Host molto gentile e disponibile.La posizione dell' appartamento è strategica, perché si trova nel centro dell' isola permettendo di visitare la parte nord e sud dell' isola. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!!💯 Niente

• lydie (7/5): - La localisation centrale sur l’île . Très bonne communication avec l hôte et instructions très claires . Appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé . Literie du canapé très dure et inconfortable . Parfois des odeurs d égouts , et quartier pas toujours très safe en fonction de l heure . Piscine non testée mais ne semblait pas très clean .

• Milena (9/5): - Nice small apartament in quiet area. Clean and nicely equipped. View to the sea and swimming pool. Bus stop right at the corner - easy to get to the airport, Puerto Rosario and other places. For one night after the flight it was perfect. For longer with no car it would be problematic as there is not much around in the area. But the apartament itself is very nice.

• Richard (9/5): Heerlijk! - Wat een fijn appartement. Schoon en goed gelegen, met een mooi zwembad. De luchthaven is vlakbij en het strand ligt op 5 minuten rijden. Een auto is wel noodzakelijk. Supermarkten zijn bijna op loopafstand. Het contact met de beheerder was top, de sleuteloverdracht (sleutelbox) was fijn. Het voetbalveldje was ook erg leuk! Al met al een topweek gehad! Over het appartement: de slaapbank is een minpunt. Ik zou investeren in een goed exemplaar. In de keuken zijn er slechts 2 kookpitten. Dat is een beetje behelpen.

• Saulo (10/5): Gran experiencia. - Lo mejor del alojamiento Green housE es lo cuidado que está, su limpieza, la hospitalidad y amabilidad de Daniel. También es importante reseñar la tranquilidad de la zona, la facilidad para aparcar, lo cerca que está de supermercados y el ambiente general.

The owner was extremely helpful: communication was quick and easy, and all instructions were clear and very useful. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool in the complex was great, and the view from the balcony was amazing .There are small supermarkets and some restaurants nearby, so everything is within easy reach. With a car, you can get anywhere on the island without any problems. There were occasionally small, harmless bugs, which is quite typical for the island’s climate, but they did not affect our comfort at all. I truly recommend this apartment – a great base for exploring and a very comfortable place to stay!

• Moises (8/5): - La ubicación es ideal para visitar diferentes lugares de la isla Trafico continuo durante la noche de autobuses por la calle junto a la urbanización causando molestias por ruidos para dormir, así como el frigorífico que aún siendo nuevo hace bastante ruido para poder dormir en el sofá cama

• Federico (9/5): Appartamento TOP - Appartamento molto bello, ben fornito di tutto ciò che è necessario per una vacanza in comodità. Plus, la lavatrice! Ti permette di portare meno roba e poterla riutilizzare. Era presente anche un ventilatore, a noi però non è servito. Probabilmente i vecchi ospiti avevano anche lasciato l'ombrellone perchè in terrazzo ne abbiamo trovati un paio. Host super gentile anche quando abbiamo chiuso le chiavi in casa, aveva il contatto pronto per aiutarci e in poco meno di venti minuti avevamo risolto. La posizione a nostro parere richiede la macchina, non ci siamo però informati sulle tratte degli autobus che passavano lì vicino quindi può essere messo in dubbio. Inoltre, a 5 minuti di macchina, ben due supermercati (Mercadona e Lidl) e negozi di oggettistica varia. La playa vicina, Castillo, molto bella se non ci si vuole allontanare. Nulla da dire sulla piscina, non ne abbiamo usufruito. Assolutamente niente, mi sarebbe piaciuto avere un'aspirapolvere perchè è difficile pulire la sabbia con la scopa.
