• Roberto (3/5): Poor host attitude, broken stoves, no compensation, clean flat, nice location. - The location is perfect for skiing. The flat was clean. The electric stoves were not working. Unfortunately, we could not go out for two days and therefore we heavily depended on those. When asked for help to solve this issue, they promptly responded but we've been redirected to two different people giving basic and frustrating instructions (e.g., paste a photo of the stove to chatGPT). After delays and different calls, we've been told this was a known issue and it could not be solved. Not even a partial reimbursement has been provided for this annoying issue. It was not possible to turn off the light in the corridor of the apartment. This means it was annoying during the night. When we asked for help with this, we have been told this was a known defect from the entire season and nothing could be done about it. Disappointing.

• Alexandros (8/5): - Τοποθεσία, ποιότητα , άνεση, καθαριότητα! Χρειάζεται κλειδί για να χρησιμοποιήσεις το ασανσέρ και για να μην ανοίγει η πόρτα από έξω..και δεν παρέχουν δεύτερο ζευγάρι κλειδιά με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει πρόβλημα με τη χρήση του ασανσέρ εάν δεν κινείται όλη η παρέα μαζί.. Τα σκαλιά είναι από μάρμαρο και σίγουρα δεν είναι εύκολο να τα ανέβεις με τις μπότες του σκι.. Επίσης είχε πολύ παγο στα εξωτερικά σκαλια της πολυκατοικίας.

• Jenns (10/5): 1st time in Bansko, apartments exceeded the expectation and made our short stay the best. - The apartment was lovely. Perfect location for what we needed. Host was really good with us. Couldn’t have asked for better. 100 percent will be staying here again. Nothing everting was perfect.
• Sonya (10/5): - The apartment was cozy, warm and the location was very good, literally next to the first lift, to all restaurants , bars and to the center. I liked everything!
• Kalinka (10/5): - Добра локация. Много хубав апартамент, с добро разположение, чист, удобен, топъл и с всичко необходимо за един престой. Комуникацията с домакините е гладка - внимателни са и много отзивчиви. Препоръчваме.
• Rossitsa (9/5): - Просторен, добре обзаведен апартамент, оборудван с всичко необходимо за 4те сезона. Разположен е близо до центъра на Банско, наоколо са пешеходната част на ул. Пирин, механи, магазини, аптека и лифтът. Сградата - стълбите към улицата са разбити, асансьорът е неудобен за детска количка. Местните паркират отпред.

• Dessislava (10/5): - Апартамента е страхотен! Първото и най-важно е безупречна чистота! Нямаше местенце, което да не блестеше от чистота! Просторен, удобен, локацията е перфектна както за разходка в планината, така и за в града. Място за паркиране (лятото). Семейно винаги ходим лятото в Банско на планина и всички сме единодушни, че следващата година ще бъдем в този апартамент отново.
• Ivan (9/5): - Apartman je veći i lepši nego na slikama stvarno super! Jedina mana je buka sa ulice, zimi mislim da to nije problem jer su zatvoreni prozori ali leti kada je sve otvoreno buka je baš pravila problem, vozila turiranje motora :(

• Gennadiy (7/5): - Чистота апартаментов соответствует рекламе, приятно удивлены наличием всех кухонных принадлежностей и наличиием сахара, соли, масла и других специй. Великолепная природа гор. Экотропы - супер. Свет в коридоре включается автоматически и ночью тоже, выключить его невозможно; Телевизор посмотреть было невозможно , отсутствовала инструкция по его включению. Внешние блоки климатика установлены прямо на балконе, у окна спальни, в нарушении правил установки климатик. В ресторане Ginger музыка громко играла до полуночи, Поэтому спать приходилось после полуночи.

The apartment was warm, cozy, and well-equipped with bathroom and kitchen essentials (cosmetics, towels, basic groceries, etc.). The soundproofing was excellent, the bed was super comfortable, and the location was perfect. A special thanks for the lovely Christmas decorations and thoughtful welcome gift—it made our stay even more special! Wi-fi was in the living room only, that did not affect us

The apartment is recently renovated, with great taste and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The hosts are very kind and respond promptly to customer requests. We were very pleased with this property and highly recommend it!
• Yaşar (10/5): Exceptional - A magnificent house right next to all the restaurants, markets and cafes of the city, and a few minutes away from the gondola and parking lot. I found the peace I found in this house. Lora has thought of every detail of the needs of the house. (jole, cream, care products, tea, coffee, the list goes on) the accessories of the house are new and clean, the decoration is great.

• Ιοαchrsto (9/5): Fine stay. - The location was perfect. In the heart of the city and just a few steps from the gondola. Host had arranged a parking lot in the nearby private parking. The host (lora), probably did a mistake with the booking, but when she understood it, handled it in an exeptional way with honesty and willness to fix the problem which arised. Moreover, she gave us a refund for the incident. Nothing important. All was good.
