• Himanshu (8/5): Good pleasant property at the central location, please be minded it is not fully air conditioned. - Spacious, location and cleanliness The bedrooms were not air conditioned. How it’s advertised does not clearly state that the n drools are not air conditioned. All it says is it’s air conditioned and one aircon in the corner of a living room does not justify it being marketed as air conditioned. It is mis selling.

• M (5/5): Ok but needs improvement. - The location was close to everything we needed. The apartment was the perfect size for our needs. It was well equipped with appliances and furniture. There was lots of natural light during the day and sufficient lighting for the evenings. The hot water in the kitchen took way too long to come through making a quick dish wash impossible. The one and only toilet was a disaster as it did not flush properly. It took a very long time for the refilling of water and therefore making it available for the next person to use it. The noise at night from drunken tourists and amount of traffic especially motorbikes was unexpected given location in side street.

• Tapia (2/5): Good location. Good space. great beds. TERRIBLE SHOWER. - The beds and location were the best part of this stay. Easy to access by foot BUT NOT BY CAR. - I was never told this area is limited car traffic and they knew I was driving in. I should have been told so that I didn't worry about incurring a fine for driving in the limited car area. -THE AC began to leak within 1 hour of us using it. It took them a whole day to come back and fix it bc their emergency line didn't work and didn't connect us to anyone. -the tub was the worst part of this situation. The tub was so clogged with hair from previous users that even when they came to fix it (also the next day so we went 24 hours without showering in unexpected heat in Italy).... it was still clogged. The shower overall is super uncomfortable but we were all looking forward to a nice, hot shower and we were barely able to get the necessities washed without water pooling. DO NOT BOOK THIS WITHOUT CHECKING THAT THE TUB ACTUALLY DRAINS. There was also mold on the wall in the bathroom.

• Joanna (7/5): Good - The location was fantastic however, the bathroom was a little uncomfortable. The water pressure of the shower was light, the toilet seat was broken and mold in the shower. The accomodation had everything we needed but they did forgot we requested a cot so we spent 1 night without one. The bathroom ie: broken toilet and mold in the shower plus forgetting the cot.
• Maria (9/5): Big and clean apartment, few minutes from all the sightseeing spots. Would definitely recommend it! - A really big appartment, with big comfy beds. Even though the building is old, there were some improvements to the appartment for the comfort of the visitors. A perfect location, only 10 min across the bridge to the town hall and the Uffici gallery. The neighborhood itself has many restaurants and vivid night life. The coffeeshop just downstairs serves great coffee. There was no coffee for the coffee machine. The street down is quite noisy, but let's not forget you're in Italy. The last day the elevator was not working. Still, we would visit the place again :)

• Deirdre (5/5): Passable - The noise from the courtyard behind and road out front was very loud. We found it very difficult to sleep. Some sockets in the apartment didnt work. The "jack & jill" bathroom was very off putting.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - The place was clean, spacious, and in a great location. The one problem we had is that the address that was first given to us was wrong, and it took 2 hours to resolve while dragging around our belongings. Give the correct address the first time please. We received the wrong address in our email and the correct instructions was not sent to us before we flew out. Suggestions: send correct instructions at least a day ahead of time because visitors may have internet trouble and cannot get access to contact hostess last minute.

• Katrina (9/5): Superb - Great location, spacious for family of 4, espresso machine with plenty of pods, safe area. We went during a heatwave which made the apartment very hot. We are from Texas, USA and used to heat, but also used to really good ac. The owners brought us 2 fans which helped boost the one ac unit in the living room. There are no ac units in the bedrooms. It there was ac in the bedrooms this place would have been a 10 for me. Other than that the place was great!

The host was very responsive and lovely to deal with. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to our friends and family. Great experience. Thank you!!
