- ANDRES (1/5): - Sin desayuno , lejos de la playa Se mancharon las toallas y si te las cambian te cobran por ello , la puerta de las habitación y baño desencajadas. La de La calle si poder echar la cerradura . El fregadero atascado. Conclusión , fatal . No volveremos

- Cristina (4/5): - Ubicación y parking Limpieza(aparentemente limpio,pero con telarañas y suciedad debajo de las camas, y un sillón realmente sucio en el que nos sentamos). Fregadero atascado y mínimo menaje de cocina. Un olor a humedad constante.
- Guiomar (10/5): Gran opción a un precio muy razonable - Bien ubicado, a pocos minutos andando de la mayoría de sitios que ver en Santander. La playa del Sardinero está a 20 minutos andando. Y al lado de la casa hay de todo, panadería, supermercado, bares... No es el hotel Real, eso está claro, pero por el precio que tiene y encima con parking incluido, es una muy buena opción. El apartamento en sí está bien, reformado hace poco y tiene lo necesario para la estancia. Ah, y hay máquina de café con cápsulas. No tiene aire acondicionado, es Santander y tampoco hace mucho calor. Para los que sean calurosos y les coja un día de calor lo que hay son ventiladores.
