• Arjun (8/5): Comfortable Stay in Florence. - Rooms were spacious, well lit and had good sized Kitchen with Dining table. The property was very comfortable for our group of 5 People. The cherry on the top is the garden area on the ground floor where you can unwind in the evening after exploring Florence. The property had just one bathroom which was insufficient for our group of 5.
• Philippe (8/5): Séjour agréable au calme, tout en étant proche du centre historique - L'accueil par les hôtes est extrêmement sympathique. La maison consiste en une cuisine, un petit séjour et trois chambres. L'équipement est simple mais complet, la literie de bonne qualité. L'environnement est calme, malgré la proximité de la voie ferré (pas de trains entre 22h et 6h00). La maison dispose d'un petit jardin et d'une cours ou on peut garer sa voiture et la laisser tout au long de son séjour. La ligne de bus 14 très proche vous mène en 20 min au centre historique. Pas de pb ni de bouchons, ni de parking.
• Boglárka (8/5): Ajánlom! - A szállás tágas volt, a személyzet nagyon kedvesen fogadott minket. Észrevették, hogy véletlenül 2 személyre foglaltunk 4 helyett, de gyorsan orvosoltuk a problémát, rugalmasak voltak. A kommunikáció is nagyon jó volt. A szobák tágasak voltak. A környék csendes. A szálláson egy kicsit hűvös volt, a fűtést még sajnos nem kapcsolták be központilag, de kaptunk plusz takarókat, így nem fáztunk. Az apartman megfelelően fel volt szerelve mindennel. A közelben van egy nagy Coop is. 1 fürdő jutott 3 szobára.

• Hélder (7/5): Florença - Localização óptima, perto do centro da cidade e de variados serviços. Residência com bons compartimentos, utensílios, higiene e em local super sossegado. Falta de ar condicionado/sistema de isolamento térmico na habitação, prejudicando o descanso/repouso pelo excessivo calor que mantém-se no seu interior.

• Maria (10/5): Although when I booked the house I was confused and thought it was close to the central station, it turned out to be ver - Everything was clean, the house was very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood (except the train 😛). The hosts provided everything we could need in a house. It wasn’t a problem for us, because we were only three, but the only negative thing I can add is that there is only one bathroom for such a big house.

• Ariana (8/5): Spacious apartment with a parking place close to the centre - Many Rooms, well equipped. Parking place. Close to the city centre - about 30 min walk. Mise product in the bathroom Even with navigation, difficult to find in the chaos of one way streets. Difficult to get out of the parking. The bathroom needs some more hooks for the towels

• Sheetal (10/5): Good Quite Apartment for Family - 1. Apartment is very nice with a good garden for sunshine. 2. Near by stores for groceries 3. Cleaned rooms 1. A bit far but good bus services so no problem 2. bathroom lock is a bit problematic but I hope it will be fixed soon
• Sophia (8/5): Overall would recommend - we thought the apartment was charming and in a good location. - Loved the great directions from hosts, off street parking, comfy beds, nearby supermarket, easy public transport into centre. Hosts so friendly, polite, helpful and welcoming. Lovely to have basics in kitchen (salt, oil etc) and a much appreciated basket of snacks and aperol! Would recommend the hosts buy more kitchen equipment- only one tiny saucepan and one huge one. No wine glasses, cooking utensils (eg kitchen knives, spatula) and not really enough crockery for 5 of us to have a meal. Also we were badly bitten by mosquitoes- seemed odd given time of year. Great that the hosts supplied plug in repellent but unfortunate that my daughter counted 23 bites in one night!
• Oxana (10/5): Quiet, spacious villa with convenient parking. - We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet and beautiful villa. It’s spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a family of four and is within walking distance of both the waterfront and the city center. The free parking was an added bonus! Highly recommended 👍
• Mokm (9/5): Good value for money - The hosts were great and answered all our needs. We requested to leave the car at the apartment for longer, and they agreed, which was a big help for us. Would reconsider if we would revisit Florence. The apartment was a bit too cold on arrival. This was not a problem overnight since it is equipped with 'solid' blankets. We turned the heat up and there was no problem the next day.

The owners live downstairs and he takes care of everything you need. Everything is available. Nothing is missing. Suitable for a family of 5. Kitchen with sufficient equipment. There is a washing machine. Recommend protest we loved it very much There is no microwave, there is a mosquito problem in the place, even though there is a mosquito killer in the apartment, and the most important and problematic thing is that the train is close by, and it I pass it on to those who feel uncomfortable because it's unpleasant to hear a train passing by, you should lower the price of the apartment and mention it in the booking so that people won't be disappointed with their vacationinterfered. You hear it pass every 45 minut

• Nikki (8/5): Very good - This is a lovely property. A quick hello from the host was appreciated. The location is OK as there are a couple of buses in and out of town. The lounge area is a little small but not that much of a problem as we were out most of the time. There is a mini market a minute away for drinks and snacks etc. The fans were not great and one was pretty noisy at night. One of the bedrooms had no mosquito net on the window and my poor son was covered in bites by the morning. It wasn't so bad the second night as I changed the mosquito plug in that was provided.
• Micheline (5/5): Nice apt but no AC!!! - The apt is adorable! Very cute, clean with all you need. The host was very accommodating too. We went there in the middle of a heat wave and it was unbearable! The apt is very hot because it receives the afternoon sun and there is NO air or ceiling fans, only two fans that you need to drag wherever you go. It was my fault for not checking about AC and the host was gracious with us, but I warn you, if you go in the summer, watch out for the heat!!!!

• Loreto (10/5): Pretty comfy apartment - Beautiful and very comfy apartment, plenty of space. It has a nice little yard and a little outdoor car port; the access to the apartment is totally independent which is pretty nice. Close to the train line, can be heard from time to time. I didn’t find it too annoying but it is worth nothing I guess

• Maria (9/5): Great property - The communication was great. The landlord was very helpful. When the power happened to go off we called them and they immediately resolved the issue. We were given very clear instructions on how to get in. The property was very clean, spotless even. The rooms were very big and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had the basic things you need. The balcony was a great addition too. The bus station was very close and it was very easy to get to the city centre. The only thing was that the water pressure in the kitchen was a little low, but it wasn't a problem. Also, the shower head in the bathroom was a little wonky, but that's it.
• Melissa (7/5): Good - Large spacious apartment. Self contained kitchen was great for us to make a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. Washing machine was great for us to do a quick load of washing on our long holiday. Bedrooms have good wardrobe space so you can properly unpack if needed. As we were teavelling by car, parking on site was great. Instructions for self check-in were really clear and easy to follow. There was no air conditioning. When we arrived there were some windows open, but we couldn't keep these open all day/night as there were mosquitoes and nearby train and traffic were quite loud and. There are fans provided but these are quite noisy at night. The apartment isn't located near main sights/attractions. The shower didn't have a full screen/curtain so water spills out onto the bathroom floor. The beds were not comfortable. There was nowhere for us to properly hang our washing to dry.

• Geo (9/5): lovely house close to the city centre. - The host was the most helpful out of all the houses we booked. Easy to reach, replied quickly and everything was on point. The location of the house was about 30 minutes on foot from the Duomo. Supermarket available very close to the house, with also a few options for a night out. The apartment was renovated and everything was working well. Parking space available and overall quiet neighborhood. The house easily fits 6 people. The rooms had a very nice size. Personally, i had no problem with it, but the railroad tracks are close to the house, so occasionally you will hear a train passing by. Other than that, the overall experience was great.
