearby. It's a safe vibrant neighbourhood with local people always willing to help. Very convenient - walking distance from Hagia Sophia and other must-see sites in Istanbul.

Gladly, everything turned out to be great.  We liked the apartment, it was well equipped and nicely maintained. The apartment has located in a great area - everything is close by (attractions, shops, bus, tram and metro stops, etc.). We highly recommend it. I would also like to thank Mehmet and Mashum for being polite and helping us with the transfer. I highly recommend. In addition, I would definitely choose this apartment if I were to visit Istanbul again.
